We've seen it from Columbia to Finksburg MD! This time we found them at an event in Savage Park in Savage MD, (Jun 2026), in a cluster of trucks gathered in a corner of the parking lot next to one of the fields in a little league tournament. We already had hot dogs before we saw the DMV truck, and we had no regrets, but also no room for more. But we love love these birria tacos. Tender, juicy, flavorful, with lots of consommé on the side for dunking. We got some to take home, and they reheated really well, losing none of the flavors or aromas, just losing some of the crispiness of the taco shell. They were a glorious mess! We got an order of flavorful shrimp tacos, too. Scrumptious! Generous! They had birria, chicken, shrimp, or veggie tacos or quesadillas or burritos or rice-bowls, loaded fries, even a birria grilled cheese, birria empanadas, or a birria or combo hoagie! That's like a week of comfort foods to choose from! Beverages include Jarritos, and they have churros for dessert with sipping chocolate. Where will we seem them next! I don't know how they do it but you can taste the smokiness in the Mac & Cheese. It's a wonderful comfort food on its own. The baked brisket beans is quite good as well. When I was remembering from the last time i came that was what i remembered the most. Lastly the Turkey and Beef brisket were cooked very well. They both had a wonderful smokiness to and were fresh off the smoker. He literally made them to order from when i ordered earlier that day by text message to when i picked them up a few hours later. The wrap was tasty and full of Caesar flavor. Another plus was that I could see and taste authentic crab cake. It wasn't a huge wrap or crab cake, but the flavor and presentation made up for where the portion lacked. With that said, I was satiated after eating the entire wrap that was cut into two portions, so I guess it was enough. I also tasted a few Old Bay fries; they were good. The service was good. I liked that the truck provided a coaster pager while we waited, which allowed us to continue walking around the festival until the food was ready. The food was available for pickup in less than 15 minutes.
