I got a reply not even ten minutes later, and a concrete plan to come out at a time that worked for me later that same week for a free consultation. The man who came out was the son of the owner. He was on time, very friendly, and gave a fair quote. There is no high pressure sales tactics in sight- just a good honest guy and a real family run business. I hired them after a day or two and they scheduled me in for this past Monday. They were here bright and early at 9 am. The crew was respectful of my house and very professional. They cleared that gigantic bush in around two hours. They cleaned up everything afterwards too! Overall, I can't recommend them enough! They are everything that you could want in a business: on time, efficient, clean, and have great communication. Save yourself the trouble- call these guys first.

The owner and his crew took on an extremely delicate job as the tree a pine fern to be exact was…read morearound 80 feet and was approximately a foot away from our home and fairly close and overgrown above our neighbors home as well. From beginning to end he and his crew were professional. He arrived early to our initial appointment for our quote and was thorough in explaining the process and how he would undertake such a project. When interacting with his office staff we had a similar experience. His office manager was prompt in scheduling us and giving us the information on how to obtain a tree permit. He also confirmed our appointment the day before. The actual day of the tree removal he showed up prior to the scheduled time to begin setting up his gear and equipment. They come equipped with a huge truck and grinder as well. Three gentlemen worked tirelessly for over 12 hours being meticulous about every branch and limb they cut so they did not damage either property. We actually don't speak to our neighbors as they have been less than welcoming when we moved in and they even spoke with the neighbors and assured them they would be careful and clean up any debris so we really appreciates that. As you can see in the pictures it was a job only a professional and experienced team could handle. Our home now has so much more light, looks bigger from the outside and will be easier to maintain. They came through as promised and left our property and our neighbors clean of debris and we couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism.
