I hit a tree branch towards the end of 2024 and my bumper and grill got damaged. Over the next three months, I took my car to two other body shops and got two new bumpers painted and installed but both shops did mediocre work at best. Horrible place to conduct business, they kept my work van for 2 weeks after calling me saying they had the parts ready. After 2 weeks most of the repairs are done, I will have to loose more time for parts that didn't come in according to them. Save yourself time and go to a reputable shop that won't keep your vehicle this long. In my case it is costing me money cause it is a work van. On top of that they couldn't take a cards over the phone which resulted in lost time, I was going to have accounts receivable pay for the deductible over the phone and they couldn't accommodate that. They need a physical card, why? This place is a whole in the wall I recommend you go to a reputable shop, with qualified people, desk lady was rude. I really appreciate the excellent job that Amir and Adit in repairing my car. I got into a car accident. Did not have full coverage. Just liability. I was private pay. I honestly feel I got a really good quote and deal. I did compare to a couple of places, but really fell in love with the owner. He is both, sweet and sassy (Adit). They promised quick turn around time. They honestly did. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and left it over the weekend because I was on-call that week. I got my car back on Tuesday. They started it first thing Monday morning and got it done Tuesday at noon!!! They also cleaned her up and made her look so pretty. They totally went above and beyond. Pretty awesome shop! I had an accident a month ago on my 2014 Lancer GT and the whole front end are damaged. The Hood is bent, Bumper and fenders are pushed in . Theres no way that car can be driven. Good thing my insurance called BOBs TOWING which is affiliated with Campbell Collision and took my car at their shop. I really thought my car aint gonna look the same way again but I'm wrong! I called 3 different tow companies for estimates to have my classic car put on a flatbed and take it 11 miles to my mechanic. The left front suspension was damaged (upper and lower control arm and ball joint). The wheel was hanging like a loose button on a shirt. Dick's estimate was in between the two and not much more for a well know company in the valley. They showed up within the 60 minutes they promised and Francisco used his ingenuity to get the car onto the flatbed using 4 x 4's, as the left front wheel would not remain straight. This place gets 5 starts in every category. Their customer service is outstanding. Truly exemplary. Arthur is a treasure and a pleasure to deal with. He's quick and courteous and thorough. He knew I needed a rental car and when I came to drop off my car, he was on the phone to the rental agency for my pickup before I reached his desk. He saw me in the parking lot and started calling before I even came in. How thoughtful is that! My car was brought in for repair of the trunk lid (someone hit me from behind). It was fixed perfectly. One would never know it happened now. I had a long standing paint scrape on the back bumper near the trunk and they fixed that gratis. Service above and beyond the call of duty. I came here twice in a period of six weeks to fix two separate damages to my new car (I got hit twice - very unlucky). Both times I got my car back quickly and looking brand new. The whole process, which can be stressful, was made as convenient as possible. They have agreements with car rental companies to come pick you up and take you to their office after you drop your car off to get fixed. My car got hit in a parking lot and I brought it to Campbell Collision to repair the damages. Ata was very kind and professional in assessing the damages of my car. After dropping my car off, one of the other gentlemen who works there drove me back to work, which was extremely helpful. I got text message updates during the time my car was being worked on, and in addition to this Ata called me half way through the process to give me an update over the phone about how it was going and when my car would be ready. Ata answered the phone and advised me how to use a rope to secure the door provided it's do-able. Am a female and greatly appreciate his initiative by giving me advice. Unfortunately, my car got hit from the back. My insurance company gave me a list of shops which contract with them. I searched the shops and reviews in Yelp. I found Campbell Collision Center has all 5 starred reviews. I was so excited about finding a good shop to repair my car. However, the whole process was very frustrating. When I dropped the car on Monday. I was told I will get a call on Tuesday to know the problem. Then I was told by the adjuster that I was supposed to get a call from the shop to know the supplement problems. However, I did not get any calls. I had to initiate the calls. The worst unacceptable customer service happened when I picked up my car. The talk with a staff named Dalen (I did not ask how it was spelled) was very insulating. I saw the side rubber piece was not screwed on. I told him. He insisted it was not caused by the accident. He said it was preexisting. He won't believe it. I am the person who got hit. I took the photos taken and sent to the insurance company right after the accident. The whole rubber piece was bulged under the car and the side rubber piece were hung loose. He did not even witness how the accident happened. The screw and rubber piece were dropped loose due to the hit. He is too proud of trusting himself without understanding and listening the customer's truth. Finally, he called the technician to ask if there is a screw. The kind technician screw back the rubber piece. He said he had given many courteous service with no charge. One screw costs $3-$5. What are the courteous service he talked about??? The total repair work is over $5,000. I would not spend $500 deductible and over $5000 to repair the damage if I only insist for the "courteous service" of the $5 screw. It is totally insulting and ridiculous. His attitude of disbelieving customer is disgusting and intolerable. I am not sure if this shop has changed the ownership. The previous reviewers mentioned all the good services and staff named Amar, Ata etc. I did not see any. I can only say any customer should not be getting this kind of insult after an accident. I would have repaired my car at another shop if my claim had not started. I saw one technician there, who seems friendly and skillful. Nice job on the repair - truck was extremely clean on pick-up. I think they want you to be impressed by "the shiny" and do a full detail. Some spare parts left behind in the cabin, oddly. You'd better hope you don't have any issues once you leave, though. When I picked up the truck the battery was dead. I nice fellow in the lot helped me jump it. After driving it, it was obvious that the battery was refusing to hold a charge, which could be a bad battery or alternator, etc. It didn't have this problem before the accident. Called them up, expecting an instant "bring it in, we'll make it right." What I got was a bunch of avoidance: "Maybe your alternator was already going bad. It's not our fault. How old is the battery? Where did you get it? It may still be under warranty..." Obviously not a place that stands behind their work. Look elsewhere. read more

This business is very poorly run. Their customer service has been miserable, and the only direction of contact with them has been when we initiate a call to them. Important to note that they increased the cost of our repair by about 60% above their estimate without notifying us at all, let alone asking us, about the cost overrun. We found out about the additional costs only when our insurance company told us that they had a "new estimate" well into the process. In addition, the "3 day" repair is now on day 8.
