I had some body repair required and Campbell Collision Center provided an extremely accurate quote for both the cost and time and my car looks perfect. They were extremely clear in their communication and fair in their pricing. I would absolutely go back to them. read more

I hit a tree branch towards the end of 2024 and my bumper and grill got damaged. Over the next three months, I took my car to two other body shops and got two new bumpers painted and installed but both shops did mediocre work at best. Campbell Collision Center was recommended by a friend who only takes his cars there for body/paint work. Keanna kept me up to date on the repairs and Amir took care of the car to make sure it was done right. It looks like new, and the price was reasonable! I also had them fix an area on another car that had chipping paint and minor rust. Quality work at a reasonable price again. Amir even stayed after closing to wait for me to pick the car up read more

Campbell Collision did a fantastic job walking me through the repair process on my Subaru. I had taken it there on recommendation from my insurance company. Karina and Amir were super helpful and gave me frank advice on how to proceed. The insurance company decided to total the car, so I had to leave it. Karina even helped me get all my stuff out of my car before my baby was towed away to the insurance company lot. If I have any collision repair issues in the future, I'll definitely be going back. read more

They don't follow-up. I visited the office, completed the paperwork, requested an estimate (have my truck painted), and they never followed up. Their office appearance is sloppy and disorganized. Female employee at front desk doesn't have a uniform or name tag, etc. read more

I brought my car in for repair from a fender bender (back bumper) and it came back with the rear camera not working. The owners son Amir said thr camera was not working when we dropped off the car, which is completely untrue. His lack of customer service and disregard for even trying to help me get this repaired is completely unacceptable. Don't take your cars there. read more

I woke up one morning to some frustrating news... my car was hit by a passing car overnight. And like the terrible person they are, they did NOT leave a note. Ugh... gotta love hit and runs! To make matters worse, I do not have full coverage insurance, so all repairs would be on me. Great! Usually I would just want to leave my car as is, because it's an older car and still drivable. But the damage looked bad, and it was too embarrassing to be driving to work everyday. So I began researching places and came across Campbell Collision Center. Amir was AWESOME! Gave me a couple options of different levels of repairs I wanted to do and worked with me when I decided to go the "economic" route. He was never pushy and never tried to "up-sell" any other services. Super friendly guy! The technician was able to buff out the paint/scrapes and pop back out a dent that was in my bumper. Only took 1 hour to complete and was wayyyy below what I had originally anticipated paying for a repair. Looks fantastic! After getting an unlucky hit and run, I felt like I was due for some good karma.. and Campbell Collision was that for me! Highly recommend this spot! read more

I wouldn't use anyone else to do my auto body repair. They took great care in addressing my issues.

I would recomend them for all your collison repair needs. Thier work is awesome, and you get your vehicle back looking new.

I really appreciate the excellent job that Amir and Adit in repairing my car. I got into a car accident. Did not have full coverage. Just liability. I was private pay. I honestly feel I got a really good quote and deal. I did compare to a couple of places, but really fell in love with the owner. He is both, sweet and sassy (Adit). They promised quick turn around time. They honestly did. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and left it over the weekend because I was on-call that week. I got my car back on Tuesday. They started it first thing Monday morning and got it done Tuesday at noon!!! They also cleaned her up and made her look so pretty. They totally went above and beyond. I will go there for all my dings, dents and god forbid another car accident. Honest, quick and really an amazing group of employee's. PS they also provide towing if you should need it. read more

Horrible place to conduct business, they kept my work van for 2 weeks after calling me saying they had the parts ready. After 2 weeks most of the repairs are done, I will have to loose more time for parts that didn't come in according to them. Save yourself time and go to a reputable shop that won't keep your vehicle this long. In my case it is costing me money cause it is a work van. On top of that they couldn't take a cards over the phone which resulted in lost time, I was going to have accounts receivable pay for the deductible over the phone and they couldn't accommodate that. They need a physical card, why? This place is a whole in the wall I recommend you go to a reputable shop, with qualified people, desk lady was rude. Needless to say my company will not longer conduct business with this shop. Fool me once! read more

Amir was great!! Took care of my side view mirror quickly. Will definitely come back!

Now you can. instead of some random person learning how to detail cars you now have body shop experts who spend all day inspecting and spraying paint do the detailing on your car meticulously. These guys did a phenomenal job the car looks better than when I bought it I would strongly suggest if you're looking for a detail job you contact Campbell collision. I tried many body shops for my car and it was a total disappointment until I found a Amir at Campbell Collision Center. The quality of the paint is noticeably High refined quality. The work is meticulous. And the work was done on the timely manner. When I pick the car I felt it was picked from the dealership brand new look. At that moment I decided to bring them my other cars. Their fee and charges are very fair based on Market Fair Price yet the quality is not compromised. Thank you very much and I highly recommend them. read more

I normally take my vehicles to another body shop for work. However, over the years that shop suffered deterioration in service so I decided to search for another. After reading favorable reviews about Campbell Collision Center, I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. From the beginning, the owner and manager, Ata, was straightforward and helpful in getting the car looked at. His fast and reasonable estimate made my selection easy to have them do the repairs. I later learned that Campbell Collision Center was a preferred repair facility by my car's insurance which also discounted my deductible. I got regularly updates on the repair texted to my phone and the work was done days earlier than estimated. Repair work appears flawless. I'm pleased with the level of communication and the workmanship at Campbell Collision Center. read more

Pretty awesome shop! I had an accident a month ago on my 2014 Lancer GT and the whole front end are damaged. The Hood is bent, Bumper and fenders are pushed in . Theres no way that car can be driven. Good thing my insurance called BOBs TOWING which is affiliated with Campbell Collision and took my car at their shop. I really thought my car aint gonna look the same way again but I'm wrong! Campbell Collision did a great job and made my car look new again like no accident happened! Thank you CCCI! You guys are awesome and will recommend your shop as one of the best place to get a car fixed whether its from a collision damages or a minor repairs. Professional, great customer service, and excellent quality work. Amir did a great job and extremely professional. It's always a bit stressful to have body work done but his experience gives customers confidence that everything will be taken care of. He even called and worked with the insurance company to really reduce the stress of the process. Highly recommended and would do business with them again. read more

I called 3 different tow companies for estimates to have my classic car put on a flatbed and take it 11 miles to my mechanic. The left front suspension was damaged (upper and lower control arm and ball joint). The wheel was hanging like a loose button on a shirt. Dick's estimate was in between the two and not much more for a well know company in the valley. They showed up within the 60 minutes they promised and Francisco used his ingenuity to get the car onto the flatbed using 4 x 4's, as the left front wheel would not remain straight. The car was safely delivered to my mechanic (CG Automotive) where it is now being repaired. Thanks John, Laurie and Francisco read more

No complaints about our experience here! Our car was rear-ended accidentally about a month ago, and after the insurances talked to each other, we were given an estimate of how much it would cost to fix. We were able to have our insurance cover the repair which was awesome, but what stood out about Campbell Collision Center was the quality of their service and how often they kept in touch with us during the repair process. We were sent 6 email updates in the 3 days our car was at the shop, and we never felt out of the loop or apprehensive in asking them questions if we had any. They even threw in a car wash, inside and outside for free! Thank you, Campbell Collision Center - If we ever have any more car repair needs, we know who to go to (and who to refer here!) read more

This place gets 5 starts in every category. Their customer service is outstanding. Truly exemplary. Arthur is a treasure and a pleasure to deal with. He's quick and courteous and thorough. He knew I needed a rental car and when I came to drop off my car, he was on the phone to the rental agency for my pickup before I reached his desk. He saw me in the parking lot and started calling before I even came in. How thoughtful is that! My car was brought in for repair of the trunk lid (someone hit me from behind). It was fixed perfectly. One would never know it happened now. I had a long standing paint scrape on the back bumper near the trunk and they fixed that gratis. Service above and beyond the call of duty. And they returned the car washed and even vacuumed. read more

I came here twice in a period of six weeks to fix two separate damages to my new car (I got hit twice - very unlucky). Both times I got my car back quickly and looking brand new. The whole process, which can be stressful, was made as convenient as possible. They have agreements with car rental companies to come pick you up and take you to their office after you drop your car off to get fixed. When your car is done, you can just leave the rental there and drive your car home. The staff and manager are very helpful and friendly. read more

I called to see if I could come by for an estimate and the owner or person working there was super nice and told me to come by even though they were closed already. I had a wonderful experience with Campbell Collision Center and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable place to bring their car. My car got hit in a parking lot and I brought it to Campbell Collision to repair the damages. Ata was very kind and professional in assessing the damages of my car. After dropping my car off, one of the other gentlemen who works there drove me back to work, which was extremely helpful. I got text message updates during the time my car was being worked on, and in addition to this Ata called me half way through the process to give me an update over the phone about how it was going and when my car would be ready. When I came to pick up my car, it looked as good as new. They did a wonderful job repairing the damages and cleaning the interior and exterior of my car. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their costumer service. I will definitely be returning to Campbell Collision next time I need work done on my car. read more

I want to sell my current car and wanted to fix a few things up, or at least get a quote for a few things to see the cost vs selling as is scenario. I showed up and was helped out right away. I believe it was the owner, but he flat out told me to save my money and just sell it as is. He could have taken my money, quoted me left and right for things to fix up, but he was upfront and very honest with me. I hope I don't need a body shop anytime soon but if I do, I will be going there. He totally gained my trust. read more

One of my car door was hit and it can't be closed. I called several auto shops and Campbell Collision Center stood out among the rest. Ata answered the phone and advised me how to use a rope to secure the door provided it's do-able. Am a female and greatly appreciate his initiative by giving me advice. As such, I did not have to call tow company and it's only 4 miles away....scored! Ata and his team are able to do a fantastic job in a short turnaround time. They only took 3 business day which includes the time to get the replacement door delivered. They even wash and vacuum my car! As I am paying out of pocket, Ata is very understanding and give me a very good price to help me out. Thank you so much! You can totally trust Ata and his team! Highly recommended! read more

Nice job on the repair - truck was extremely clean on pick-up. I think they want you to be impressed by "the shiny" and do a full detail. Some spare parts left behind in the cabin, oddly. You'd better hope you don't have any issues once you leave, though. When I picked up the truck the battery was dead. I nice fellow in the lot helped me jump it. After driving it, it was obvious that the battery was refusing to hold a charge, which could be a bad battery or alternator, etc. It didn't have this problem before the accident. Called them up, expecting an instant "bring it in, we'll make it right." What I got was a bunch of avoidance: "Maybe your alternator was already going bad. It's not our fault. How old is the battery? Where did you get it? It may still be under warranty..." Obviously not a place that stands behind their work. Look elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately, my car got hit from the back. My insurance company gave me a list of shops which contract with them. I searched the shops and reviews in Yelp. I found Campbell Collision Center has all 5 starred reviews. I was so excited about finding a good shop to repair my car. However, the whole process was very frustrating. When I dropped the car on Monday. I was told I will get a call on Tuesday to know the problem. Then I was told by the adjuster that I was supposed to get a call from the shop to know the supplement problems. However, I did not get any calls. I had to initiate the calls. The worst unacceptable customer service happened when I picked up my car. The talk with a staff named Dalen (I did not ask how it was spelled) was very insulating. I saw the side rubber piece was not screwed on. I told him. He insisted it was not caused by the accident. He said it was preexisting. He won't believe it. I am the person who got hit. I took the photos taken and sent to the insurance company right after the accident. The whole rubber piece was bulged under the car and the side rubber piece were hung loose. He did not even witness how the accident happened. The screw and rubber piece were dropped loose due to the hit. He is too proud of trusting himself without understanding and listening the customer's truth. Finally, he called the technician to ask if there is a screw. The kind technician screw back the rubber piece. He said he had given many courteous service with no charge. One screw costs $3-$5. What are the courteous service he talked about??? The total repair work is over $5,000. I would not spend $500 deductible and over $5000 to repair the damage if I only insist for the "courteous service" of the $5 screw. It is totally insulting and ridiculous. His attitude of disbelieving customer is disgusting and intolerable. I am not sure if this shop has changed the ownership. The previous reviewers mentioned all the good services and staff named Amar, Ata etc. I did not see any. I can only say any customer should not be getting this kind of insult after an accident. I would have repaired my car at another shop if my claim had not started. I saw one technician there, who seems friendly and skillful. Maybe they have good staff there but it was just my bad luck to not meet any. Thanks all Yelp reviewers. Your reviews help me in finding services. I hope mine helps others too. read more

While sitting in traffic my Lexus was rear-ended. My insurance company suggested an autobody shop but I went to Campbell Collision Center because they had previously done some work on a family members car. It was a smart move! When the car was returned it looked showroom new and when I went to pick up the car it was sparkling clean. A few days after we received the car we drove down to L.A. and back without any problems. I would not not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone who needs repairs. read more

I received a quote from Campbell Collision Center for some slight cosmetic damages that were received when someone slammed their bike into my car. My conversation with the owner about the nature of the incident and the options for repair absolutely convinced me that he is knowledgeable and is looking to perform quality repairs for people, vs. just making a quick buck. While I ultimately did not get any repairs done (from any shop), I will be coming back for any future repair work. read more

Team did a great job with everything, I just brought the car and they handle paper work with insurance and fixing the damage - like new!
