My car's been having serious starter and battery issues, so I needed it towed to the repair shop 1.5 miles away. I called several towing services for quotes and they all quoted really high prices, $120-150 for less than 2 miles or didn't bother picking up at all. When I called First Call Towing Service, Rovy was friendly and transparent about the prices and got there in less than 45 minutes. He was just very thorough and explained everything to me. He was great about social distancing and masking, which I appreciated. On top of that, he also offered to jump start my car first for no additional fee, and if that worked, he would only charge a cheaper fee than the tow. The jump start did work, and he stayed for another 10 minutes in the sweltering 100 degree weather to be thorough and see if it would start on its own. It didn't, so he jump started it again for the cheaper price so I could drive it on my own to the repair shop AND offered to follow my car to make sure I made it. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, he even texted me afterward to make sure I made it to the mechanic safely. A++++++ service at an affordable price. In my head I'm making alternate plans for transportation, repairs, you know, I thought I was screwed!
