Last week, during one of the rainy days, I got a flat. Not something that anyone ever wants to deal with, but definitely not when it was raining steadily and dark. After waiting an hour to talk to my insurance, they conceded to tow my car to the nearest service center. They told me the wait would be an hour for a tow truck to arrive. At this time, I already been sitting in my car for over an hour and half, so another hour sounded horrible. Thankfully, John from Dicks Community Towing came faster than expected - maybe w/in 15 mins after I got off with my insurance? John was friendly and polite - he let me know what he was going to do and then got to it. I had a nice ride with John on the way to the service center and he insisted on me waiting in the warm cab until my ride showed up. While I would never want to have to use a tow truck again, John was great and I would highly recommend this company. Since my insurance covered the tow, I'm not sure about pricing. read more

On Tuesday 11/11, veterans day my motorcycle stopped working. I was able to diagnose the problem but did not have the tools to repair the issue and it was just time consuming for me to repair on the side of the road. The driver was courteous, and patient for getting the car onto the flatbed truck. He was fine with taking cash for a cash discount.

I called the towing company and explained my situation. Within about 15 minutes, the driver called me and asked a few questions. He assured me that I would just need a jump and not be towed as soon as he arrived he got me started right up and I was on my way. Thank you for saving me a lot of money since I didn't have any towing coverage. Roberto is very friendly and helpful to start with.He explained to me the process to collect the service fees from insurance which I didn't know.
