A tire of my car exploded on the highway near east San Jose and I called AAA, Geico , and Subaru' roadside service, no one responded (Geico replied me after 3 hours!). I was so scared as the area is not safe, it is dark outside, and I have little children with me in my car. After waiting 3 hours for Progressive we decided to call this company. Was given a 20 min wait time and it was almost an hour. The guy didn't speak an ounce of English (which is fine but he couldn't give us basic instructions on what to do since he was so lost himself) and also had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I had a burst tire and he couldn't put on the spare because he didn't have the right tools, didn't tell us to put the parking brake on, and just overall was a novice. Thankfully Progressive finally showed up and had to literally walk the man step by step through how to put on a spare tire. The guy also as he was leaving almost blew out his own tires on his truck. Hello All, I have always thought when I called my insurance company my towing needs would be met but instead of being saved and taken to safety​ it wasn't my insurance​​e company who saved me. I was left stranded this evening in Santa Cruz Mountains waiting for help and after 6.5 hours waiting for a tow I picked up the phone and Guerra Towing was there when I needed them the most. This place is way better than all the towing services that we called. I just message them through Yelp ask them how much they can tow my husbands car from subaru Fremont to Hollister after 15 mins they gave me a reasonable price. Unlike, the other towing services charging us from 325 to 500 which I think is super over price. The driver (didn't get his name) was on time we told him 11 and he showed up 30 mins early. All I can say is this guys are awesome, honest and very good with communication. They really do value their customer. read more

I'm so glad that i found this towing company. Their service is second to none. They came in a timely manner and are very professional. The employees were very helpful and they really went above and beyond. It was raining very hard when they came to get me and my daughter, they were very friendly to my little one and myself. this company is fucking worthless, i have progressive with roadside assistance they dispatched this company, rhe driver went to where my car was waited 5-10 minutes and left and didnt notify anyone, my car broke down in a 1 hour parking spot, and the security where it broke down at at least waited 3 hours he never came back, so they called the towing company they use and had my car impounded, finally i got tired of waiting so i called them, and from what the driver told me was he waited there for an hour and also told me the security wouldnt let him take it, i personally went over and talked to security and security told me no thats a lie, he only waited for 5 mins 10 mins tops, then left and i asked the security why he wouldnt let him take my car, and security told me, he didnt tell him that, he wanted the driver to take the car, now its at robellos towing and now costing $445 to get it out, stay away from this company bunch of con artists its almost 24 hours after the fact and guess what i dont have my car yet. i think this company should pay for everything, they were dispatched to do a job, they got there and decided fuck it i dont want to do the tow and left, then got my car impounded, and i havent heard anything from them again...stay the fuck away from this company read more
