Absolutely horrible experience with KT Roadside Assistance. Their communication is practically nonexistent, and dealing with them was frustrating from beginning to end. They were extremely unprofessional, failed to provide clear updates, and made the entire situation much more difficult than it needed to be.The way they handled my situation was very concerning and gave me the impression that transparency and customer service are not priorities for this company. I felt ignored, misled, and completely dissatisfied with how everything was handled.I would not recommend KT Roadside Assistance based on my experience. There are plenty of other companies out there, and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere before trusting this company with your business. After calling around for quotes and wait times, every place I spoke to was either sketchy or way overpriced--except Tommy. He was the only one who didn't try to price gouge. I called Tomy I second time to come unlock the car, the car was left at a local laundry matt since I needed to work. he contacted me and offered to unlock the car and drop off the key at my job. Not only did he not drop off the key But he wanted me to pay him. I asked him to respect the agreement and he said he would send me a picture of where he had hid The key. I asked why he would do such thing, I expressed that if anything where to happen to my car due to his lack of professionalism it would be on him. His reply was "I don't care it is not my car." after that he hung up the phone and have not heard from him. He also turned off his phone. read more

KT replied quickly to my request, within 10 mins of me sending out Yelp. They offer coming to my location for higher price or come in their location. I had a tire that keeps getting flat for unknown reason. Went to their shop not expecting much. But their customer service was off the chart. Their work is detailed, quality and not rush. They actually remove the entire tire, indentify the leak, remove the nail, take out the tire, repair the leak from the inside, put back, inflate the trouble tire and all other tires. I was mind blowed from the whole experience. Cuz I have been to tire repair shop before and they mostly plug in the leak hole with some tool, and it took 5 mins to fix. I asked the repair man, he said that way will not fix the problem completely but can make a bigger hole, create a bigger problem in the future and most importantly not safe for the driver. KT took their time and was patient and throughout. I am super happy and glad I took a chance on them. Best decisions I ever made. I definitely recommend to friends & family as well as use them in the future. read more
