I had an excellent experience with Look Auto Body from start to finish. They did an amazing job putting my car back together and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. A huge thank you to Mario and the entire team at Look Auto Body for their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing auto body work, I highly recommend giving Look Auto Body a call. You'll be in great hands! read more

Not only did Look Auto Body do a beautiful job of repairing the front end of my 2019 Honda Clarity, but when I went to sign for the vehicle I discovered that they had performed a remarkable cleaning job on the interior and exterior of the sedan, without entering this service on the invoice. It was an upbeat surprise-- the likes of which I've never experienced at any garage berore. After being spoiled that way, why should I ever take my car to anyone else? read more

My daughter went by Look Autobody Repair to get an appraisal on some body work repair she was hoping to have done after an accident in her Jeep. This place is truly amazing! We needed a quick turnaround time for a little fender bender to our Honda CRV. Needed to repair/replace the fender. My husband got a quote from Mario who was true to his word! We gave him the car on Tuesday AM and it was done by Thursday just as he said! This place is very friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Most of all-- they are honest and very affordable! We got quotes from a few different places with turnaround time leaning towards 6-7 days.!! They got it out in 2! Quality company with good morals!! I'm a lifelong customer! Thank you Mario!! read more

Absolutely incredible experience with Look Auto Body! They repaired the roof on my car and made it look completely brand new, you would never know there was ever an issue. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-tier. On top of that, they went above and beyond and detailed the entire car, so when I picked it up it honestly looked like I was driving it off a showroom floor. Super professional, friendly, and clearly proud of the quality of their work. If you're looking for honest, skilled, and reliable body repair, I highly recommend Look Auto Body. Hot take (but actually the truth): Look Auto Body is hands-down the best auto body shop in the Bay. Not only is their work flawless and their customer service next-level, but they also hand out fruit snacks and water like it's a spa, not a car shop. I've been here twice now, and both times they straight-up handled everything--drove me to Enterprise, set up the rental, and even returned it for me. The staff? Absolute gems. Chill, kind, and genuinely helpful. If you're looking for better service than this... good luck, because it doesn't exist. read more

Getting rear-ended was a terrible way to start my Friday. I was physically fine, but so upset that my car, which represents a ton of hard work, was damaged because someone was not paying attention. I took my baby to Joel at Look Auto Body and he searched for replacement parts for my 26 year old car--and found them. I also had some of the paint touched up and my car looks brand new and like nothing ever happened. This is the third time that my family has used Joel at Look Auto Body and I cannot recommend him and Look Auto Body enough! read more

I recently came across Look Auto Body shop in Campbell (by referral) when I needed my Subaru Outback headlamp covers to be restored. They did a good job polishing them to shine, were very nice and quite reasonably priced. They warned me that the shine will likely recede in next 6 months or so, said to just bring my car back in and they'll do it again. I dealt with a man named Mario who got me in & out in a flash. Thank you Blake read more

I took my car to Look Auto Body after my right side of my car needed body repair. From the very beginning, the staff (Joel, Theresa, and Tami) was in communication with me. Last week, my puppy jumped up on the passenger side door of my jeep and left scratches. A few years back, I had taken my car to Look Auto to fix my bumper after an accident so I decided to stop by and see if they could do anything about the scratches. I was expecting to have to make an appointment. Mario was very helpful. He immediately looked at my car and took it to the back. Within 10 minutes, he had the scratches removed and my car was ready to go. Both experiences at Look Auto Body have been 5 star experiences. I highly recommend this shop! read more

I had a great experience with Look Auto Body in Campbell. First, I was startled by how much repairing my jeep would cost but when I got it back in less than a week, it was perfect. I had damage to my front end and they took care of everything so quickly. They accommodated my schedule when possible and went over and above in making the car look perfect. I really appreciated working with Joel who kept me in the loop about timing and quotes via email, my preferred method of communicating. Now, if they could just get some signage so people can find them! It's a pity that the big Babe, of Babe's Mufflers is gone now because that would have made a great landmark to identify where they are. They are worth finding! read more
