I would not recommend going here for anything other just tires and wheels. I took my truck over here to have a Lift Kit installed. They assured me that they had no problem installing my kit and mentioned how they had just installed one on another vehicle when I was there. Dropped my truck off and what I thought was only going to take 6 hours took 6 days and would've been more if I wouldn't have demanded they give me my truck. I work on cars, so the fact that it took them 6 days for a 5 hour install was a little alarming. Once I picked it up I was at a truck meet and some of my team mentioned that the shocks were installed incorrectly. I then contacted them and told them that the shocks were installed incorrectly. At first I got no response. Finally with a response, he told me I had to wait a few days to bring it in. I had to reorder the bushings from Rough Country to be sure they would have the right ones to install. Once I got them, honestly I didn't feel comfortable taking my car back to them. I also had ask them when I got my lift installed to please place all my old parts in the bed of the truck which they did not do and when I asked them about it they claimed they didn't know where the parts were. Communication was not there at all. I would have to call and call and call to get ahold of someone or message them on IG to get a response. All I can say is if you're looking to get a Lift Kit installed or any suspension work, go somewhere else. read more

Based on reviews I trusted to give my porsche for caliper paint job to this shop. My car was taken for 2 days and I got a very bad paint job, I would say it was at best DYI quality. I went here to fix my tire that had a screw in it. They plugged it and put the same screw that the employee showed me on the edge of my tire so I have to change my tire now. After I got home my tire was completely flat within an hour. I'm gonna change my tire to a new one but I'm not gonna go here. This place is the WORST. I've been here a few times and something always happens to my car. Last time they missed up my alignment. The way the screw is placed is impossible for it the go in that direction in the tire. Shady bastards. I asked them to do a simple, simple suspension helper-spring job. Would have taken me, an inexperienced non-professional mechanic, 15 mins to 30 minutes to install, but required a lift to do properly, which I don't have. Left them a new unopened tube of Loctite and asked them to return it, and they said they used it all up (there were like 6 bolts!!!!), found a ding on my front fender that wasn't there before, then asked for the box for the parts, and they went to the dumpster to retrieve it, and there were still parts in there, but made a point of turning over and emptying the box so I couldn't see what was in there. I asked what was in there, and they said, oh just other parts for other things. I then discovered that they did not install two critical spacers (which will now cost me to re-source from the manufacturer and get installed properly, and meanwhile not having these installed may actually damage my truck now) and omitted all of the washers in the kit. For this they overcharged me, stating it was harder than expected ($250 instead of their quoted $200 per hour- already too damn high). They took 4 hours to do this too. NEVER GO HERE. read more

I had bought a car in Portland and was driving it back to Socal and I was referred to them by 503 Motoring out of Portland since they couldn't get me wheels fast enough.
