I had an outstanding experience with White Oaks Collision Center. My car came back looking better than it did going in even for the parts that weren't getting fixed. Mike went above and beyond to keep me up to date with what was going on with the repairs and the timeline. Overall was both an extremely profession service, but felt very personal. read more

These days I kind of just expect everything to be difficult and slightly dissatisfying. But then I dealt with Troy at White Oaks Collision Center and I was not talked in circles or upsold and my replacement was done speedy fast.  Thank you, Pedro for making my baby pretty again SO FAST. And my car is black and I brought it in clean, and there is not even a smudge on it. Like no one touched it. Interior spotless, too--no disruptions to my interior or my seat left back a million miles.  As a woman it can sometimes feel uncomfortable to go to an auto shop but this crew of guys were all a joy to interact with.  A+ experience from someone with high standards. read more

I came here feeling stressed because my brand new Tesla had it's side door accidentally scratched. I was lucky to talk to Mike who was very caring and helpful. He listened to my concerns and got right to analyzing the situation and offered multiple options to correct the problem. He answered all my questions and was very upfront and honest with outcomes I can expect so I have all the information before making a decision. In this day with services getting worse everywhere, it truly is refreshing to see and feel like someone cares, and especially when you're feeling vulnerable and frustrated with a situation and to have someone care enough to go out of their way to help. It really means a lot and says so much about a business. I highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to come back here if something should arise in the future. read more

Troy (?) is amazing! We came in to get an estimate for my mom's 2012 Honda Accord and he was so kind to walk us through everything and exactly what would be fixed and paid for. We ended up getting a new bumper and agreed to attempt to polish out some scratches but since it's such an old car it wasn't a huge priority. Dropped it off and it was done so quick within a few business days! My mom is so happy she nearly cried. She told me that the car looks brand new. I think they must've cleaned the car because she said the inside literally looks new. This spot is also really close to her house so everything was really convenient for pick up drop off etc. overall both of us HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for TRULY EXCEPTIONAL service to come here!!! Thank you so much Troy and team!!! read more

This is a great shop! They took excellent care of my car after it was hit by a piece of loose debris on the freeway. Robert made the whole process feel seamless -- from negotiating with my insurance company, to sourcing factory replacement parts, to matching the paint color perfectly. He also called with periodic updates along the way. My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My only cost was my insurance deductible. I'd absolutely recommend bringing your car here if you want it well taken care of. read more

I found White Oaks on Yelp because of their incredible reputation, and they exceeded every single expectation!Troy handled my repair, and he was an absolute gem--incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I drive a convertible, which requires extra care. Troy went above and beyond by making sure my car was always parked indoors to protect the soft top from the elements. That level of attention to detail is rare!As for the final result? A spectacular, flawless job. The new paint is unbelievably glossy and looks brand new. Took my Mazda 6 to White Oaks after a front bumper incident. A full repair would have cost $1,000-$1,500, but I just needed a practical fix to make it more presentable. Mike stepped up and did a fantastic job getting the bumper aligned and re-securing the license plate. Then, to top it all, he charge me nothing‼ A rare experience, which almost made me happy the car was hit :-) Highly recommended. read more

5 star review by over twelve hundred people. Is this possible? I crashed Tesla at Gas station when trying to pump the air. The left side looks bad, and passenger door was jammed. Robert explained to us the different options: from ~$7000 full repair to a few hundred "not perfect" working solution. Since our car only has liability insurance, we took the cheap solution. Robert spent ~20 minutes, fixed the jammed door. He charged us nothing, and gave us recommendations for next steps. We have a great experience with White Oaks. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Troy and the entire team. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire repair process. They handled all the communication with my insurance company, including working through the supplemental approval when additional damage was discovered, which made the whole process completely stress-free for me. The quality of the repair was outstanding. My car looks like new again, and the attention to detail really exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was how much they genuinely cared about their customers. They were patient, transparent, and always willing to answer my questions. They also do their best to help customers with their deductible whenever possible, which I really appreciated. I stopped by for a quick estimate on my truck. Mike provided me with an estimate and was able to get me scheduled for the repairs.

Honestly, some of the nicest people. They are quick, efficient, and gained my trust quickly. They are very transparent with pricing I've taken my car in a couple times to get assessment of some scuffing. They were able to assess which items could be easily buffed out, and was able to help get it done really quickly. For paint damage around my clear sticker guards, they were able to help with some buffing, and actually advised me to get a quote from another tint shop for the sticker reapplication, to save me some money. It made me feel like they prioritize customer relations (developing long term customers, word of mouth, etc.), rather than squeezing every drop of money from you I feel very comfortable taking my car into them, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone! read more

The gold standard for collision repair! I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I brought my car in after an accident, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. What truly set them apart was the world-class customer service. I would plan to call for an update, and Mike or Troy would regularly beat me to it. They kept me informed every step of the way, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The repairs are flawless; honestly, my car looks better now than it did before the accident. I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, they were honest, patient, and extremely transparent. I didn't have insurance for the repairs so they worked with me and clearly laid out all my options--what needed to be replaced and what could be repaired based on my budget. The damage involved the hood, headlight, front fender, bumper, and fog light, all of which had to be repaired or replaced. They walked me through each item and explained why certain parts should be replaced versus repaired, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very fair given the amount of work that needed to be done. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. Everything lines up perfectly, the paint matches great, and the car honestly looks better than I expected. You'd never know how much damage there was before. It's hard to find a shop that's both honest and skilled, but this place absolutely delivers. Highly recommend. read more

I have a unique and probably uncommon experience. But it was such a great demonstration of principled, honorable, humane service - feel it's really important they get the credit. Car door wasn't closing right after a strong wind blew it open. Brought it in and they mentioned it was probably an easy fix. Then they get underneath the door, give it a solid lift and like magic - it's closing perfectly! The crazy part is that they didn't charge me for the work. How cool is that! I'll definitely be coming back if I have future work. They've more than earned my future business. Thanks, White Oaks Auto Body! read more

I had a fantastic experience with White Oak's Auto body. Months ago, I backed into a light pole and damaged the rear tailgate and bumper of my Honda pilot. I rewarded my idiocy by driving around with the damage for a couple months, but I eventually decided I had done my penance and needed to get the damage fixed. Enter White Oaks Auto body. Drove the car down and Daniel came out and surveyed the damage. Since I was going to pay for it out-of-pocket, he gave me a variety of different possible scenarios to fix all or part of the damage. I decided on one course of action and then dropped off the car on a Monday. By Thursday, the damage had been repaired and the rear tailgate had been repainted to its pearlescent glory. Just an outstanding job. Throughout the process, Daniel kept me updated and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. read more
