    Had the rear hatch and quarter panel replaced after being rear-ended in my 2 month old model y. The hatch is quite clearly misaligned. I was told "Tesla parts don't fit right", and to bring it in for readjustment. I did. It still is clearly busted. You can see daylight in between the bumper and hatch, and it's still clearly crooked. And giving me my car back at night when it's impossible to inspect while admitting that it isn't right is shady at best.

    After!! It looks like new and they didn't even have to repaint it!!

    We had a fantastic experience here and would definitely return!!! We accidentally made some big scratches to our Tesla trying to remove tree sap with a sponge (a very stupid mistake!! Don't do it!!). We came in to get an eval and quote and they recommended we first try buffing/polishing it (cost $500-$600), and if we didn't like the results we could try repainting (would cost a couple thousand). They finished the job within a couple hours and it looks amazing!!! Can't even tell that we scratched it! So impressed. Will definitely return if we have future needs! Thanks Miguel!!

    I had my Model S repaired here recently due to hitting a raccoon. My overall experience was that they are way too busy and the quality of service goes down because if it. I reached out on May 24. I had cracked bumper and leaking radiator. Had to wait for June 7 for first inspection which was me driving to their shop and them confirming parts for a bumper and radiator within 5 minutes and sending me back home in my car. Several email ignored and almost 0 proactive updates on the car even as days dragged on. The first drop off available was July 5 and estimate to repair was 5 days. On July 26 was when I finally received the car (after calling every few days for updates and new excuses each time). The worst part was on my drive home I had the same battery overheat issue and my car dangerously slowed to a crawl in higher speed traffic. When I picked up the car I asked if they drove it and they said yes. Then after I brought it back due to the issue they said oh yes we only drove it in our parking lot though. They're taking shortcuts. On top of that, I was asked to drive it back and did not even offer a ride home. Not sure if this shop is truly great for so many people but I had really inconvenient experience and poor customer service here. Some positives here were that every call was picked up politely and every question was answered. I think the shop knows what they are doing but don't care enough to ensure everyone has a great experience.

They were rather crowded and it was a bit hectic at both drop off and pickup- I expected to speak with the mechanic about the services done and get their thoughts on a specific issue but at pickup the owner was busy in another service bay and I paid , was handed my keys and told the receipt would be texted . I was frustrated because I didn't have any answers to my questions, and I had to ask for a second receipt that showed services done , but even that one was really vague and lacking needed information. I chose Bloom because they offered the best price estimate and they have so many 5 star reviews; I'm happy with the pricing and the folks at Bloom were nice enough but the communication , both verbal and written, have been disappointing. I know the shop is busy but I'm left with more questions than answers about my SUV. The work they did is not anything I can see to verify so without being given a service report details about what was done, it's hard to feel good about the quality of their work. I just really don't know. Update: Just drove my suv to the store, first time I've driven it except for the drive home from Bloom. I thought I felt a mild vibration driving home but driving just now the vibration is pretty obvious , feels like the whole vehicle is vibrating. This is a completely new issue. It's Sunday so can't reach Bloom Auto til tmo. Afraid to drive it now. This is beyond frustrating. I want to subtract a star but will wait to see what response I get from Bloom Auto. Update 2: My questions still not answered as to findings from my visit , but they did offer to have me bring my vehicle back and go for a drive with a mechanic. Not sure how much that will help but at least they made the offer.

    Had my 2025 Lexus GX 550 painted here over a scratch on the rear passenger door. John Ringham…read morehandled all customer service interactions with me. Compared to two other shops I got quotes from, John's quote was the lowest price. He also did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the repair. The final paint job was completely flawless. On a separate note, my car has a 360 degree surround view camera system, and one of the cameras is mounted on the side mirror, which needed to be removed during paint blending and reattached afterwards. This meant that German Auto Body needed to take the car to the dealership (Lexus Stevens Creek) for calibration to correctly line up the image from the reinstalled mirror camera to the whole image captured by the three other cameras. The dealership's calibrations did not correctly line up the final image (I have my doubts if they even ran the calibrations at all, as the image looked identical before and after), but they still charged for the calibrations (gave a typical BS answer that everything was "in spec"). However German Auto Body agreed that the calibrations did nothing and therefore they chose to absorb the cost of the calibrations from the dealer and did not charge me. John and tech Jose were able to work with me to mechanically (manually) adjust the side mirror to line up the 360 view image. I greatly appreciated the efforts that went into resolving this. Base on my experience, I believe that German Auto Body is an honest, customer service oriented, and skilled body shop. Would highly recommend them. This would be my go to shop if I ever needed future auto body repairs.

The paint is immaculate and looks like it did when I received the car brand new, you can't tell where it was damaged. They helped with the insurance process and made it extremely streamlined. I would not trust any other shop to touch my vehicle. Oh how I wish they offered detailing services! I would be first in line :) Money well spent. You cannot put a price on professionalism and expertise. I have gone to them to get a quote for even small rock chips, the girls in the front have never made me feel unwelcome or crazy for noticing such small marks on my car. I plan to go to them when my car hits its 5 year mark to get a complete touchup if needed. Most valuably, German Auto Body has given me peace of mind when driving as I know they will be able to fix any issues or damage that I get along the way. You cannot put a price on peace of mind.
