I was beyond upset when I discovered someone had hit my car and left without leaving any information. Thankfully, I had insurance, and Kim's Auto Body was the first place that came to mind. Their communication is excellent, the team is incredibly professional, and everyone works together seamlessly. From the perfect color matching to using high-quality parts, they truly take their time to make sure everything is done right. They're informative, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions throughout the process. Thank you to the entire Kim's Auto Body team for making a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service! read more

I'm so impressed by the service and communication I received at House of Miracles. Firstly, I went to four different Autoshop repair places to get quotes for backing out of my garage too quickly and damaging my car. The damage was minimal to the front, but since it is a Tesla the average cost was $6K upward! I expressed concern to Charles about the quotes I got from other companies and was pretty bummed when I saw him. He worked with me to not replace all the parts and to fix the damaged areas. He gave me options and got the cost down to a reasonable rate. The service was ace, and my car looks brand new. Suzie at the front desk, is super sweet and helpful. Charles even helped me put on rim protectors and found another place to do my tire alignment. This was above and beyond great service. I'm truly lucky to have found House of Miracles. I would HIGHLY recommend their service to my friends and family. Thank you again for all your hard work and help, Charles and team! read more

I had a great experience with them when they were "House of Miracles" and I can now confirm that the standards of excellence and integrity have continued post the growth to become Kims Auto Body. My insurance agent told me they were the best and both my experiences confirm that! read more

Utterly outstanding craftsmanship, value, and customer care. Charles and House of Miracles, better known as Kims Auto Body, provided coachwork-class repairs to my vehicle which had incurred a frontal collision. Their communication with my insurance adjuster was crisp, efficient, and effective, enabling them to order parts and commence repairs with all due alacrity. Their communication with me never left me wondering the status. They kept me informed of progress and bested the projected completion date by nearly three calendar days. My vehicle was delivered in pristine form. While I wish my vehicle had not had the accident at all, Kims Auto Body truly returned my vehicle to "as good as new" condition. Highly recommended. read more

Now known as Kim's Auto Body- I had outstanding service! I called needing a mirror replacement, less than 24hrs and my mirror was replaced! They were able to order a part that arrived next day and then I brought my car in for the labor and it took no more than 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service, so grateful to get the mirror replaced right before the holidays for ultimate safety. read more

it's a traumatic experience to have an accident...even a minor one. a neighbor had recommended House of Miracles, but when I got there, I found that it had been bought by Kim's Auto Body. I didn't know what to expect. Lupe Garcia was my claims contact person, and she was great. she kept me informed and was there for me every step of the way. the repair work was excellent. My car looks as good as new. Kudos to the whole team. read more

I am so so so glad I came to House of Miracles after a car backed into my Tesla Y (instead of another place in Sunnyvale which I've been to before). The whole process from beginning to end with Charles really helped to take off some stress off for me, including how to work with the insurance company which can heighten anyone's blood pressure. Susie at the front desk is also a miracle worker because the insurance company did not want to get me another Tesla as rental car ($65/day vs $45/day), I could not locate a Tesla myself with Enterprise until Susie stepped in to help out. I felt they were honest, straight forward, and Charles/Susie both used their expertise to help me, the customer. The bonus - they even washed my very dirty car so I would pick up a perfect clean car. I am so happy to be in my own car again! I'd recommend House of Miracles to all my friends and family. This is the place you want to bring your car to if you need help! read more

A while back my car was t-boned on the passenger side, and both doors on that side needed to be replaced. I was intially extremlley satisfied with the repair, because everything looked good as new. Unreleated to the damage from the collision I had to have my Catalitic Converter replaced after it was stolen. The mechanic who did that was running a full diagnosis scan foun a wiring error on the back door that had been replaced. They told me they wouldn't have even mentioned it to me, but did because they knew that the part had been worked on recently. What I came to discover was the back rear window didn't roll down anymore, because House of Miracles failed to reconnect the wiring to the back side door during their repair. When I came back to House of Miracles told me "too bad, and I couldn't prove that it was their fault." I went from extremley satisified to dissasitisfied over their work. read more

Once again, HOM did an amazing job of repairing collision damage to my car. Suzie was super helpful arranging my car rental needs and scheduling my repair. Suzie's excellent communication via telephone and email kept me informed, leaving no uncertainty about cost, insurance or repair time. Charles, as usual went above and beyond ensuring my car was repaired in a timely manner. My car was returned in a superior condition to when I dropped it of. Clean and no sign of the damage visible. Thank you House of Miracles for a job well done. read more

House of Miracles is the best! Used them multiple times for different cars over many years, sometimes with insurance and sometimes without - we're always very satisfied with quality of their work. Customer service is very good too. We appreciate their attention to detail, like removing and reapplying the parking decal (things we didn't even think of), and doing a final walkthrough with you for any followup work. One time they had to refer some work out to another repair shop, and we were thankful that the shop they recommended was top-notch. read more

Charles keeps up the quality workmanship and friendly customer service of the previous owners of House of Miracles. He completely took care of the insurance adjustment, making sure I would get compensated optimally. I had extra non-cosmetic work done, no problem. The result was flawless, like a new car. He even had the tires shined! This is one of the few businesses I can say I'd use again with no complaints. read more

We brought our car in after an accident for an assessment. Charles was extremely helpful and gave us very good advice after spending time looking into it. Very professional and trustworthy service. I just had the most polite experience at House of Miracles. I came in with my 2015 Acura tlx needing a front license plate bracket that I bought from Amazon installed and they did it for me for free! I highly recommend House of Miracles to anyone that needs a repair on their car. Charles and Susie communicated great with me throughout the process. Customer Service was spot on. Charles went the extra mile in my car repairs by replacing a fender that Tesla initially only wanted to repair. Charles & Susie communicated with Tesla regarding my claim and car rental. Going forward I will always recommend and bring my car to House Of Miracles. read more

Excellent customer service ! It is truly a place of miracles! My car was hit by another party, and it was clearly their fault. Unfortunately, my own insurance company was not very helpful, I received no clear guidance, and the other party's insurance was unresponsive. I visited several body shops, but nothing felt right until I found House of Miracles. From the moment I arrived, I was given clear advice and step-by-step instructions. Charles was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He took over the stressful parts of the process, contacting the other party's insurance on my behalf and arranging a loaner car as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. I am so happy that they resolved my hassle in such a short time. Charles's team handled everything seamlessly. I highly recommend House of Miracles to anyone needing auto body repair. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. read more

These guys really do perform miracles -- at a great price! I dinged the front bumper and side panel of my Nissan Leaf. One shop I went to insisted I needed a new bumper, even though it looked fine to me. Charles said he could work with the existing bumper, so my final cost was less than half of the first guy's bid. My car looks perfect! And the work was done in only a day and a half. Suzie runs the front office and she is great to work with. She kept in touch every step of the way to let me know exactly what was happening. She even put new batteries in my key fobs! These are awesome professionals who do fantastic work. Don't trust your car to anyone else. read more

OUTSTANDING service from start to finish! Charles is professional, friendly, efficient, honest and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He worked diligently with my insurance on the repairs and maintained constant communication with me every step of the way. My Jaguar F-Pace was repaired with a quick turn around and back to me in excellent condition and washed/vacuumed too! Highly recommend Charles and his team! read more

HOM is the best! Had a sizeable scratch / dent from wrapping my car around a dumpster - scratched 3 panels. Charles and team went out of their way to find a solution where they were able to repair some of the trim (rather than replace) that saved me quite a bit of money (decided to pay out of pocket) and turned out great! They kept me posted during the process and were the consummate professionals. Excellent experience! Hope to not wrap my car around a dumpster again, but if I do, definitely coming back to HOM. read more

This is the second time they've repaired one of my vehicles. Remarkable work! Looks like new. Russ & his guys know their stuff. Fair pricing as well. I highly recommend getting any repair work done here. read more

I've been to the House of Miracles three times and strongly recommend them. Twice I was here for minor work but once I brought an older car to have it "restored." In all three cases, the work was done on time, at the cost they estimated and at high quality. This is truly a family run business with three generations involved. The body shop started in the 70's as Tom Brown's House of Miracles but these days it's run by his two sons. Rus is the brother you'll usually find at the desk - in addition to being polite, I always feel like he's giving me the straight scoop. Actually I've been to House of Miracles 5 times. In one case, Rus advised against doing any repairs as the damage was minor and the cost wouldn't be worth it. In another case, they fixed a loose bumper using some industrial glue in about 15 minutes and refused payment. I assumed it was because I am a loyal customer but, looking at other Yelp reviews, it seems like they've done it regularly. Amazing customer service. Have I said how nice everyone is? It's not just the owners but the mechanics as well. If you live near Cupertino and you need some body work, this is the place to go. read more

My beautiful red metallic Pacifica plugin had a bad day with its front bumper and right fender. Brought it in to these 'Michelangelos' for a renaissance! Seriously, though there are none better. They actually give you more product and more service than you even know you needed; and at a reasonable price. read more

I have brought my cars into House of Miracles. Most recently I had an issue where my front passenger door stopped working on my Maxima. I brought it to 2 other places, and both told me they couldn't take the door off to inspect what's wrong without breaking the door. I then brought it to House of Miracles, and Russ at House of Miracles was able to remove the door (without damaging it). It ended up being a broken latch, which he quickly repaired. They are extremely responsive and have been great at repairing my vehicles. I highly recommend them and trust them with my vehicles. read more

This is the second time I've used them, and I've always had a good experience. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and I had my car back in a matter of days. Excellent work, great communication and customer service, right on schedule. Couldn't ask for better.

I had a dent in my driver side door from a side-swipe in a parking lot. I was fine cosmetically with the minor dent but the wind noise, especially on the highway was annoying. I took the car to the House of Miracles and they fixed it for free! The people I met were nice, friendly, and honest. I'll definitely go back the next time I need car work done. read more

This was my second visit with my Porsche and first time I paid. Last time Rus found a way to get a small scratch to a good enough state without charging me. This time, 3 panels were seriously damaged. for two of them there was no way other than fixing and repainting them which was done for a fair price. As for the third panel, Rus referred me to another guy that managed to pull the dents so it looks like nothing happened. Long and short: Expect a professional, honest service that is looking for the customer best interest. Highly highly recommended! read more

Changed ownership and went the attitude. Told him upfront I hv limited funds and not using insurance for 16 yo van. He had the audacity to quote me $9k for a quarter panel replacement. That's his way of telling he ain't want the business. read more

KIMS Auto Body - Body Shops Near Me - Cupertino, California

My Prius had a loose cover making noise under the car, behind the front bumper. I called the shop and the owner, Chris, told me to come in and they might be able to take care of it without charge. I was a little skeptical but I went there at the appointed time. When I got there, Adam crawled under the car, figured out I was missing some clips. He went ahead and added those clips and replaced a bunch of damaged clips. He also told me if I still hear noises from the covers, I would need to replace them. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and the best part was there was no charge! I thanked Adam profusely, and as I was pulling out, Chris came out to make sure I was able to back out okay. I later called him to thank him and his employees. I will be back if I ever have any need for a body shop. read more

So I'm driving to Trader Joe's in Los Altos to buy some drinks for my parents' Christmas party. I park my car, walk away, and next thing you know BOOM! I turn around and walk back to where I thought I heard the sound come from just to see what happened and if everyone's okay. Well, it turns out that an old man who was parking in the space next to mine, accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake and hit the right side of my car. Luckily he didn't hit it that hard, but there was still damage to the rear passenger door. My dad went to this place once before for another issue, so we took it here again (the old man's insurance paid for everything since it was his fault). They ended up having to replace the door, and it took them about three weeks for them to get things fixed due to them being busy as it is, as well as them having to find a certain part that was not available at first. Nonetheless, I was very impressed with their work. They called us when they were done, and my dad and I went to pick up the car. Not only was the damage completely fixed, but they also took the time to wash and polish the car for free. Now that's just amazing. Not only that, but the people who run the place are probably some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Russ, especially, told me as I left to "have a wonderful, wonderful day". If I ever am involved in a car accident again, I know where to go! 5 stars all the way read more

House of Miracles were very easy to work with, super great with communication, and did incredible work - my car looks like new, better than it has looked in many years!
