5+++ stars for the management team and their customer-first approach, and 4.5 stars for auto body repair quality. I worked with Tristin and Karen for repairing my car's bumper when it got rear-ended. They were very communicative and quick to respond to all questions. When I raised concerns about the estimates process and insurance coverage, Tristin was always reassuring and handled all communication with insurance. That was extremely helpful especially when one is dealing with the stress of a car accident. After 4 days of repair, B2 notified me that my car was ready; however, when I went to pick it up, the bumper did still have some noticeable imperfections. Karen immediately reassured me that they could touch those up and take care of the cost for the extra days required for my rental car. After a few days of touch up, my car was in excellent condition, thoroughly washed and detailed, too! When a few weeks later, I faced a problem with the rental car bill, B2 again reassured me that they would work with insurance to resolve it, and they kept their word. tl;dr: From my experience with B2, they truly put customers' needs first and do everything they can to make the car repair process as seamless and stress-free as possible for their customers. Honestly, I dont even understand why this place has only 4.8 stars! Amazing staff and amazing service. They made my experience so seamless - They estimated the repairs - called the insurance on my behalf to fast track the estimate from the insurance - very clearly explained what to expect as the next steps from insurance as well as from B2, made my rental reservation that was covered by the insurance - and I could even drop off my rental at their location to pick up my car. nothing short of 5 stars! I worked with Tristan and he communicated with me throughout the period my car was with them. I came in for an estimation today and left with TEARS I was trying to hide. These tears were tears of happiness and relief. (-: Thank you so much B2 for the incredible work and service. Ernesto came to help me with an estimation for a bumper that was coming off and a dent in my door which made a noise every time I opened the door. I expressed my concerns of high payment as I am currently an unemployed teaching candidate. He took my car to the back to see if anything could get serviced today and would let me know the price. I had an event where I needed the car the next weekend, so I had a pretty tight schedule for the repair, but Ernesto assured me it could be done. He gave many options and let me keep my car while the parts were shipping. After dropping off the car, I was able to get updates and the car was done right on time. This business is appropriately named -- the work was perfect! Tangled with the concrete median on Hwy 17 in a rainstorm and damaged both the front and back bumper and quarter panel areas Karen, Brad and Tristan made the process so easy; dealing with my insurance company so I've never had to talk to an adjuster or argue about repairs. They even have an arrangement with Enterprise down the street and I got a massive discount on my car rental, plus they let you drop it off at the shop and Enterprise will pick it up later. Saves bringing another driver to pick up your vehicle The work on the repair was above and beyond. They even cleaned out the inside of my car and managed to clean my filthy floor mats which I've been struggling with forever. No charge. B2 Perfection is on Wolfe between Kifer and Central Expressway. Easy to find, just make sure you enter from the 1st driveway since it is one-way. My bumper and backup camera were damaged when someone rear ended me on NB 280. I brought my car here to get the bumper replaced. They did a great job. The new bumper looked like new and the backup camera functioned again. It was easy to work with them. I would definitely consider coming here again if I need body work done on my car. read more

I never got as far as having work done here because the cost estimate was crazy high. The staff was nice enough and very flexible with scheduling for an estimate. I was helped by one young man who was nice but talked so fast it was really hard to keep up. I asked him twice to slow down as I'm hearing impaired, but he'd do so for a second and then go back to high speed -so I just smiled and nodded and waited for my estimate print out. That was shocking- I needed repair of a couple of scratches on the hood , not deep ones , and a couple of small chipped spots on edge of hood , and a pretty minor windshield crack/ chip ( less than quarter sized in total diameter , most of that being a crack ; chip part is maybe dime sized if that) . My ride is a stock color . My estimate came to ( gasp) $2320. The windshield alone was about $700 and that's without the Eyesight feature .Labor quoted was over 2 hours to replace windshield and over 3 1/2 hours to paint the hood. I don't need a whole new windshield , just a minor chip fill. And really even if the whole hood needs painting, that is not a nearly 4 hour job. The other thing was that this shop seems to have a lack of communication between staff or something- During the time I was at the shop I got a message from the shop asking me if I wanted to schedule a visit for an estimate. And despite messaging the shop right after my visit to explain why I would not be scheduling the work with them, I got another message, the next day I think , asking if I wanted to schedule the repairs discussed. I realize that stuff is automated but it can be edited / adjusted. That's a minor issue but it was especially annoying under the circumstances. Maybe this shop does good work- maybe all of their prices aren't insane. But they sure left a poor impression on this potential customer. Shops reply to the above says quote is for "multiple body panels"- but it's only the hood that has a couple of relatively minor scratches and a couple small chips on one edge. The windshield does not need replacement , there's a fine sized chip / crack at lower section, fixing it will not affect Eyesight feature at all. Yes I got a higher estimate but I also got lower ones and will be going to a well respected shop who is only charging me $450 for all the work. So I'm sorry but B2 wants to do unnecessary work and I don't have thousands of dollars to spare for minor cosmetic repair. read more

I decided to do a drop in because my front bumper was offset when I accidentally parked the car over a concrete divider. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Karen, who helped me out with an estimate in less than 20 minutes. She was very thorough looking through the parts that might be damaged and need to be replaced, yet she did not try to overcharge for things that were not broken. B2 help me took the front bumper off replaced the broken parts and reinstalled it. The work was done beautifully and quickly. I was able to pick the car up in about half a day. I've brought a couple cars for insurance work, first working with Ernesto and second time with Victor. Autobody repair is more of an art and not easy nor quick work. Having said that, ultimately both of my cars were repaired to excellent pre collision condition paid by other party's insurance. Both times it took long time to get the cars back but it wasn't the shops the fault: Tesla insurance is horrible to work with and my truck turned out to be a difficult car to work on. Neither time was it B2 Perfection's fault. I will say my Tesla was returned to me in BETTER shape than when it was new because the front drivers headlight never lined up correctly with bumper when I bought it NEW but after the shop replaced the front bumper cover, they did a better job then Tesla factory lining up the headlight. I barely write reviews but has to this time for their excellent work, also for their kindness and generosity. Walking-in for an estimate at around 2PM, Nov 28th, I saw the "Open" sign but didn't notice the special hour for Thanksgiving, which they would be closed at 12PM. However, Ernesto still took his time to help me without any hesitation. After looking at the damage, he recommended me to get the new bumper because this old bumper got damaged on both sides but I still wanted to keep it since I would pay out of pocket and wanted to keep the cost low. He then told me to wait inside the lobby and let him check the damage in details. 10 minutes later, he came back with the car, all the big scratches were gone, then I asked for the cost and he told me that was no charge at all, I was so surprised and feeling grateful for his help. He even suggested me to buy the touch up paint online to cover the black marks if I want to save money and offered to help me as well if I bring the touch up paint to him. I feel so lucky to know about them and experience their service. Truly professional, honest and treating customers with full of kindness. This place is great. I was furiously trying to get quotes on my body work for my Tesla y, when Karen returned a call from the morning. By then I had spoken to insurance, and got one quote locally. She was so great educating me on the process of claims since this was my first go and my insurance agent of 30 years was as anything but helpful. SF kept telling me B2 was NOT a SF approved body shop but I get to pick where the work is done despite the mind tricks of they play. I had really high hopes for this place when I saw how well they were rated, but my experience with them ended very poorly. 1. Lack of communication A few weeks after dropping the car off, we were super excited to hear that the car would be ready by the end of the week. After two weeks of silence, we reached back out to them, and they said the new ETA was going to be a few months because a part was backordered. I understand that they have no control over availability of parts and shipping, but why say the car would be ready for pickup? I would have let that go, but unfortunately, this kind of communication happened several more times. The roller coaster was horrible. They underestimate their deliveries, and they're not good at following up with updates. 2. No quality control When we finally picked up the car, there were obvious things that still needed to be fixed: - front camera wasn't calibrated - windshield wiper fluid sensor light was on - a couple of new parts weren't paint matched - parts around the headlights that had damage from the accident weren't replaced - OEM PPF was never replaced We had to bring the car back several times for them to address most of the above. In the first round, they claimed they painted the parts, but the pieces still had dead bugs from the drive over. It was clear that the only thing they had done was reset the fluid warning, which actually came back on during the drive home. They had to order and install a new fluid sensor, which fixed the warning. On the second round of paint fixes, the color was still off. Max (the agent that was handling our case) went on vacation, so the manager, EJ, helped us finally get the paint fixed and most of the repairs done. All that was left was the front camera calibration. They had a person in-house who supposedly recalibrated it, but it looked exactly the same (crooked) as when we first picked it up. After two more failed attempts, we had to drop it off at a Toyota to finally get it fixed. 3. Service is way overpriced Getting an initial estimate took about a week, but the estimate doubled once they started to do the repairs (which is understandable since they can't examine without taking everything apart). But over the course of the repairs, they rebilled our insurance for work that should have been done in the first place. For a car that was only a year old, with no battery/engine damage or airbags deployed in the accident, the total repair cost was more than half of what the vehicle was brand-new. Especially considering that the damage was mostly cosmetic and was only the front 20% of the vehicle, their integrity comes into play. Most obvious was the fact that they ordered parts from Stevens Creek Toyota who sold above MSRP. When I suggested they could buy parts from another dealership in LA, they said they only buy from Stevens Creek Toyota and weren't interested in saving a substantial amount of money. Clearly, they were just trying to get as much insurance money as possible.  In summation, this entire ordeal took almost 4 months to complete, and aside from having to wait for parts, the customer service and quality was most disappointing. read more
