This shop is super professional and gets the job done, although they are always busy. I came in with a hit bumper, and they perfectly patched it up and got it looking new again. Like I said, they are busy a lot of the time, but they still try their best to get the work done as fast as they can. I went in to get an estimate for some damage I had to my rear bumper. While trying to find the office I was greeted by Miriam. She came over to take a look at my car and proceeded to pop back a section of my bumper that had become misaligned. Who knew it was that simple to do. She then buffed out all of the scratches and scuff marks. You would never even know what it looked like before. I've used Advanced Auto Repair a few times in the past 10 years (4 teenage drivers!), but today I stopped by for my own mistake. I wanted to get an estimate on some bumper damage. Advanced Auto Repair has been my ONLY go-to bodywork and repair shop for 15+ years. I met NIC back in 2009, I was 20 years old and was working at Lozano car wash at the detail center as a salesman. I had 85 iroc Camaro then and the car was immaculate all except for the front bumper, thanks to NIC he did his magic and brought her back. Since then I've unfortunately had some separate incidents/accidents and have brought back over 10+ or more cars and every single one satisfied. I couldn't drive my 2005 Saturn VUE after a minor accident because the door on the driver's side had been slightly dented causing the window open/close device to fail. My car guys at MPG on Evelyn Avenue recommended Advanced Auto Repair since it wasn't mechanical. Best customer service I've ever had for 'auto body' work! My car was scratched/vandalized with keys on the driver's side when parked at a parking lot. After getting a claim with police and with my insurance (I had comprehensive and honestly thought about cancelling it because I never needed it, but now I will think twice before doing that), I went to these guys on advice from my auto-mechanic. The paint job did take a little longer than anticipated, so Nick, the owner, offered to pay for a rental, which was not covered by my insurance. He payed for several days out of his pocket! Not only that, he actually drove me to the rental place and ensured that I was taken care of and a car was provided to me. The cars were in very short supply and the administrators said "they will try to find me a car" on the phone. A little persuasion from Nick in person at the office and I got a car right away. When I got the car today, I realized that they not only did an amazing paint job, but they cleaned the entire car and the main beam transparent plastic covers. They even replaced the molding on the rear bumper, even though it had nothing to do with the scratch. My car looks brand new again! read more

This is one of the best auto repair services I've received. We came from another auto repair shop that had warned us of a critical issue with our 2005 Toyota Corolla that would cost around $2000. We came here to get a second opinion, and the owner not only repaired the issue for $200, but he cleaned the car too! Horrid experience with Nick and his staff! I was in a bad car accident on Monday (Memorial Day holiday) . My car was not good to be driven so we drove it right to the repair shop and dropped it there with there drop system. I heard nothing from them, we left all our details and insurance details with them. So I called them on Wednesday and spoke to the receptionist asking the owner Nick to return my call. It's Friday I never heard from them so went and picked up my car to move it down the street to a USAA recommended repair shop! No I KNOW why Advanced Collision Repair is NOT a USAA recommended shop.Lesson learned! Hopefully my sharing my experience can save you some time and frustration. Do not use this shop! read more

Took my car for diagnosis here as found recently leak from transfer case in my SUV. Mechanic (Trevor) seemed to be really knowledgeable and patient person, as well as shop has excellent reviews here on yelp, so I've decided to give it a try. Car was fixed next day after diagnosis the problem within couple of hours, with genuine parts (as I was told at least). It run with no leak for a week, so I was super happy. And after that started leaking again. I've called mechanic and described problem - he asked to call next day. I've called again - he said next week he will call me back, cause he was super busy. This never happened. For me personally it turned up to be waste of money and my time, unfortunately. read more

My car was in a HORRIBLE accident, while driving on 17 (Santa Cruz) and I took my car to several places to understand the amount of damage that was done to avoid body shops that wanted to take short-cuts and just do a quick job. The owner thoroughly expected my car and even called one of his head technicians to double check, and they both pin pointed out many issues that were sometimes addressed and sometimes not addresses by other body shops. I was sold to their honesty. Anyways, cutting to the chase.... I got my car back and it looked amazing, you could not even tell the car has been painted or fixed. My colleague recommended Nick and his shop for the body work of my wife's Jaguar XF. The housing of the the headlamp was shattered and the aluminum hood was bend visibly. Most of the shops told me that a new headlamp unit was needed, which costs more than $2,500 plus tax. And if I chose to replace the hood, that's another $1,800 plus tax and paint job. Nick and his staff Meriam helped me find one used unit on ebay for less than $500 and they repaired and re-painted the aluminum hood for $1,250.
