Nick and Miriam are an amazing team. They are both extremely good at what they do. They work with honesty and integrity, and they have always helped us even in the most difficult situations. You can trust them with your eyes closed! read more

The folks here were great in diagnosing and fixing the source of a water leak. A dealership replaced an electrical module even though they suspected water was the result of the failure. To be sure, they wanted a large sum of money just to investigate the source (even though Subaru's own technical guidance referred specifically to 3 likely sources), then the repair itself. I took my car to Advanced Auto Repair for a second opinion. They were methodical in looking for the water leak. They removed the back interior panels to expose the area, then the car went through a car wash and inspected. They found the leak and repaired it. The cost to me was hundreds less the Subaru dealership. The folks here treated me with respect, kindness and really listened to my concerns. They are excellent at what they do, with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them. read more

I took my truck for rear bumper repair and met with Nick the owner. He inspected my truck and assured me that he can fix it and get me back on the road. They're very friendly and super honest and fixed my truck at almost half of the body shops estimates. Work was flawless and extremely affordable. I highly recommend this body shop. Don't go anywhere else! read more

This shop is super professional and gets the job done, although they are always busy. I came in with a hit bumper, and they perfectly patched it up and got it looking new again. Like I said, they are busy a lot of the time, but they still try their best to get the work done as fast as they can. I hopefully won't need to go back anytime soon, but if I do I know I will be in good hands with this shop. read more

Super friendly team! I knocked my side mirror off, and they replaced it quickly at a very fair price.

I HIGHLY recommend Advanced Auto Repair Center in mountain view. Their auto body work is excellent, prices extremely reasonable, and the staff is amazingly helpful. Miriam is a gem who took care of all my needs And then some, always going the extra mile and working seamlessly with me and the insurance company. I would definitely go to them, especially if you are not using insurance to pay for the repair, because they will work with you And do their best to make your repair affordable while maintaining the highest quality of work. read more

I went in to get an estimate for some damage I had to my rear bumper. While trying to find the office I was greeted by Miriam. She came over to take a look at my car and proceeded to pop back a section of my bumper that had become misaligned. Who knew it was that simple to do. She then buffed out all of the scratches and scuff marks. You would never even know what it looked like before. I am so grateful for Miriam and the care and time she took to get my car looking good again. I would have been happy to pay for her services, but there was no charge. I literally gave Miriam a hug. Thank you again read more

Advanced Auto Repair Center is AWESOME! They fixed my front bumper quickly and for a great price. Also, Miriam and the rest of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm hoping that I won't get into any more accidents, but if I do I will 100% come here again for repair. read more

I've used Advanced Auto Repair a few times in the past 10 years (4 teenage drivers!), but today I stopped by for my own mistake. I wanted to get an estimate on some bumper damage. Miriam was working and she came out and took a look. Within 15 minutes, she had cleaned up most of the scuff marks and fixed a slight misalignment. She refused any payment. It's so heartening to find businesses like this who provide great value, great service and do it all with a smile. I highly recommend them! read more

Have been coming to Nick for over two decades to fix my car. What can I say, the guy's an absolute master of his craft. Knows about car body work inside out and always exceeds my expectations. He gives very reasonable estimates and usually completes the work sooner than his initially provided ETA. Highly recommend this place read more

Amazing attention to details, awesome and professional service. These guys are pros!! I'll advise them to all my friends and family. Make sure to ask for Nick, he goes above and beyond to make sure your car will look priceless and spotless, THANK YOU Advanced Auto Repair!! read more

Nick was amazing! I got a quote quickly and they did the work in a short period of time - at my convenience. The paint job was a perfect match! I had received a quote for almost 3x the cost from a Tesla authorized repair shop. So glad I found Advanced Auto Repair. I strongly and without reservation, recommend this body shop. read more

Wow Wow Wow. This place is top notch. Not only was my out-of-pocket repair cost super reasonable, Miriam went out of her way to ensure I was ecstatic with the results. Easy to talk to, polite, professional, timely: these folks have it all. Funny thing is, I didn't even know they existed until I asked my favorite mechanic shop, Sunnyvale Foreign Auto (check out my other Yelp reviews and you'll find Sunnyvale Foreign there) for a suggestion on a good body shop who wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg for a small, minor (but necessary) paint job on my older model car. A different body shop earlier that day insisted that the only way to fix it would be to basically dismantle a good chunk of the vehicle, paint the very small areas in need of attention, and reassemble it. The quote? $3K. Got what I needed from Advanced Auto Repair Center for a fraction of the price! Couldn't be happier! THANK YOU, MIRIAM AND EVERYONE ELSE I MET. :) read more

I used this place for the 1st time a few months ago for some collision repair and I was overly surprised on how well the work was done!!!! Very friendly staff was definitely a bonus!!! I'm back again to use their detailing services!! read more

Advanced Auto Repair has been my ONLY go-to bodywork and repair shop for 15+ years. I met NIC back in 2009, I was 20 years old and was working at Lozano car wash at the detail center as a salesman. I had 85 iroc Camaro then and the car was immaculate all except for the front bumper, thanks to NIC he did his magic and brought her back. Since then I've unfortunately had some separate incidents/accidents and have brought back over 10+ or more cars and every single one satisfied. If I can best describe "NIC" he's way to kind and honest you could leave your grandmother with and know she's in good hands and not get ripped off! lol (true story I've witnessed several sweet grandma's that he has helped and I just observed. Thanks NIC! You the BEST!!! read more

Very pleasant experience with Advanced Auto Repair. My Sienna had minor side damage. Miriam offered a quote below the insurance estimate so I could get some of the deductible back. Went above and beyond, repairing several other nicks for no additional charge. They finished in the planned date and their work was good as new. read more

Nick is awesome. We took our car to fix some damage to our wheel. He did an estimate right in front of us, showed us what's broken and what's good within minutes. Gave us a quote and had the car ready the same day! He is very honest. He showed us why we don't need to fix a few things other shops had insisted we need to fix and was willing to find cheaper parts where needed. He had our car ready within hours where other shops had estimated days. I would highly recommend this shop. read more

Excellent customer service and good repair job and on time. Switched over from body shop around the corner that I had used for years and was not as good as before pandemic. These guys are superb! They are not high-tech in terms of sending you text and email confirmations, but they answered the phone and they follow up. Special thanks goes to Miriam and to Nick! read more

Nick was really helpful, and gave me a genuine advice for the car repair, 100% recommed him for future repairs.

I have been going to Advanced Auto for years. They do an outstanding job for reasonable prices. I love them !

No fuss, straight up service. Nice enough to ask if I needed a ride during the wait. Would come here again.

These guys were amazing on short notice. I couldn't drive my 2005 Saturn VUE after a minor accident because the door on the driver's side had been slightly dented causing the window open/close device to fail. My car guys at MPG on Evelyn Avenue recommended Advanced Auto Repair since it wasn't mechanical. Best customer service I've ever had for 'auto body' work! Fixed the window on-the-spot and even buffed out the scrape on the door. Knowledgeable. Professional. Courteous. Efficient. My VUE drove out of there in less than an hour feelin' like one of the cool luxury cars they were working on. read more

My car was scratched/vandalized with keys on the driver's side when parked at a parking lot. After getting a claim with police and with my insurance (I had comprehensive and honestly thought about cancelling it because I never needed it, but now I will think twice before doing that), I went to these guys on advice from my auto-mechanic. The paint job did take a little longer than anticipated, so Nick, the owner, offered to pay for a rental, which was not covered by my insurance. He payed for several days out of his pocket! Not only that, he actually drove me to the rental place and ensured that I was taken care of and a car was provided to me. The cars were in very short supply and the administrators said "they will try to find me a car" on the phone. A little persuasion from Nick in person at the office and I got a car right away. When I got the car today, I realized that they not only did an amazing paint job, but they cleaned the entire car and the main beam transparent plastic covers. They even replaced the molding on the rear bumper, even though it had nothing to do with the scratch. My car looks brand new again! read more

Saved me money and time! Long story short, there was an expensive easy fix that would take a long time to get the part, or there was a very difficult fix that would have my car ready sooner at a cheaper cost. They were up-front about the risks of the difficult way, they worked with my insurance and the car rental to make everything easy as possible, they promised me they would try their best and they delivered, saving me money and time. Strongly recommend! read more

This is one of the best auto repair services I've received. We came from another auto repair shop that had warned us of a critical issue with our 2005 Toyota Corolla that would cost around $2000. We came here to get a second opinion, and the owner not only repaired the issue for $200, but he cleaned the car too! He made us feel taken care of and constantly updated us on the status of the car, and never confused us with complicated jargon. He even gave us his number if we had any questions. I can't recommend this place enough, I feel absolutely confident that our car was in good hands. The owner, Nick, is humble and modest and really makes you feel like he wants to help you out. read more

Would highly recommend this place. My car was in a car accident and they have done such a brilliant job with it, Nick is such a polite and wonderful person. He did additional things for me just so that my car looked better. Horrid experience with Nick and his staff! I was in a bad car accident on Monday (Memorial Day holiday) . My car was not good to be driven so we drove it right to the repair shop and dropped it there with there drop system. I heard nothing from them, we left all our details and insurance details with them. So I called them on Wednesday and spoke to the receptionist asking the owner Nick to return my call. It's Friday I never heard from them so went and picked up my car to move it down the street to a USAA recommended repair shop! No I KNOW why Advanced Collision Repair is NOT a USAA recommended shop.Lesson learned! Hopefully my sharing my experience can save you some time and frustration. Do not use this shop! read more

Took my car for diagnosis here as found recently leak from transfer case in my SUV. Mechanic (Trevor) seemed to be really knowledgeable and patient person, as well as shop has excellent reviews here on yelp, so I've decided to give it a try. Car was fixed next day after diagnosis the problem within couple of hours, with genuine parts (as I was told at least). It run with no leak for a week, so I was super happy. And after that started leaking again. I've called mechanic and described problem - he asked to call next day. I've called again - he said next week he will call me back, cause he was super busy. This never happened. For me personally it turned up to be waste of money and my time, unfortunately. read more

I was referred to the shop by a friend and am so happy that I found Advanced Auto Repair Center. I got into a car accident on the way to work. My car insurance did an estimate for me which was a very low estimate. I wanted to take it someone I could trust and would give me a fair price. Nick and the whole team were awesome! They were so helpful and made the whole process so easy for me. I really appreciate how they take care and do what they can to help you. Nick contacted my insurance and took care of the estimate and correspondences about the repairs with them. My car looks great and was fixed promptly. I am extremely happy with the entire service they provided. I would definitely go back and recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much again Nick for everything! read more
