Im a car guy owned lots of cars and trucks since 1976. Ive had a lot of experience with repair shops. These guys are Almost the worst experience I had with a body shop. No one answers a call. You finally get a text and you replay but they didn't reply back Their 1st estimate to my insurance had duplicate entries for same item. Which I flagged and had them remove. It's been a year and they still have parts and labor they got paid for that are not on my vehicle. Again no one answers the phone. I've gone to their office many times and asked to speak to a Mgr. Never there... they'll get back to me and they didn't read more

Had to go to an auto body shop after someone rear-ended me while driving my husband's truck. AAA had recommended this place, so I checked it out on yelp and decided to try it out. The main downside is they are so busy that at the time of the estimate, they were only available two weeks later. They did mention that someone would be able to give my husband a ride after he dropped off the truck, since they would probably be able to fix it within a day. We worked with Mario, and he was friendly. Loved the interior of the place and it's quite a contrast from what it looks like on the outside and the general area. Strangely, on the day of the appointment, when my husband asked about a ride back to our house, which is only a mile away, Mario said that he wouldn't be able to do it. Seems like mixed information, since he mentioned he would be able to do that when he gave me the estimate. If you end up getting a rental car, this won't be an issue for you, but if it's minor damage that they could take care of in a day, this is something to consider. The location is a bit awkward. You have to drive all the way into an area that almost feels like an alleyway. When you exit, it is a quick merge, so have your wits about you, otherwise you might get into another car accident lol. The truck itself looks great! They actually cleaned the interior of my husband's truck as well, which is an added bonus. read more

My car was hit in a grocery store parking lot and needed a bumper repair. They worked directly with insurance. Excellent customer service and repair quality. They cleaned the car beautifully. Highly recommend. read more

We brought in our Ram van for a dent in the hood. They did a great job and it was ready when they said it would be. An additional bonus was they did an internal external wash without us, even asking! Truly appreciated. read more

I have a 72 Ranchero and nobody could find parts for some front end damage. Jesus was able to find a shop in LA that could fix it for me. They are friendly and have a clean shop with friendly crew. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Prestige Auto Body - Finished product, also replaced my grill, I didn't even know it was cracked. - Body Shops Near Me - Campbell, California

Working with Prestige Auto Body is one of the best experiences I have had with such an awful thing like getting rear ended. When talking with my insurance, I did not need to get more than the estimate with Prestige as the Insurance agent cut me off and said, "Oh Prestige, they are great they are one of our premium companies to work with. No need to get another estimate." All along the way Prestige was thorough, answered all my questions so I understood the process and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was just like it was (actually even better!) before some knucklehead slammed into me going 45mph. read more

Prestige went beyond what I was expecting... I had a serious roof leak on my Mercedes Sprinter Van. I am going to have the van wrapped and when I told Arturo this he said he would have his guys look for body imperfections... They did an amazing job of fixing the rusty hole but also fixed a bunch of dents and dings on all my side panels. The van looks like new! Great service and great pricing! read more

Friendly service and value turned into a fantastic job, would recommend to anyone looking for autobody services. From start to finish, was a smooth transaction and car looks great again. read more

A friend accidentally backed his truck into my MINI while it was parked and I found Prestige Auto Body on Yelp. After reading all the high ratings, I decided to use this auto body shop. In 10 days, Prestige had the back end and bumper of my MINI looking pristine as if nothing had ever happened. They even installed the original rear window back into the new tail gate (at my request) because of the window stickers. They detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up and the car looks like it did before the accident - perfect. Thank you George and Jesus for your excellent customer service and to your repair team for their high quality workmanship! read more

I took my Tesla to Prestige Auto Body after a collision. They were recommended by State Farm. They offered much faster repair than official Tesla authorized repair shops (2 weeks vs 2 months). Prestige did a fine job of the repair. New cameras, which also needed to installed as part of the fender all worked just fine. Additionally, Victor was gracious enough to get some unrelated scratches in a different area touched up for me - that area looks much better now. Thank you Victor! read more

I had some damage to the front of driver side of my car. I was recommended by a close friend to go to these guys. The price was good, they let review the new product a couple of days before the work was to be done. They did a great job and it only took a couple of hours on a Friday afternoon. Yea read more

Couldn't be more pleased with Prestige. Jesus bent over backwards in SO many ways. So not only does my car look brand new again, it was ready one day early and EXCELLENT customer service. THANK YOU! read more

Don't take your car here they rush your car i still have body parts loose on the car. I had stuff in the car they try to play it off it not there and when I call to confront them about it they pull a disclaimer form that I had to sign so don't take your car here unprofessional read more

I recently had body work done on my Tiguan. The bumper looks great. I received work of the highest quality and I am very pleased with the workmanship. I had a great experience with Prestige. We were rear ended in a hit and run. Very frustrating. I was able to drive over for an estimate and get on their schedule a few days later. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Our car was repaired on time. On top of that, they were very friendly and open. The kicker is they that cleaned the car exterior and interior, even taking care of cleaning up messes my kids have left. Top notch - 100% recommended! read more

Great results, friendly customer service, visits were short and sweet. Both my drop-off and pickup appointments couldn't have lasted more than 20 minutes, with paperwork signing included. My drop-off appointment consisted of a brief estimate, followed by one of the technicians dropping me back off at my house. I was very happy with the results. My repairs consisted of a replaced bumper and fender which they had to paint, as well as some internal work. Everything was done well - the car looks pretty much brand new, and they cleaned the interior and exterior. Prestige is easily #1 in the Campbell area. Highly recommend. read more

When my car needed body work, I chose this body shop. The gentleman at the reception gave a very realistic time frame by which my car would get ready. All my replaced parts were OEM. I hope I dont need another work at a car body shop for a long time but if I ever do I would recommend this business in a heartbeat read more

I went in after an accident and Jorge took very good care of my car and I. Everything from scheduling an appointment, to getting my car back was seamless. I was able to bring my car in for an estimate and drop it off the same day which was convenient. Jorge then dropped me off at home at no expense and showed that he was capable of driving a manual car nice and smooth, which made me feel safe because my car is manual. The estimate, and eventually the total cost was reasonable, and if you go through insurance then you don't have to worry about that anyways. On top of this Jorge sent me updates on how the job was going and made sure I knew I was in good hands. To my surprise what I thought would take a lot longer only took a week for Jorge and the workers at prestige auto body to complete. This shop here is legit, you could walk in knowing nothing about cars and they will treat you right and get your car looking brand new. Thank you Jorge and everyone else for the help and making an unfortunate situation feel like no problem at all. read more

Recently I needed autobody work done on my Chevy Tahoe. My son had had a great experience at Prestige, so I decided to give them a try! Not only were they able to accommodate my need for a rush job, but the quality of the work was amazing! Jesus was so helpful, and I could not be happier with the results and the fair price! I highly recommend Prestige Auto Body! read more

Great guys. Quality work. On time repairs. Jesus, Art and Jorge all friendly, courteous, professional. Thanks Prestige.

I would 100% come here again. They went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and I felt that I was treated more than fairly the entire time. Background: a small window on my vehicle was broken as part of a break in. The part is on national backorder and would've taken at least a month to get in. I worked with Roger directly, and he always greeted me with a smile when I came in. During the process, he went above in beyond to locate the part I needed even though it wasn't readily available from the standard shop. We ended up sourcing a used part, but he took care of the whole process and called me for confirmation. I always felt like he was in control and knew what he was doing. When I came to pick up my car, I saw that it was parked out front waiting for me and was even freshly washed! Left with a great feeling; I don't usually post reviews but it was such a nice experience that I felt compelled to share my experience. read more

I was asked to get a quote from an Auto Body shop recommended by the dealership. I did. There were two quotes I needed to get: 1. For scrapes on the driver and left passenger door 2. Scrapes and a bump on the bumper The 1st Auto body shop quoted me almost$2500 for the doors & almost $1300 for the bumper. The quotes given to me were only preliminary because, as explained, they don't know what damage is under the outer damaged frame. Then we went to Prestige Automotive in Campbell. I was told by Art that the door scrapes were minor and all that was needed was to buff them out. I didn't believe it. He went in to the shop and came out and buffed out the scrapes. Amazing!!! Then he checked the bumper reassuring me it was also minor. The final quote was: 1. Door scrapes $100 2. Bumper $750 AW Collision $3800 preliminary quote compared to a total of $850 from Prestige AutoBody. My savings of $2950 was explained by Art as he was just being honest. Most places will charge a lot when all that may be needed is some buffing out. Well... honesty, in my book, gets rewarded. They were honest, professional, and my car looks great again!! Thank you, Roger and Art!! It is heartwarming to know there still are some honest guys out there. I wany everyone to know you guys are AWESOME!!!! read more

Man oh man, the service this body shop provides is exceptional !! The estimator, Jesse was very good at communicating what was needed to be done on my vehicle to have it back on the road. I brought it by for a fender replacement and they also mentioned that my headlight bracket was damaged upon impact. Thank you guys ! read more

Fast, straighforward, no fuss, and very accommodating. I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday afternoon. I was able to pick it up on Thursday afternoon the same week. Although I only had a bumper that needed replacement, it was still a very quick service. Roger was very accommodating. I showed up late to pickup my vehicle but he was still around waiting for me to pickup my car. The work was well-done. They even washed my car. I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely recommend these guys to others looking for a quality auto body shop around Campbell. read more

Art is the best! A friend hit my bumper and so we wanted to fix it through private pay. I found these guys and others on yelp and got estimates from the top starred auto body places. Prestige gave us the best estimate (by about $200) and Art made me feel really comfortable so we went with them. Let me say that having a black car is a mistake you only make once. Before the accident I already had hard water stains and other little scratches all over the place (which classic car wash said they could completely remove for about $600). I mentioned it to Art and he said he would "take care of it". When I picked up my car today, not only was the bumper and trunk completely perfect and fixed (the original reason for the estimate) but they also completely cleaned my car top to bottom (including tires!) and removed every blemish from the black exterior. My car looks like it did when it was brand new! I am so impressed and grateful! Prestige left my car BETTER than it was even before the accident! Thanks guys! read more

I had several scratches on the right side of my back bumper that needed repair. There were a few tiny scratches in the middle & the other side too, but I was less than concerned with those. But the gentlemen at Prestige decided to just fix all of it. I was very happy with everything they did. Nice guys. Great service. Did everything they promised & more. Thanks! read more

The parking lot is extremely confusing! I drove back and for three times looking for the Prestige Auto Body sign. This shop is actually in the middle of a bundle of auto repair shops, so they don't have a sign on the side of the road. They have amazing service here and do great work! read more

I was directed to Prestige through my insurance after my catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius. From my first phone call to picking up my car they were friendly, knowledgeable and organized. My car was completed way ahead of schedule, and they made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend Prestige to anyone needing body or repair work. read more

Roger and his guys are just plainly the very best!!!I have used them several times and have never been disappointed!

Took my 2013 Toyota Corolla in for some body work after my husband got in a fender bender while driving it. They were also able to take care of some previous damage to my right rear door. The work looked great and I am so happy I went to them. The repair was done quicker than expected too! The only problem, which does not have to do with the quality of the work is the lag time between when the accident happened and when we could get it fixed. The accident happened at the beginning of November 2017 and we were not able to get an appointment to get it fixed until January 2018 because they were so busy. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend with the caveat that it may take a while to get an appointment. read more

Someone took something and scraped the entire length of my car fender to fender. I was horrified nonetheless. When I called insurance I realized my deductible is quite high and the wait to get an agent scheduled horrendous. I called Roger and he had me come in same day. He looked at it and said he felt he'd be able to fix it for much less than my deductible. I was able to bring it in the very next day and his crew did an awesome job - his quote was spot on, and the timing was perfect. They even vacuumed out my car! I was really happy. read more

I took my car for repairs after I got into a minor car accident. Received a decent quote and decided to get my repair here. A few weeks later, i went to my usual mechanic because i heard an odd sound coming from the location of the repair. My mechanic took a look at it and found out the part they installed was USED and an OLD part that wasn't for my model. They DID NOT not on my invoice that it would be a used part, nor was it even the correct application for my car. So of course I took the car back to Prestige and told them about what my mechanic found out. They admitted there was 'an error' and will fix it. Do not go to this auto body shop. They installed a used part when the invoice was for a new part. what a cheat! read more

What are the chances of being rear-ended twice within 6 months. Lucky me. Ya know, when you are driving a car, my Tacoma pick up truck break lights are about at eye-level so, WHAT GIVES??!! Both times, I was stopped at a stop light and I get nailed. Jeezus. Pay attention people! This last one, we were all completely stopped and I was second in line and the lady behind me just decided to hit the gas pedal...but the light was still red! I feel like getting a giant LED light banner in back that says "STOP, STUPID" when my brakes are on. But I digress... This place did a great job, professional, quick turn around, very clear in the paper processing part, dealing with two insurance companies, etc... So I am bringing my truck back, yet again, to have them fix my sorry rear bumper. The estimate write up was quick and service great. Highly recommended. read more

Some loser backed into the passenger door of my car while in a parking lot then took off without a note. My insurance company recommended a bad repair shop but E recommended this place to me, so I took my car here for an estimate. All together, I took the car to three different places. Although this place's overall estimate is slightly higher, it is definitely worth it. Roger, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. After the estimate, he said that he will honor the price given by the other shops and deal directly with my insurance company for any differences. The car was fixed on time and looked great. He even fixed a few scratches that I didn't point out to him - for free. On top of it, he gave me a discount on my deductible. Let's hope I don't have to do this again, but if I ever need to take my car to a body shop, I would definitely take it here again. read more

I have used Prestige twice in the last year, both times for repairs on my 2011 Prius. In both instances I dealt with Roger (one of the owners) and he was extremely professional, friendly, finished on time as promised, and overall a pleasure to deal with. The first time, I was rear-ended by a Hummer and I was referred by my insurance company. They fixed/replaced my back bumper and hatchback, both of which were completely destroyed. Although the original estimate called for using used parts, they were able to get me brand new parts for the same price. After they finished, it was better than new. The second time, my bumper was knocked off by a recycling truck, and Roger again was incredibly helpful and kind. They replaced my bumper, and repaired the back side of the car, and you can't even tell that it was ever damaged! The car looked so good when the repair was complete--even the portion that was fixed but not replaced--that I almost cried when I saw it. It was finished right on time, and I was able to get a ride to Prestige from my rental car company, so I was never without a car. To top it off, they washed and detailed my car, so it looked great driving out of the repair lot. I cannot say enough good things about Roger and his crew. Their prices are extremely competitive, and their repairs are fantastic. I would refer anyone to them without any hesitation. read more

I took 2 vehicles to Prestige for repair, each of them with approx. $3k worth of damage. While I wouldn't have normally selected Prestige based on the looks of the place (chaos), I chose them because they are a preferred supplier to State Farm and they have great Yelp reviews. Roger was super helpful, and made good on his commitment to complete the repairs for each car in 4 business days. The work was very professional and comes with lifetime warranty on the paint for as long as I own the vehicles. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work! read more

This place is great! I was rear ended and needed a new bumper replaced. Went by and the person doing the estimates wasn't there so they took pics and called me later to setup an appointment. Brought my car in, and I even got a ride home that day. Took about two and a half days, but they did an incredible job. The bumper looks great, but some of the paint chips I had were fixed, and they washed and vacuumed my car?? The one thing that might concern people is the parking lot. They happen to share a lot with other businesses in the area and it's a very tight parking lot. Got some great customer service there and great product. Would definitely refer others to this place. read more
