    I rated this shop with one star because they lied to me and said that I was trying to take advantage of them. My story started when the side of my 2011 Prius got badly dented by a hit-and-run car in the parking lot last December. The insurance website recommended a few shops. I went to this one because it had the highest ratings. When I got there, Jesse looked over the damage and gave me an estimate and said it would take approximately 3 weeks to repair. He also noticed my front bumper was damaged and taped up. He said they could also repair/replace the bumper at a reduced cost if I do that at at the same time. I told him the tape was for keeping the cover under the bumper from falling down. I agreed to do that work as well. Jesse said both jobs would be done at the same time. This was a few days after Christmas last year. About 3 days before I was supposed to pick up the car in January, Tim, the owner, gave me a call and said the replacement bumper still hasn't arrived at the shop. He was surprised that Jesse told me a 3 week estimated date of completion. He then sent me an email with a 6 week completion date! Long story short, I picked up the car about a week before the 6 week deadline and ~$150 extra in cost for the front bumper. Everything looked fine, but within one hour of driving out of the shop, the cover under the front bumper fell down! This was on the freeway no less. I called and left a voicemail then called them on Monday after I didn't get a call back. Tim was apologetic and offered to do the repairs of the cover at no cost to me, which I accepted. But the story isn't over. When I picked up the car again, I heard a noise that I haven't heard before. It was subtle but sounded like two pieces of plastic under the car banging against each other. I didn't want to bring this back to the shop without being sure it's reproducible. After a week, I was sure the noise is real and brought the car back. Jesse rode in the car with me and heard the noise too. He then looked under the car and told me the covers were secure and are not the source of the noise. I then took the car to the Toyota dealership. The service agent there took one look under the car and told me, and showed me, the loose covers under the front bumper that were causing the noise. See photos. So Jesse either lied to me when he saw the loose covers and said they were secure, or he was too careless to take more than 2 seconds to examine the covers. I called Jesse back and told him what I found out and asked that he repair the covers again, and that I am willing to pay for any new parts needed. That's when he told me he feels I was trying to take advantage of them, when I was the one lied to. This story does have a happy ending. I took my car to House of Miracles in Cupertino, and they added the missing clips to the covers at no charge. Problem solved. I highly recommend them for your body shop needs.

    Got a front-end collision fixed here through Allstate. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant. Ismerai and the lady at the front desk helped me intake my vehicle and Chris Lopez kept me up to date on my vehicle status. Overall painless process and I appreciate that they took the effort to transfer over my custom Ford tag.

The main downside is they are so busy that at the time of the estimate, they were only available two weeks later. They did mention that someone would be able to give my husband a ride after he dropped off the truck, since they would probably be able to fix it within a day. We worked with Mario, and he was friendly. Loved the interior of the place and it's quite a contrast from what it looks like on the outside and the general area. Strangely, on the day of the appointment, when my husband asked about a ride back to our house, which is only a mile away, Mario said that he wouldn't be able to do it. Seems like mixed information, since he mentioned he would be able to do that when he gave me the estimate. If you end up getting a rental car, this won't be an issue for you, but if it's minor damage that they could take care of in a day, this is something to consider. The location is a bit awkward. You have to drive all the way into an area that almost feels like an alleyway. When you exit, it is a quick merge, so have your wits about you, otherwise you might get into another car accident lol. The truck itself looks great! They actually cleaned the interior of my husband's truck as well, which is an added bonus.

    I had a strange experience with a worker there. I took my car to get appraised. While they informed…read morethe shop that my deductible was waived. Then later in the day I got an email about my deductible not being waived in the system. So I called AAA and had them add it so the shop could see it. That all got figured out. All goes well so far, the shop now sees that my deductible is waived. They schedule me up. I ask how long the repair will take. I was told "There is a possibility we can get it done the same day but at the very end of the day. Close to 5pm. If we get it done earlier or the next day. We will let you know." Day of my appointment. I am there at 8 am. I give them my name. The lady checking me in couldn't find my "folder". She still gave me papers to sign and took my key. I even asked if they had time to do my repairs as it felt like my car wasn't on the schedule as they had folders for everyone but my car. I didnt hear anything so at 4 pm, I called. I was told "we will update tomorrow around noon". Day 2 of my car being there I was informed it should be done by 4 pm. It was actually done by 3 pm. The same person then mentioned again, that my deductible was waived.. When I arrived to pick up my car, the same worker was right there. He mentioned again that it looks nice for having a waived deductible.. IT should look nice no matter who is paying and how much shouldn't it? Here's where i'm not comfortable with. Why does my deductible need to be brought up every time I have an interaction with this one worker. Im not understanding it. For this reason, I will not be returning here. He made me feel very uncomfortable.
