I had them do my bumper, which had a scratch. It took about a whole week to complete the job. I am very meticulous and pay close attention to detail. When I picked up the car, the bumper was misaligned all over the place. Some parts of the bumper were not sanded. They just painted over it, so it easily peeled off. And, on the edges of the bumper, it was not painted properly. It was oversprayed and had a rough texture. Jose's response was, "There's nothing we can do about. It's a tight corner. Has a possibility of burning through the paint. " Well, you did guarantee it will look good as new. So, I had high expectations. We were able to resolve some of the issues except the oversprayed rough edges. For the excessive amount that is charged, you should ensure that it is 100% perfect and cause absolutely no hassle to clients. In addition to this, they charge 2x the price of what other reputable local shops will charge with better quality. They will try to milk out the most money from you. No wonder the majority of their clients are Teslas. Off the factory, those cars were painted poorly (I worked at Tesla, their quality control is terrible, and they put a "bandaid" on all their defects in the processes). read more

Jose and his team were absolutely outstanding during the paint and body restoration of this truck. The vehicle is nothing special. A base 1986 Toyota pickup. However it belonged to my father. I bought it for him on Father's Day in 1986. So it is special to me and my family. Sadly my father is long gone, but the truck is still here. And in a way so is he. Jose and his team were absolutely flawless from the moment I drove in till today. I haven't officially taken possession of the vehicle yet. There are still a couple of little things to finish. Adjustments, trim, buff, polish, etc., but Jose has been meticulous, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. Pricing was more than fair and all of his team are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stopped by every couple of days to take photos and check on progress. I would ask a couple of questions and they would provide me with honest answers real time. Even though they were obviously busy they still gave me their time. This body shop was an incredible find! The talent is obvious everywhere you look. The family ownership is textbook perfection. They are friendly and willing to engage in dialogue. I'm am a fairly picky customer and demand excellence. However, not perfection that would just be silly. But they rode on the wagon with me the entire time. I was not in a rush for this vehicle to be finished so they've had it for a number of weeks. They took great care of the truck and even endured my tearful reaction when they found my father's spare key in the fender well. They probably thought I was crazy but they let me go through it. My car got hit on my drivers door which left a good dent and cracked my paint and in addition my hardtop was aging and the paint was also peeling I needed to get these taken care of luckily I found Slick Auto Pro. They are very skilled with body work and were even able to take on a custom fit fiberglass bumper project that I wanted done for my car which also had to get custom brackets added for the foglights I wanted to add! I wanted to get my car repainted and they were able to guide me through Paint Quality and color selection in the end the color that really caught my eye was Maserati Grigio Granito. I left my Honda S2000 in their care and when it was done the results were amazing I was speechless. My car had gone through a total makeover and looked like a totally new car! I went all out and opted for ceramic coating too which makes cleaning the car much easier and will add UV protection to my new paint job. I am extremely happy they were able to take on this custom job and fix my car dents and also a custom hardtop fix that was needed to weather seal my hardtop too! I needed a fairly straight forward job done replacing a cracked rear hatch panel on my Ford Explorer.
