$35K in Damage... Came Back Better Than New! This is now the second vehicle I've trusted Jose and his team with my 2025 Tesla Model 3 and most recently my 2025 Audi SQ5 and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. My Audi SQ5 had extensive damage, roughly $35,000 worth, and when I first saw the extent of it, the car basically looked totaled. Seeing it after Jose and his team finished the repairs was unbelievable. It came back looking better than when we bought it. The quality of the work, paint, body lines, fitment, and overall attention to detail were exceptional. You would never know this vehicle had gone through that level of damage. The Audi was with Jose for about three months due to the extensive repairs and backordered parts. Normally, having a vehicle gone that long would be frustrating, but Jose made the entire process as stress-free as possible. His communication was honestly some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not one time during those three months did I have to reach out and ask for an update. Jose always kept me in the loop. If there was a delay, a backordered part, a hiccup, or simply progress being made, I knew about it. That level of communication made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. What I appreciated most was that Jose treated my car like it was his own. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and isn't just trying to get another vehicle out the door. With a nearly new Audi that had around $35,000 in damage, that meant a lot to me. This wasn't my first experience with Jose either. After the excellent work on my 2025 Tesla Model 3, I had no hesitation trusting him with my 2025 Audi SQ5. Having now brought him two vehicles, I can confidently say the quality and service are consistent. There are body shops, and then there are people who genuinely take pride in their craft. Jose and his team are on another level. The workmanship, attention to detail, honesty, communication, and customer service are truly best in class. I am extremely pleased with the results. After seeing how damaged the SQ5 was compared to how it looks today, I'm still amazed. Jose and his team have earned my trust and my future business. I would recommend them without hesitation to my friends, family, or anyone who cares about their vehicle and wants the job done right. Two vehicles later, I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Thank you, Jose and team, for an incredible job! read more

I had damage to my right front bumper and the light there (it still worked but was pointing upward) and the garage scored the trunk lid and rear bumper. Met with Jose and Ruben. Ruben showed me their work (very professional) and discussed my damage and repairs. Jose gave me a reasonable quote and worked to minimize my out of pocket cost. I picked up my Tesla Y today and it looked perfect. I can happily recommend Slick to both Tesla and otherakes of vehicles. read more

I took my Tesla Y to Slick Collision Center recently. Jose was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He patiently discussed all the options with me and offered me economical ways of doing the repairs (because we were not using insurance) like using some used parts he had in his shop (they are a certified shop for Tesla). The results are beyond my expectations. I cannot tell that this was not an expensive repair using insurance, and it was done in just a few days. I am very pleased and will recommend Jose and Slick to anyone who needs to find an auto body shop. read more

Hi everyone my name is George. I own a 2018 dodge charger hellcat. My car was damaged and broken into I took it to slick auto pro and I was talking to the owner Jose which I can say he went more than above and beyond on fixing my car. I would highly recommend slick auto pro to anyone that needs there car repair. yes sometimes there is delays but I rather have my car sit there and have it fix 100 percent perfect. Most importantly Jose has a great customer service because he is a busy man but he will still take time to call you or text you to tell you how your car is doing also he makes sure if you have any problems or concerns about the work that has been done to the car he will fix it to make sure the customer is happy . In my opinion if anyone wants to rush your car and can't wait for your car to be done the right way I would recommend anyone to go to a cheaper place that they will have it done in 2-3 days with to many mistakes. read more

If I could give it over 5 stars I definitely would. I spoke with Jose in getting a fender bender fixed and he was more than happy to help. He went over every single details step-by-step and advised me what had to be done. Not only did he not pressure me in any way, he was clear with the pricing and gave me daily updates on what is being done in the process. Knowing me, I have little to no knowledge about anything relating to cars... Jose was patient by informing exactly what had to be replaced down to what was making noises. He was able to find every single way to save as much money as possible for me but still have the best quality of work and material put into my vehicle! He went above on beyond the necessary service even to wax all of my wheels, recover my rims, repainted a few old dings I had AND matched the color on my hood (the previous dealership repainted it but was not matching up with the rest of the car). I can't thank him enough for his great service! Looks like I've found my forever auto body shop! Thanks again Jose! read more

Payed a bit to fix my Tesla and couldn't even seat the frunk down properly so there's a gap on the hood on one side. Took it in to have it fixed properly but wanted $100 for it. I scratched my car's bumper. The crew at Slick Auto Pro was super responsive and helped me addressing the issue right away. Competent, fair, and with a smile. read more

I had them do my bumper, which had a scratch. It took about a whole week to complete the job. I am very meticulous and pay close attention to detail. When I picked up the car, the bumper was misaligned all over the place. Some parts of the bumper were not sanded. They just painted over it, so it easily peeled off. And, on the edges of the bumper, it was not painted properly. It was oversprayed and had a rough texture. Jose's response was, "There's nothing we can do about. It's a tight corner. Has a possibility of burning through the paint. " Well, you did guarantee it will look good as new. So, I had high expectations. We were able to resolve some of the issues except the oversprayed rough edges. For the excessive amount that is charged, you should ensure that it is 100% perfect and cause absolutely no hassle to clients. In addition to this, they charge 2x the price of what other reputable local shops will charge with better quality. They will try to milk out the most money from you. No wonder the majority of their clients are Teslas. Off the factory, those cars were painted poorly (I worked at Tesla, their quality control is terrible, and they put a "bandaid" on all their defects in the processes). read more

My Tesla was brought here after we located some paint defects upon delivery of our new Model Y. Dealing with Tesla was challenging, but as soon as it went to Slick Auto, working with Jose was awesome. He called me as soon as he picked up the car from Tesla and kept in communication the entire time. While it was there, I had Slick Auto apply A ceramic coating. Jose even kept my car in a heated indoor room for 2 days while it was raining to make sure the ceramic coating fully cured. The paint they did was perfect and the car came back looking absolutely brand new. Highly recommended! read more

Jose and his team were absolutely outstanding during the paint and body restoration of this truck. The vehicle is nothing special. A base 1986 Toyota pickup. However it belonged to my father. I bought it for him on Father's Day in 1986. So it is special to me and my family. Sadly my father is long gone, but the truck is still here. And in a way so is he. Jose and his team were absolutely flawless from the moment I drove in till today. I haven't officially taken possession of the vehicle yet. There are still a couple of little things to finish. Adjustments, trim, buff, polish, etc., but Jose has been meticulous, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. Pricing was more than fair and all of his team are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stopped by every couple of days to take photos and check on progress. I would ask a couple of questions and they would provide me with honest answers real time. Even though they were obviously busy they still gave me their time. This body shop was an incredible find! The talent is obvious everywhere you look. The family ownership is textbook perfection. They are friendly and willing to engage in dialogue. I'm am a fairly picky customer and demand excellence. However, not perfection that would just be silly. But they rode on the wagon with me the entire time. I was not in a rush for this vehicle to be finished so they've had it for a number of weeks. They took great care of the truck and even endured my tearful reaction when they found my father's spare key in the fender well. They probably thought I was crazy but they let me go through it. I can 100% recommend this bodyshop. The very nice part that I like so much was their ability of clear and concise communication. These days this is becoming very rare. I am so impressed by this team. I will do a follow up review on the actual product once I have it in my driveway. I can't wait. Do yourself a favor and go and meet these fine people. I'll bet you will feel as I do about them. read more

My car got hit on my drivers door which left a good dent and cracked my paint and in addition my hardtop was aging and the paint was also peeling I needed to get these taken care of luckily I found Slick Auto Pro. They are very skilled with body work and were even able to take on a custom fit fiberglass bumper project that I wanted done for my car which also had to get custom brackets added for the foglights I wanted to add! I wanted to get my car repainted and they were able to guide me through Paint Quality and color selection in the end the color that really caught my eye was Maserati Grigio Granito. I left my Honda S2000 in their care and when it was done the results were amazing I was speechless. My car had gone through a total makeover and looked like a totally new car! I went all out and opted for ceramic coating too which makes cleaning the car much easier and will add UV protection to my new paint job. I am extremely happy they were able to take on this custom job and fix my car dents and also a custom hardtop fix that was needed to weather seal my hardtop too! This is a straight up family-owned shop. The owners are just simply nice people who do great work at a fair price. I needed a fairly straight forward job done replacing a cracked rear hatch panel on my Ford Explorer. This review is way overdue, two months to be exact. I have a black 2018 Tesla Model 3 that I absolutely love. Unfortunately, accidents happen and it's front bumper and passenger side door had dents that I couldn't live with. Gathered a couple quotes, made that appointment but after reading positive feedback from Tesla owners at an online group for Bay Area folks, I decided to reach out to Slick Auto Pro. Jose gave me the best quote and most important to me, fastest completion time compared to all others. He answered all my questions and was honest. I canceled the appointment I had already made at the popular Tesla Certified shop and I'm glad I did. My 2018 Model 3 came out looking brand new again. Jose kept me posted the entire time with updates. The crew was friendly and did an excellent job. I'll definitely be back again since the work and service was excellent. Certainly recommend it.
