I just picked up my suv from Streetside and I'm so happy with the work they did. I bought a new car and didn't like that it wasn't completely all black it had some grey paneling and I wanted all blacked out. They did everything in 3 days turn around and so professional. 4 weeks ago I was in an accident with my Kia and had it towed to streetside for assessment for insurance and it ended up being a total loss. I recently took my car to Streetside to repair a fender on my 2021 Mazda CX5. The fender was damaged by something falling on it. Matt examined the damage and provided an estimate. The fender needed replacement and paint. The paint match was excellent. They also blend the paint on the hood and door to ensure repair is undetectable. A number of cameras and detectors had to be disconnected to remove the bumper cover to replace the fender. Once the repair was completed all of the cameras and sensors worked as they should. The quality of the paint work was amazing and the work was done in a timely manner. Matt worked well with the insurance company and kept me updated on the repair progress. This is the second car I've have had repaired at Streetside. The first one was my 1968 Mustang. That repair included some rust repair, collision damage and hood replacement. The body work was great and the paint match was very good. Again, they blended paint on adjacent panels to ensure the repaired areas looked as good as the rest of the car. My car was making a loud creaking noise when taking off and coming to a complete stop which was driving me crazy. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! My paint is peeling off it is so ugly and makes my car look like trash. I paid $2200 out of pocket for the front bumper and paint. When I picked the car up it had bubbles. So they said they would redo it. It took them soo long to do the work. Now 2 years later the paint is peeling off. The most responsive body shop in town! This is an overdue review from two years ago, but I got hit in a parking lot, and they scratched up my bumper pretty bad. They of course wanted to pay cash so I called over to streetside to get a quote and they got me in right away! My bumper looks brand new again and I'm very happy with the customer service alone. These guys are great! There is a reason they have the reviews they have. I recently had my BMW x3 repaired (after getting rear ended). While there were a few delays in parts and/or repairs, Streetside gave me updates along the way. I could tell that I was more than a customer, I was a part of their success as an auto body shop. I did wish that the car was completed quicker than it was but am appreciative of the updates and transparency.
