Pro Alignment & Brake came recommended by our mechanic, which speaks a lot to the company. Came here for a Ford Escape alignment and everything went smoothly. It's a family business and it shows, lot of care and a personal touch. Very easy to schedule with a quick call. read more

Overpriced, careless, and unsafe -- do not trust this shop I brought my vehicle to this shop for a serious ongoing issue, not a routine alignment. I clearly explained the symptoms in detail: * Whole vehicle vibrating * Cracking noise on hard left turns and when backing up. * Vehicle pulling to the right * Steering wheel off-center * RWD vehicle with handling instability I specifically asked for a suspension inspection and a road test with the technician, because mostly the problem only shows up under real driving conditions. They initially agreed. What actually happened was very different. According to their own notes, they: * "Checked tire pressure and condition" * Checked caster, camber, and toe * Found a right front tie rod loose * "Lubed" dry turn bumps * Performed an alignment That was it. There was no real diagnostic work, no explanation of why the alignment was out, and no attempt to identify a root cause. An alignment does not go out on its own -- it's a symptom, not a fix. When I asked again to road test the vehicle with the technician, I was told (rudely) that it was "not needed" because the vehicle was now aligned. That response alone was a red flag. When I asked about any warranty, I was told there is NO warranty at all, because "I could hit a curb or a rock" after leaving. Using a hypothetical future event to avoid standing behind the work that was just performed is not professional. I was charged $250+ for the alignment, plus fees, and the vehicle was returned with a printout showing "within spec" -- yet the original problems never went away. The vibration, pull, and handling issues are still present. I did not see the technician perform any suspension inspection beyond putting the car on the alignment machine. No meaningful testing. No root cause. Just adjust, print, and send me out the door. This felt rushed, overpriced, and careless -- especially for a safety-related complaint. The goal seemed to be closing the ticket, not fixing the car. I will absolutely be filing a formal complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair over this unsafe, overpriced, and careless service. Do not take your vehicle here for suspension, alignment, or any safety-related work. read more

Went in for my rear brakes; they suggested replacement of rotors and pads, almost $900 (Honda Accord). Heard metal on metals weeks/months after. Took to another shop and they stated no way the rotors were almost new. Went back to Pro Alignment, they looked and stated, nothing was wrong. Took to another spot to pay another expensive amount to have them fixed again. 100% difference. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY read more

Honest business at a fair price. My car vibrates when I drove over 60m/hr. COSTCO did free balance of tires and the problem persists. Went to Pro Alignment & Brake as recommended by my mechanics and they did diagnosis and rebalance. The problem got fixed. read more

Called 10 places and visited 4 other places before finding this GEM Family owned business with amazing customer service. Nobody wanted to help me get an alignment on my lifted truck. Called this place and they go me in first thing the next day. Price is very reasonable considering having after market parts so I can't complain. I highly recommend going here if you need an alignment or brakes done. 10/10 services, value, and quality work Thank you!! read more

This is an over due review. I was going to see how my car drive after the alignment from this place. It drives great. I will never go back to those life alignment Wheel Works shop any more. They are simply marketing slogan about life time alignment. The tech from Wheel works told me. We don't offer camber adjustment. We got too many cars today..... Rick and Debbie at Pro Alignment are the sunshine after I been to Wheel Works. They are very professional. Very friendly family owned business. They proud of their work and cares about your cars like it is their own. I will bring all my cars to Pro Alignment and Brake. And saying life time Bye Bye to Wheel Works. read more

I've used this shop for all my alignment needs for years, after my Mercedes mechanic used them on my old diesel Benz over 10 years ago. I asked them to check out the brakes on my 2013 Tacoma, it was making a subtle noise but the brake pad replacement sensor light wasn't coming on for some reason. They were able to diagnose and replace the brakes and rotors the same day that I called and spoke with Debbie. They also flushed new fluid in b/c it was still original at 125K miles. Debbie and Rick are co owners, so you are talking with an owner and an owner is doing to the work on your car. They're both very nice and knowledgable and provide good service at a fair price. read more

Ruined my 2021 4Runner , all left side scratched from front to back . Picked it up by end of day right before they closed. Wasn't able to speak with them same day because had closed when I returned same day. Vehicle was top shape when given to them, returned to me damaged read more

Honestly, warm and honest people. I could tell just over the phone that this was a small family run business. Debbie was honest and kind. I initially made an appointment and had to move it due to having to be in office since the power went out at my home. I called to attempt to reschedule and I really appreciated that she understood and didn't take it as any imposition at all. Car drives smooth and straight. Highly recommended. read more

I always go to these guys for alignments. They do a great job. Always on time and through.

My auto mechanic referred me to Pro Alignment and Brake and I am so thankful. Great service! I was able to drop my car off and leave the key in a safe location so that I was "first in line" the next morning. My wheels were aligned and a problem checked out for a very reasonable price. Service is friendly and efficient. The location is convenient and the turn around time was amazing. I will be back! read more

Still a five star shop! They have done nearly all work on my Toyota and two Subarus and now they install tires too! Yes!!!!

I brought my car in for an alignment after adding a new suspension. Tightened everything except for bottom of rear shocks. When I asked if they tighten them the tech said yes but I inspected them at home and they weren't done. Not sure why he lied. Very dishonest. read more

After getting a new set of tires, I knew I had to protect my investment by getting my alignment done. I will typically get it done by a place like Wheel Works, but this time I wanted to find a good local specialty mom n pop shop. Based on stellar reviews PA&B stood out. From the second I had a conversation with Deb on the phone, I knew I would be in good hands. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I told her that my alignment could be the cause of my right front tire wearing on the inner and outer edges. She told me to bring it in and that they would take good care of me. I showed up a few minutes early and had a conversation with Rick (technician) about my concern. He gave me some good tips, and he was able to bring my vehicles alignment specs back up to factory standards. I was able to get 10% off of my alignment by checking-in, so make sure you do that before paying. Overall, PA&B exceeded my expectations. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just down right GOOD folks! read more

Just had alignment done, Debbie was extremely polite and professional! She also went into explaining in depth about my alignment and mentioned what they might think could be an issue because the car was lowered conservatively! They were also very honest about their pricing, as I was charged less than what was quoted because of work required was less than estimated. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who has any alignment needs! read more

Had an issue with tire wear on my van because of an alignment issue. Found pro alignment online and they were close to me so decided to give them a call. Debbie was super nice on the phone and answered all my questions, got me on the schedule for a couple days later. Wow, service is incredible. Debbie is the lady who answered the phone when I had called and she made me an appointment right away and was very friendly. Before calling Pro Alignment & Brakes, I called pep boys and they were very rude and told me they don't take appointments but I could walk in but it could take up to 9 hours or even the next day, pass. I also called wheel works and American tires and they either didn't offer the service or wanted to charge me over $200! Pass. Debs, was so cool and she made sure what I was in for and she made sure to tell me that the issues I was having may not be fixed from the alignment. She charged me $70 less than what others were quoting me and it took them less than 3 hours. I was happy to pick it up and sure enough 9/10 of my issues were resolved. I'm so happy to have found a local spot that I can rely on having a great price, outstanding service, and honest work. read more

Pro Alignment & Brake means outstanding and service and honesty. Debbie and Rick know the meaning of customer service. I brought my Ford Fusion in because I have 76,000 miles (Mostly freeway miles) and thought I should probably change my brakes. Debbie mentioned we should check the condition of the brakes first. I was impressed with what an honest thing to say instead of just changing the brakes and needing to pay for a brake job. Debbie called about an hour later and advised that the brakes still are in good shape. It is so good to know I found an honest place to bring my car and know I'm in very competent hands. Rick is a master mechanic that works with professionalism and Integrity. A few years ago, I brought my other car in for an alignment and was impressed with their courtesy and fairness. I will definitely continue to bring my car there. Thanks Debbie and Rick! read more

I called Pro Alignment to schedule a wheel alignment for my Cadillac SRX sport utility as I was replacing the steering rack and front control arms at home. Debbie was very friendly and courteous and scheduled me the next day. When I brought the vehicle in, they started working on it promptly and Rick did a terrific job aligning my Cadillac. The vehicle handles well, tracks perfectly straight, and the steering wheel is centered. I'm very particular about who works on my vehicles and how well the work is done, since I do most of the repair and maintenance work myself. I'm very happy with the work done with by Pro Alignment, and how friendly, courteous, and professional Debbie and Rick were. Five stars all the way. read more

I've used this shop for alignments and minor work in the past but this was the last time I will ever be going here. I had lost brake pressure while bleeding my brakes so I brought it to them to see if they could fix it. I asked them to take a look at it and see what was causing the brakes to stay limp. They managed to get brake pressure back for me and told me i needed to adjust my rear brakes and that the fronts just needed "breaking in". well I daily drive this car and changed my brakes back in February of 2023. If my brakes were not broken in after roughly 6-7 months of daily driving then there's something SERIOUSLY wrong with my brakes. But i just bit my tongue nodded my head and thanked them for their time. Well the brakes felt horrific so I called them back and made another appointment for them to check it out. They checked it again and simply said the same thing that my rears needed an adjustment and the fronts were still "breaking in" and then tried telling me, "well that's just how older cars are the pedals will be a bit softer". I've only ever really owned older cars so i knew that was bs in this instance, some old cars 100% the brakes are just like that but i knew for a fact these ones aren't like that. I asked for a better explanation than that and was told that's the best they can give me. seriously, you think someone who runs the business named PRO ALIGNMENT AND BRAKE would have a better explanation about my brakes. But they insisted there was nothing wrong with the car and that was just how it is. Yet again I bit my tongue, paid them and moved on with my crappy brakes. Since I got the car back the second time i had been consistently losing brake fluid on top of the poor pedal feeling, so I decided to look into the whole system myself again. That's when i discovered a leak from my proportioning valve, a leak so bad i lost nearly all the fluid in my master cylinder in a week. I replaced my proportioning valve and the brakes are extremely stiff now and feel as good as my old lady's 07 wrangler, if not better, I know that's not saying much given it's Chrysler. But still it's crazy how my 1987 Honda which is supposed to be soft according them suddenly became extremely responsive. Sadly it is what it is and i've since learned my lesson and will not be getting work done by Debbie and Rick ever again. read more

I noticed my mechanic (Auto Tec - located next door) always took my vehicle to these people when I my vehicle needed a wheel alignment. The last time Auto Tec took it to them they did not charge me the full amount because the specs where very close to perfect, so when I needed an alignment for my car, after purchasing new tires, I took it to PRO Alignment & Brake. They took my vehicle on the spot, aligned the front & back and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Friendly people. Cost me $120. read more
