I noticed a screw lodged in my front right tire and needed an urgent repair, so I scheduled an…read moreappointment at this Campbell location. It was my first time visiting this shop. The parking lot was pretty small compared to other locations, and the area along Hamilton was quite crowded. Inside the store was small as well and there wasn't enough chairs for customers to sit. However, the staff inspected my tire and completed the repair within about 30-40 minutes. Overall, I appreciated the quick turnaround, especially since it was an urgent situation!

I knew from previous experience that this happens when the sensor is bad. When I brought it in, the agent said that it could be that my tire pressure was low. He filled four tires, but when I left, the light was solid. I brought it back and asked them to check the spare. They filled it, but the light was still on. I came back and the light was still flashing. So, I made an appointment to get it checked out. After about an hour, I got a text that my car was ready. I turned it on and still flashing. I had the agent check out the work, and he said my TPMS sensors were bad, AS I TOLD THEM AT THE VERY BEGINNING! I told them to fix it, that I wasn't going to drive around on unsafe tires. The agent told me my tires are safe to drive on. (Not sure I should believe him after today's experience). Then, realized that the work wasn't covered under warranty, so I decided to shop around after the agent said the tires were still safe to drive on. Standard operating system at car shops is to diagnose a problem and cal/textl a customer to approve an estimate and complete the work per customer's instructions. This never happened. I got the strong impression that these guys didn't take me seriously, either because of my gender (the female treatment) or because my car is older.

Outstanding Service, Fair Pricing, and True Integrity! On…read moreThursday 10/15/26 after 8pm, I utilized Yelp to find a shop that could perform an alignment on my 2004 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor Sport on very short notice--I needed it done by the next day. After reaching out to 10 local shops (many of which don't even service Mercedes), 8 responded within 10 hours with quotes ranging widely from $100 to $229. Based on a close friend's strong recommendation--who has trusted this shop with his vehicles for over 20 years--I chose Morin for their competitive $120 quote. Via Yelp!, I messaged Richard, the owner, and set an appointment for Friday 10/16/26 at 10:30 AM. I ended up arriving an hour early, just before 9:30 AM, but was greeted immediately. The staff already knew who I was and recognized my car. Noticing my brand-new tires, the technician sharp-sightedly asked why I needed the alignment and what other work had been done. I explained that I'd just had a mechanic replace my tie rods, all four tires, and all four brakes, and that the tire shop down the road told me to get an alignment right away. My total wait time was only about an hour. Midway through the job, Richard came out to recommend a front camber adjustment. He quoted me $180 total--just $60 more than the original alignment-only price. Given the complexity of a Mercedes suspension, it was incredibly fair and well worth the money. The results are absolutely amazing. The car drives perfectly straight, glides effortlessly, and honestly feels like a brand-new car again! The ride quality is superb. Morin has officially earned a regular customer. I've already referred them to my neighbor, who will be visiting soon. Thank you, Richard and the Morin team, for your integrity, fair prices, efficiency, and fantastic communication. Awesome job well done!
