1 star -- Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful…read more I came to retrieve my stolen vehicle after it was recovered by the police. I brought the police report and the documents I had received from the police and explained the situation. The person who appeared to be the manager or owner was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. He told me the police report was not acceptable and made the process feel unnecessarily difficult instead of clearly explaining what was needed to release my car. They also told me I had to pay the bill BEFORE they would let me see the vehicle. At that point, I had no idea what condition it was in, what might be missing, or even any opportunity to personally confirm that my car was actually on their lot. Expecting payment before allowing me to see what I was recovering was deeply concerning. After hearing my accent, the manager or owner also started making disrespectful remarks about my English. An accent is not an invitation to belittle someone. Every customer deserves basic respect. The whole interaction left me feeling pressured and discouraged from retrieving my own vehicle. Having your car stolen is stressful enough without facing more obstacles and disrespect when trying to get it back. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this business whenever possible. The lack of transparency, condescending attitude, and treatment I received were unacceptable.
