Hank was quick and professional about replying and answering all my questions. They scheduled my car to deliver by the 20th and actually got it here a few days early! pick up and drop off were seamless, the driver was always in contact with me and coordinated pick up drop off times and locations. car arrived a little dusty but otherwise great. read more

Zoltan was transparent from beginning to end. There were a couple of timing issues that could've been communicated a little bit better but he was always reachable by text or cell. Honest, straightforward, no hidden costs. Would definitely work with Zoltan again. read more

The company was responsive up til my payment was processed. We were then notified a delay. Our car was eventually picked up by a different carrier, which was fine. The driver told us he'd be the one to deliver the car to my daughter and promised to give an update as he got closer to Boston. Turned out he arrived in NY in 4 days then our car sat somewhere in NY for 4 days. No one sent us updates on delivery date/time even after we called and texted. Someone other than the original driver eventually delivered the car at MIDNIGHT! My daughter had to ask a friend to accompany her because she didn't want to meet a random guy in the middle of the night! The whole process could have been so much less stressful had the company been giving updates as promised. read more

Had to transport my dad's car from San Jose to Austin. Worked with an agent by the name of Joseph. Very professional and easy to work with. I was given a 3 day window for pickup and I was really nervous about it being picked up on time but it got picked up on the third day which worked out perfectly. Our driver's name was Jeger he was really kind, professional and personable. He kept up updated throughout the whole transport. We were given an estimate of 4-5 days arrival and it got here in 4 days. We would definitely use this service again! read more

Great service! We were shipping our new Tesla from Austin to Bay Area. And this was our first time shipping our car anywhere in the US., so we were worried. But the communication with staff including the driver was effective and I received timely updates. Delivery was very quick, and with no damages. read more

This company is very efficient and courteous. Seamless operation from start to finish. They communicated with me every step of the way. I would like to say that the man who came to get my car was excellent. He went out of his way to get my car on the shipping trolley. Being that it was an older car, it was not an easy task. I am very pleased. read more

Shortly after writing my previous review, I received an email and call from Bruce, who made it clear that they felt bad for all the issues I encountered and wanted to make things right. After chatting with him, we were able to identify what went wrong with my transport and in the end, he offered me a partial refund, specifically for the delay in pick up that I experienced, which I appreciated. I think I just got unlucky this time around with the poor communication skills of my specific driver and delays, but I really do appreciate USA Auto Transport taking the time to contact me and make sure things were sorted out in the end. read more

Got my car from the Bay Area to Portland. Price was good and so was the communication. They were pretty flexible about the drop-off too -- I wasn't home, but they helped me figure out a work-around. Basically, it all went smoothly. I'd use this company again. read more

I recently sold my old car to a cousin that lived out of state. I needed to find someone to help me transport the car and I came across San Jose Shipping. They were very responsive and quick to schedule a pick up for the car. They even showed me pictures of all the equipment they use when transporting. Pretty cool! I found that they had very competitive pricing per mile compared to some other companies I reached out to. I was happy to know that the car was insured during the entire trip just in case anything were to happen. Luckily it got there safe and sound! Highly recommended for anyone looking to ship their car(s)! read more

This is the best service anyone could expect. Everything during the shipment went as they promised. Michael Riley was the point of contact for my car shipment. He called immediately after I had requested for a quote and explained the process and the price. From then, every step was exactly as it was explained. No delays, no surprises, no hassles. The pickup truck came on time, picked up my vehicle, delivered ~1700 miles away in just 48 hours. They called me about 30 mins before, both at pick up and drop off location and shared a convenient location very near to my address. Michael Riley called me again to take feedback and ensure that everything went as promised. I really appreciate the service of USA Auto Transport. read more

Being tied up with my family and work does not leave me anytime to take time off to pick up the car I purchased in San Jose. Knowingly about auto transport companies I searched around for one that is local to the seller that are capable of fulfilling my service needs such as a decent price per mile, car pick up and delivery as well as coverage to insure that the car is delivered in the same condition I purchased it. My uncle in San Jose who happens to be a mechanic inspected the car to make sure it is still in its pristine condition prior to its transport. I found that San Jose Auto Shipping gave me a good quote and also provides coverage for the car for safe and insured delivery. The overall experience was professional, assuring (sent photos of my car of the transport) and on time. This was a satisfactory service. They come highly recommended! read more

Close to on time pick up, good communication and safe, quick delivery. I recommend this business.

Solid customer service. Clear and concise scheduling and vehicle arrived earlier than planned date in great condition.

As a person who only like to buy auctioned cars, hiring San Jose Auto Shipping was a no brainer. They were quick, efficient, informative, and gave me a very accurate time of when to expect my car. Even though their prices were a little (not much) above some of the other shipping companies in the area, I still went with them due to their information they gave me about shipping cars. Thank you! read more

First time user of an auto transport company. I had two cars that needed to be shipped across states and I am so glad I found San Jose Auto Shipping to take care of us. I was a bit skeptical at first given it was my first time dealing with an auto transport company. I even talked to several other companies (3 to be exact) and I found my way back to Steve P. who was the representative at SJ Auto Shipping that helped us throughout the entire process from A to Z. He was not only professional and courteous, but very thorough and proactive. On the day of the pick up, the driver called me in advance to let me know that he was on the way and because I lived in a densely populated area without much space for large semi-wheels to drive through we had to meet at a parking lot of a commercial plaza close by. He inspected the cars, did a walk through and made note of any pre-existing conditions which was I expected and a way for me to feel confident that they are professional and thorough. The driver arrived on time exactly as expected and he also called me well in advance of his arrival. After my experience of working with this company I referred them to my cousin in law who is also planning to ship her car(a) across states. read more
