As the technology gets better by calling a tow truck through the app and getting assigned to one right away, it has become more seamless, efficient, and quicker. It's so easy today and so fast. My last few experiences have been amazing. Today, I got the best tow truck driver ever, Jose Ruedda!!! Very meticulous with the details. He made sure he didn't drive over the neighbor's plants on our tight driveway, and then went to extra precaution to put my M3 on the flatbed, since it has a low profile and scrapes easily. He put extra wood beneath to get it up--which I hadn't seen before, which I really appreciated. He checked in with me about whether we should drive it up, or have it pulled up with the car in neutral. You can tell he just really cares about the car and doesn't take shortcuts. In the end, we also swapped quick stories about our torn meniscuses and he gave me a bunch of good tips on how to get better!

We emphasized this multiple times with the tow truck driver when he arrived and he responded "Yeah I know not to close." We helped him load the car on the truck with the door open due to this. A couple hours later, Tesla informed us that outside of battery replacement, there's also a window damage that requires replacement. When checking the car in person, the door was closed and the window is cracked. The tow truck driver never tried to inform us and just left. We attempted to contact the owner of the tow company and he said this is nobody's fault because the car had a dead battery, and that broken car windows "just happens." We contacted the owner, but after some correspondence the owner ghosted us. Ultimately, the company is not taking accountability for the situation that took place with our car, if you are looking for a business that takes responsibility look to get your towing done elsewhere!
