It was amazing . I was so scared to get out of my car, I had to climb through the window of the passenger seat to exit the vehicle. I also had to climb on to a concrete wall that dropped about 20 feet on the other side of it while speeding cars were within arms distance. I'm grateful beyond words for the kindness of the towing agent who talked me through the whole experience. In fact, he had a pick-up scheduled elsewhere are re-routed to me because I he recognized that I was in a dangerous location. Even more impressive was how he took my car home and delivered it to my boyfriend without my help because that day I was on my way to hosting a high profile event for a construction project nearby. "Thankful" doesn't really cut it.

The driver didn't arrive at my location until two hours later. Furthermore, they had been given clear instructions that they only had to tow the car to the dealership, but the tow truck driver tried to start my vehicle and activated the E-Brake, and now my vehicle is immobilized. This person was laughing and speaking in a foreign language the entire time. I honestly do not recommend this towing company due to the incompetence of their drivers and their unpunctuality.

It ended up being almost $300…read more They gave me an estimate of 60-90 minutes in wait time, after 2 hours I Called them back, and they could not get ahold of my driver. I ended up waiting over starting about 10:30pm for them to tell me they could offer a different driver with an extra wait time of another 60-90 minutes. At this point I requested a refund in which they tried to argue with me about it. I did eventually have a refund processed and I am now waiting for that to go back to my account. I would rather put my car in neutral and push it the 15 miles than deal with this company again.
