I was looking for someone to transport our car interstate from Bay Area, CA to Phoenix, AZ. When I called the other businesses, they were either asking for an outrageous price or fully booked until 1 1/2 months later. Then one business owner recommends Randy at ATS. He told me Randy is a broker, he has all the connections. He will be a perfect go-to person. When I call Randy, he's courteous & funny! He quoted me over the phone, fairly reasonable; then we agree to move forward. When I was reading other negative reviews about ATS on Yelp, I notice most is about how Randy works. I have to be honest, he might not be the most organized business owner. He's still doing the "old-fashioned" way. He calls! He's on the phone with other truckers arranging for the logistic all the time. I had to constantly follow up with him for the update status. But at the end of the day, he went extra miles to get things done. When you ask him "what if this doesn't work out?" he always has "Plan B" ready. I would say if you are working with Randy, keep in mind, he has all the resources to find you the right person to do the job. He knows the entire industry! read more

We needed to ship two cars from Sacramento CA to Raleigh NC. I was nervous because of the negativity I encountered in researching the service. Randy explained the process and assured me that there wouldn't be any issues. The driver was friendly and professional. He picked our cars on the date we requested. We were able to track our cars across the country and 6 days later, he delivered our cars with no issues. If I needed to transport a vehicle again, I would call Randy at ATS. read more

Randy helped us again - we had to move our car back from Florida to the SF Bay Area. Although I gave him more than a month to try to schedule it, the fact that we were trying to ship on either January 2nd or 3rd from Florida presented some issues. However, Randy found a transporter to pick up on January 3rd! Our car was just delivered locally, in less than 7 days from Florida. The driver called a few days before delivery and said he would also call the day before and then an hour or so before the actual delivery. It all worked and I can't really ask for more. Not that I expect to do this much, but Randy will always be my first call to transport my cars. read more

Highly recommend Randy and his team to trust with your vehicle. We shipped our car from Los Angeles to Seattle. Not only was the service excellent they also delivered a day earlier than anticipated. Very professional and great communicators. Driver was respectful and professional as well and kept in touch along route with updates. There are so many scam companies out there but ATS isn't. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to transport vehicles. read more

Working with Randy to ship my car from the Bay Area to Las Vegas was an easy and seamless experience. He was so friendly and professional. This was my first experience with having a car shipped and I'm so glad I used Randy's services! read more

Randy knows his stuff and is reasonable. Got a van moved across country for me. I would use again. Was nice to buypass the big websites like uship. I have moved a lot of vehicles over the years. I dont know how they all work, but my experience with these guys was as good as any other. Communication could be better - but I also understand he is juggling many carriers and relies on the carriers to provide info. Basically - guys with trucks and trailers. So not hating on Randy for it. Had similar experiences with most of my vehicle moves. read more

Randy is a professional resource in auto transportation. His service is above and beyond and he works with other vendors for delivery based on your timeline. I inquired with 7 other transportation services before selecting Randy. I selected Randy as I felt as though he was patient with answering all my questions and prompt with organizing for my auto transport. Scheduling Appointment: I called Randy to inquire regarding my auto transport and he provided me with a quote. He followed up with an email with the same information. Once the forms were completed, he calls for a follow up to inform the auto transportation vendor and delivery window. Shipping Experts was the vendor selected to transport my vehicle. I recieved a phone call from Shipping Experts that shared with me the loading window. From there, the driver, Eric, from Shipping Experts communicated with me. The Outcome: The timeline I requested for was for my vehicle to be delivered by October 18, 2021. My car arrived October 19, 2021. Every time I checked in with Eric, he would give me a response with ETA. Overall, I would recommend Randy or Shipping Experts to support with any auto transport. read more

Good service. Prompt delivery and constant communication with the driver during the process.

I have the company shipped a Honda Civic from California to Michigan in July 2001, the high season for summer moves. The company gave me the best estimate and delivered as promised ahead of time with prefect conditions. The driver picked up the vehicle on time and everything was carried out professionally. I am very satisfied and the experience was beyond my expectation. Definitely recommend it's service to anyone in need of shipping cars across country. Randy was extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. He has been in the business for 30 years and conducts business way better than some of the bug names in auto transport. He is also a pleasure to speak to! read more

I had to move my car from Fremont CA to Liberty Hill, TX. I requested a quote from few people but ATS provided a reasonable rate. They picked up and delivered the car in a relatively short period. One good thing is Randy is responsive and was answering my email and phone calls in a reasonable time frame. I recommend this company and will use them in the future. read more

I Highly Recommend ATS Transportation Services! Randy is EXCELLENT at finding great drivers to transport a vehicle. I had my Jeep shipped from Phoenix, Arizona area all the way to Northeast South Dakota. My Jeep left on a Thursday afternoon and I got it on Sunday evening... Just Wow!!! No damage to the Jeep and the driver was super reliable and safe. Randy charged a very reasonable price and there were absolutely No changes to the original quote that I was given. Randy is easy to work with and will get the job done right. He has different pay options, which is also wonderful. I would contact Randy if I ever needed to transport a vehicle again. read more

Top notch service through and through. We had to get my son's inoperable vehicle back to San Jose from San Diego. I contacted one company, and he was solidly booked until the end of August, he referred us to Randy @ ATS. It was a pleasure to have conversation with Randy, he kept us informed from beginning to end. It's great to find businesses that are friendly and operate at a high level of integrity. Should I need to have a car transported again (I hope not under the previous circumstances). I will absolutely contact ATS! read more

Randy made excuses, was unreliable and undependable. As a service provider he did not manage my expectations properly when I asked if the vehicle could be shipped in a timely manner. He became - as other users have mentioned - unresponsive when it became apparent that he was not able to follow through on his word. I told him that it was advised that my vehicle was priced too low for the time frame I was looking to get my car shipped in, he still refused to change anything or even requote me - which left me without my vehicle and in $400 worth of rental car fees. I do not recommend this company. read more

I highly refer ATS Transportation Services! ATS Transportation Services was referred to me by another transportation agency because they were at full capacity for a few months after my move. I spoke directly with the owner (Randy) and we communicated through email. Randy was absolutely the best to work with and was very communicative throughout the process. Unfortunately, my firm halted my relocation until the end of the year due to Covid-19 and I had to discontinue Randy's services. However, I will absolutely work with Randy again when I am allowed to relocate once again! read more

I am an auto broker/dealer dealer and ship vehicles weekly all over the the West and the US. Been doing this for over 15 years; the first year or so I used half a dozen transport companies with numerous problems. Over the last 13+ years I have used Randy exclusively. He backs up what he ships. You may find online quotes somewhat lower but I would be dubious. read more

When I tell you these people are SCAMMERS BELIEVE ME!!!! They were 8 days late delivering my car. You can't get a hold of anyone, no response, via phone or emails. When the driver Ivan finally came, he charged us an extra $75 for nothing and held our car "hostage" until we paid. I showed him my signed contract, which he said, "I don't care about that" I tried calling the office, no one answered. NEVER EVER AGAIN! EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE....DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This is by far the best Broker I have run across and I have dealt with many for I am a car hauler that has been in the business for five years. Randy at ATS Transportation Services is a wonderful person. read more

Randy (the owner) was an absolute gentleman and delight to work with. He arranged for a long distance move within 3 days. Even though there were some issues with the original carrier, Randy found another carrier almost immediately and had my car delivered on the exact day he had promised when I had spoken to him initially. Given all the delays with regular movers, I would highly recommend Randy for great customer service and stress free car transport. read more

I used Randy and ATS to ship my son's car back home to Chicago from California. Car arrived in one week as promised. Randy timely answered all of my calls and texts and was able to give me good ETA for delivery. Due to some family circumstances it was important that I received great service and accurate delivery times. Randy came through for us and we greatly appreciate it read more

Contacted Randy since he was recommended to me by another local Transportation Company. Took more then 2 weeks to get the contact information of the car shipping company he contracted with. Assured me my car would be in good hands. My car was picked up on a Tuesday in July. The shipper who picked up my car assured me my car would be delivered at the destination(one State over) on Friday the same week. I then heard nothing back. After repeated texting, was told car would be delivered Saturday, same week. Then received picture of a damaged truck tire and was told this was the reason for the delay. No estimated time of delivery given. On Sunday, received picture of traffic, told another delay. It is now Monday the following week and I have not received my car. I am checking into formal action to explore what recourse I will have. Needless to say, my calls have since then not been answered. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had...when I was paying. This outfit was contracted by our moving company to move 3 vehicles, a boat, a pickup and a car. This company subcontracted each vehicle to another company. None showed up on time to pick any of the vehicles up. None delivered within their stated timelines. All were late. We could never get a decent eta. The last vehicle was just delivered, a day after it was scheduled and 830 at night. The driver threatened to not deliver the car because I was not a happy camper. I am convinced that everyone involved with this company is shady at best, but more likely members of some immigrant mob. I wouldn't use this company to move my bicycle across the street. Run, don't walk from this company and his 3 subcontractors: JCat Transport, Sierra Trucking and VP Elite (love the irony with that name) read more

My experience with ATS was not bad. It was not fantastic but it was not bad considering what other car transport brokers are charging his is very reasonable. Yes it takes longer than a direct rout transport but if you want that service you will have to fork out the money to get it. If you are not is a big rush to get your car transported then it works great. Just keep in mind you need to tack on an extra week to the estimate that Randy gives you and keep in mind any holidays during the run (ie 4th of July) will cause further delay. Randy was quite responsive to emails when I contacted him regarding the delays and explained the constraints that are put on the truck drivers by law that slows things down. I believe he gives the best guess on arrival but he is not responsible for delays that incur with the transport driver. Yes it can be frustrating when the driver does not text you to let you know he is delayed but its not to hard to find out the number of the driver and text him. mine was pretty responsive once I was able to get his cell number through his company and get an accurate ETA. read more

Randy Bond is the best! He is honest, straight forward, and gets the job done! He knows the auto transport business well, and cares about his customers. I reached out to Randy at ATS when a different company was unable to get my car shipped. Randy immediately understood my needs, and clearly explained the process. He handled all my calls and questions personally. My car was picked up and delivered on time. I'll never ship a car with anyone else. Randy Bond and ATS Transportation Service will have my business for life! read more

horrible experience.....this guys is very irresponsible....has an attitude....moving one/two cars may not mean anything to him so he may treat you like junk after initially sweet-talking to get you sign the contract...if you are moving your personal car contact the moving services (the company that runs the trucks) directly...all this guy does is take 15%-20% in his pocket to do nothing.............he is also a big fat lier...he tried to get $170 bucks more from me saying i did not pay full amount...but thankfully i had all the signed paperwork.... so be very very careful. read more

Concur with previous unhappy reviews. Randy doesn't return calls. He doesn't track his drivers either so don't try to find out anything from him. We were told a week or less and after 12 days we had to drive to get our cars. Really horrible experience! read more

Very Disappointed with this company. We hauled a load for them on 7/30/2012 and they have yet to pay. When I talk with Randy he said he would pay $50 a month have yet to see that. He said they went Bankrupt and will have to pay a little at a time. We allowed him to do that, but he has paid nothing. read more
