Terrible service, bland food. Stopped for breakfast on our way out of Zion. It wasn't very busy, but were told 25 min for takeout. Ok we walked across the street to look in shop. Came back and watched 1 groups order and get food before us. When alerting staff in instead of prioritizing our order they all seemed confused. Watched another group get order. Finally get food and burrito was barely warm and had no bacon and super bland. Won't be returning here. read more

Stopped here before heading to Zion. Ordered the quarter rotisserie plate and le boyfriend ordered the cheeseburger with fries. The flavors of the chicken, potato's, arugula, and radishes complimented each other so well. The potato's were covered in a chimichurri sauce that I would have preferred without it due to it feeling so heavy afterwards. The cheeseburger was perfect, the beef patty's were of good quality. Great fast casual spot. Plenty of indoor tables and outdoor picnic table-style seating and shade w gorgeous views on the patio and free parking in the dirt lot on the south side of the building. Burgers and fries were super tasty. The mission salad was a perfect fresh and filling meal after a long hot day of hiking. Brussel sprouts were fantastic but be warned the mustard dressing has a bit of a kick so you can ask them to go light if needed. Overall a great new dinner option when visiting Zion. read more

This is an "order at the counter,, sit down, and we'll bring it to you" type of place. The menu is very limited. We had two parties so we ordered in two tickets. Most of our first order came out in about 15 minutes. We ordered the following appetizers - brussels sprouts and guacamole and chips. The brussels sprouts were tossed in a jalapeño-honey type sauce. They were quite tasty but were hard and crunchy - I would describe them as candied. I liked them, but I don't generally like brussel sprouts. My wife does like brussel sprouts and she was not a big fan as they were very sweet. Guacamole and chips. The guacamole was freshly made and pretty good. The cilantro seemed to be an afterthought as it consisted of long stalks just sitting on top which is a bit much to eat. It' would be better if it were chopped up or if they only used leaves on top, but overall pretty good. The chips appear to be made fresh, some of them were really overly salty like inedible salty. Perhaps they were the few chips from the bottom of the bowl that just caught too much salt? For entrees the burger is solid. It's 1/2 pound so be hungry. The shrimp tacos were also really good. You get two of them and the shrimp is fried. They would probably be better grilled but they were really good as is. Overall the food here is a 4. The problem here is the service. Their number one item is their 1/2 rotisserie chicken, but when I asked the cashier how it was she said she didn't know as she never had it. She recommended the burgers and tacos so we went with that. As a manager maybe have your staff try the food, especially if working in a position where they make the recommendations. When our order came out we received everything at once except the guacamole and chips, which our server said was "coming right out." The other family with us, who had placed their order immediately after our order, still did not have their food about 10-15 minutes after we received our food (so 30 minutes after ordering). When a server finally came around we asked about it and it was delivered in about 30 seconds- cold. It obviously had been sitting somewhere and someone forgot to deliver it. Our friend walked over to the counter and tried to explain the situation. The manager then came over to the table and told them he would take care of it and make it up to them. He took the food away and shortly thereafter brought it back warmer. Still, we had not yet received our guacamole and chips. I went to ask about it and the same manager who was standing behind the counter gave me a look like "now what?" before telling me he'll check on it. It was sent out again within 30 seconds leading me to believe it too was just sitting somewhere and someone forgot to deliver it. The manager never did offer anything to "make it up" to any of us such as a courtesy dessert or anything. Not sure what he meant by that statement other than "I'll eventually get you your food and I'll warm it up for you." Overall, it's a nice place with solid food. As stated you pay up front at a counter. Of course this is also when they ask you to tip, I never like that arrangement as I'm forced to decide how much to tip before we even get a meal. Service here was inconsistent at best. So perhaps it's a good strategy for them. read more

Omg after an 11 mile hike at Zion we decided to stop in here for dinner. Everything was made so fresh and the concept is great. Order at the counter and in about 15 minutes your fresh food is at your table. I had the burger, my daughter had the fried chicken sandwich, other daughter had the Caesar salad and my hubby had the Santa Fe salad. Seriously I would have any of them. Just amazing. Don't pass this gem up! Also don't pass up a side of Brussel Sprouts. You haven't lived until you had them! read more

Place is beautiful and bathroom was clean. Front staff was very nice in helping get us our order We ordered shrimp tacos and the chicken sandwich since the pulled port was out. At the prices given we were expecting some sort of side (perhaps chips or a small set of fries) instead we got just the course at 14 and 18 dollars respectively. Chicken sandwich lacked salt and tacos were fine. I think the food has potential but perhaps could use some refinement. I don't think I could recommend this place due to cost/value prospect. Came across this quiet gem on an evening walk with our dogs on their opening night. We were able to sit outside with them and enjoy our dinner on the patio. Most places places had lines and we were able to sit right down and order our food. We ordered the rotisserie chicken dinner and it was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Friendly staff, delicious food! There's a good variety of options on the menu but it's simple enough to not be overwhelming. We got salads, a chicken sandwich, and fries, and we were impressed with the quality. The food was brought out quickly too. Only drawback was that they only have relatively small pitchers of water for each table, and since there were four of us and we went hiking earlier, we ran out of water pretty quickly. Saw this place had 4.5 stars so we gave it a shot. I had the chicken tacos, they were covered in WAY too much sauce. I ate about half of one and that was all I could do. Husband wanted the shrimp tacos but the counter guy told us no shrimp anything. So he got the fried chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich was good, fries were cold and ehhh. Margs were decent but were premade. Would have given 2 stars, but the view from the patio was dynamite (+1 star). We think the people giving it 4-5 stars must come out of Zion famished and desperate for any food! read more

The food here is extremely fresh and delicious with relaxing vibes - we recommend sitting outside. This restaurant is amazing! I would recommend this place if it was in any city, but the fact that it's near the entrance to Zion makes it even more special. I had the fried shrimp sandwich on flatbread. This was loaded with complimentory flavors in every bite. I could only finish half but saved the leftovers for brunch the next morning and it was still satisfying. My family also ordered the fried chicken sandwich, impossible burger, and fried pickles. Everything was worthy of praise. The draft beer selection was good, and the service from Kenia was great. They also have plenty of seating and a nice outdoor patio with shade.
