So here's what you need to know if you are looking for an electrician. This guy's the best. I went through the reviews here and knew this is the person I wanted to get my work done. I was getting a new vehicle and needed an EV charging point installed. Along with this I wanted some additional sockets setup (mix of 110 and 220v) Chris came in surveyed what needed to happen, figured out the most efficient way to get it all done and was here bright and early. His work was super neat and very well done. He thinks about stuff and explains on what he's going to do and why (eg: length of cord he is going to run and making sure things aren't a trip hazard etc). Plus he also examined my sauna and made some suggestions, re-arranged breaker panel to make it more efficient. As an aside the man's smart and made some real estate moves when he was young (yeah, I wish I'd done that. I was street racing in my youth years!) Learned some interesting stuff. The electrical work that was performed, re-wiring the whole 100 year old house, was performed very well. The scheduling and completion of the project really tried our patience. Rarely was there a full week of work performed, and that meant the project dragged out for months when it was supposed to take 7 weeks. By the time it was completely finished it was about 4 months. The work itself was great, the number of back and forth text messages to get it done, quite frustrating. An exhausting experience. Expertly done, however, you must have extreme patience. I have been trying to get Chris to come back to do one more thing, and have given up on that now, because he could never fit it into his schedule. That's unfortunate. I trust his work. Have been in the property management business for over 14 years and its rare that we use someone new last minute but our electrician quit, and we were looking for some electrical work last minute. These guys went above and beyond what I expected. Usually when we hire last minute help they charge us triple what the job actually costs since they know its an emergency for a tenant. Not these guys. Not only were they able to come next day, they finished the entire job in less then 30 minutes and the price was very fair. I called Chris regarding an issue with my heating system at my business. Its been an ongoing issue for some time now and multiple companies were unable to determine the problem. Some even avoided it because they knew it was a headache. It ended up being an electrical failure that needed an electrician to repair. Although Chris was not the person to diagnose or repair the concern, the experience I had with him during our phone conversation (which took 24 minutes!) proved to me how honest and caring he was.
