It was way better to go back the next morning at 10 AM. Just one dude in front of me and a bunch of employees free to help, so I was in and out in probably less than 10 minutes. Got the license changed, fixed my hair in the mirror helpfully hung next to the camera, and got my smize on for my new drivers license. I did go early in the morning close to when they opened, so may get busier later in the day. I haven't come here in a long time, as I have just renewed my car registration online for the last 4 years. But in the past, I didn't have any issues when I did come here to do it. I have never been treated bad, yes sometimes there can be a long wait, but I've experienced that at other registration places too. Yes, I agree the place isn't very nice to look at and could use some renovations to make it more welcoming but I don't come here to have coffee and hang out haha. When I was trying to change over insurance and went to another agenncy I felt more confused than when I went. Going to ama the Agent, who I think was named Justin, walked me through the process, helped me track down the documents I needed and overall saved me from a meltdown. The last visit I had Briann, who not only was super friendly and helpful. But she was able to give me the paperwork I needed for my health cards and explain why the number I had wasn't working, when no one ese knew. So 10/10 customer service indeed! The only con is that, you can get your insurance cheaper and there is a membership needed but for me, in the end it is worth it!

They do accept credit card but charge a fee, but if you pay cash or debit no extra charge fee. In my opinion that's ridiculous, just remove it you make a lot of money from your speed photo radar captures. And so goes the politics of our government. Anyways, be confident going in here and know what you came in for, making sure you have your Id's and the expiry dates are still in good standing. You can get your learners done here or any class learner I suppose but most of it is done electronically on computer there. If your drivers license expires in the year you can only renew it within six months before expiry. I tried to get mine done early and was refused. Remember to dress sharp or at least do your hair first before your next photo. Recommended for a quick vehicle registration or you can do online if your comfortable waiting for the sticker to come in mail.
