Easy to get to, and close by a pub and a convenience store if you need a snack. Originally, I stopped in at around 5 PM but it was full of folks coming in after work for a variety of services. It was way better to go back the next morning at 10 AM. Just one dude in front of me and a bunch of employees free to help, so I was in and out in probably less than 10 minutes. Got the license changed, fixed my hair in the mirror helpfully hung next to the camera, and got my smize on for my new drivers license. I haven't come here in a long time, as I have just renewed my car registration online for the last 4 years. But in the past, I didn't have any issues when I did come here to do it. I have never been treated bad, yes sometimes there can be a long wait, but I've experienced that at other registration places too. Yes, I agree the place isn't very nice to look at and could use some renovations to make it more welcoming but I don't come here to have coffee and hang out haha. Anyways, be confident going in here and know what you came in for, making sure you have your Id's and the expiry dates are still in good standing. You can get your learners done here or any class learner I suppose but most of it is done electronically on computer there. If your drivers license expires in the year you can only renew it within six months before expiry. I tried to get mine done early and was refused. Remember to dress sharp or at least do your hair first before your next photo. Recommended for a quick vehicle registration or you can do online if your comfortable waiting for the sticker to come in mail.

Going to ama the Agent, who I think was named Justin, walked me through the process, helped me track down the documents I needed and overall saved me from a meltdown. The last visit I had Briann, who not only was super friendly and helpful. But she was able to give me the paperwork I needed for my health cards and explain why the number I had wasn't working, when no one ese knew. So 10/10 customer service indeed! I used to deal with AMA insurance, but I got tired of being treated like a number and facing repeated increases despite never making a claim. I kinda felt like they just took my business for granted and had a "let it ride" attitude. I knew what I wanted from an insurance company/broker. I wanted to feel like they were ACTUALLY shopping around for me for the best deal among reputable insurance companies. I finally felt that I found that when I called ARC and spoke to their representative Tyson Lush. Tyson took a lot of time answering my inane questions. He even arranged for a conference call so that both my wife and I could talk to him without having to visit their office in person. We are both busy professionals, so we really appreciated that. Tyson is a very good listener who takes good notes. Never once did I feel any pressure from him. If anything, he would let me know the best places to look to save money. This is exactly what I was dreaming of! For example, Tyson recommended how we could save a substantial amount of money by splitting off my (newly licensed) daughter into her own policy. This was very counter-intuitive, but he was right! I'm so glad I stumbled across this company. I just hope their success doesn't change their focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
