Nothing but great service from Cielito, who even spent an hour with me on the phone answering all my questions (which I would recommend when shopping around for insurance). In the end I saved almost 50% on my home insurance, and just a bit on my auto, with the same or a bit better coverage. Obviously everyone's experience will be different depending on the agent they deal with at any brokerage firm. I hope I never have to call Allstate for any insurance issues, but if I have to, I'm confidant in being taken care of by Cielito, he seems to genuinely care about helping people.

Since the claim was denied my search for someone to do the repairs began. But I didn't find someone that I felt comfortable with to do the necessary work. Because of the high cost, I had applied for a loan to do the repairs but until I received a firm quote from someone the loan process that was started was halted. It wasn't until June of 2020 that I found someone that I felt to be reliable to do the repairs so I had to start the loan process all over. I then received a call from the Edmonton branch of Allstate Insurance, a week after I had paid the premium for my 2020 property insurance, asking if I made the repairs yet on a claim that they denied. My response was "No, not yet. I'm trying to get a loan to do the repairs". But it seems that they only heard the "No" because shortly after that phone call my policy was canceled. So the nightmare began! Now without insurance I couldn't get a loan and without the loan I couldn't do the repairs and without the repairs done I couldn't get insurance, a catch 22! Would I recommend Allstate Insurance to anyone? Absolutely NOT!

We were covered with Johnson / Unifund Insurance through Servus prior to Belair Direct buying them. We were previously very pleased with Johnson Incorporated. When Belair acquired our policy we were told everything was the same. We've only had 1 claim in 25 years and have always had premium coverage with only windshield excluded (or so we thought). Two days ago, we had a transport truck drive past us on the highway and throw a rock at our Mini Cooper and shatter our moonroof. They said they will not cover it as we don't have windshield coverage. We do have "Comprehensive Coverage" so it should be covered according to our policy and everyone we've spoken to. Belair also said that we should've chased down the truck and got the license plate number - even though we were covered in glass from the roof exploding. It's completely ridiculous. The commercials they show on TV of how easy it is to make a claim is a complete LIE! Their marketing is False Advertising! Very Poor Customer Service

I was with MORGEX INSURANCE ALBERTA for 12 yrs but I switched over to another company in 2022. That company had to get a verbal confirmation on my drivers history from MORGEX / UNIFUND in order to prove my driving record was good and covered when I switched. But the company I am with made changes to their policies and no longer uses verbal confirmations, but require physical proof of history. I was informed by my current insurance provider that Morgex DID NOT SUBMIT my driving history over those 12 yrs. Belairdirect insurance took over Morgex and has no way of accessing my info. They told me I could submit a complaint which I did and a manager or someone would reach out. BUT STILL NO FOLLOW UP AFTER 2 WEEKS. So I'm screwed unless I find a way to prove I was covered for those 12 yrs. Do yourself a favor AND NEVER USE BELAIRDIRECTS services. There is other companies out there that are better. They don't even have a physical address because the lady on the phone told me they do everything over the phone or online (virtually). So you can't even go directly to a place to have your situation addressed. If I could I would have rated them a negative number as opposed to giving them a 1 star.

Seeing as we were in the area we decided to stop in the office and take care of the change to insurance. We learned Kerishea was not in the office that day so another account manager Danielle Stephenson stepped in to help us out. Danielle was very approachable and professional. She was able to make the necessary changes to our policy and provide new insurance cards so we could register our new vehicle. We received full coverage on a new 2022 vehicle with a minor increase to our premiums. If we were not impressed enough, I noticed Karishea had responded to my email and was ready to take care of us even though she was not in the office. It should not have come as a surprise as Karishea has always been very good with us. It was clear we are in awesome hands with all of the excellent, knowledgeable staff at Armour Insurance.

I used to deal with AMA insurance, but I got tired of being treated like a number and facing repeated increases despite never making a claim. I kinda felt like they just took my business for granted and had a "let it ride" attitude. I knew what I wanted from an insurance company/broker. I wanted to feel like they were ACTUALLY shopping around for me for the best deal among reputable insurance companies. I finally felt that I found that when I called ARC and spoke to their representative Tyson Lush. Tyson took a lot of time answering my inane questions. He even arranged for a conference call so that both my wife and I could talk to him without having to visit their office in person. We are both busy professionals, so we really appreciated that. Tyson is a very good listener who takes good notes. Never once did I feel any pressure from him. If anything, he would let me know the best places to look to save money. This is exactly what I was dreaming of! For example, Tyson recommended how we could save a substantial amount of money by splitting off my (newly licensed) daughter into her own policy. This was very counter-intuitive, but he was right! I'm so glad I stumbled across this company. I just hope their success doesn't change their focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
