The advice was to get new tires next Winter due to excessive wear. I was shown the damage and completely agree. I use to work in a garage, so I know an old tire when I see it. It was probably the most convenient out of all the places I typically go to. Booking was easy. I called and was able to book an appointment for the next day. On arrival, my car was taken in and done within 45 min. There was free coffee available and a small cafe inside if you wanted a small bite to eat. They have full breakfast service if you wanted it. My oil change was done quickly and professionally. I paid and everything was simply discussed with no sort of upselling. I was able to get a nice email of their inspection. It was really good since it had detailed photos of their inspection which is really a nice touch and makes everything recommended actually justified. I was told just to call for any quotes and service didnt pressure me or anything. Service was outstanding. The price was right as well and I was very pleased with my visit. They do offer car dropoff services if required but they dealt with my car there was actually no need. No frills. Great service and no complaints.

I have been dealing with Tanzam since they were still on 51 Avenue. I was recommended to them by a…read morefriend, since I was coming back to the city after a long absence. Moez was a GEM! He went out of his way to make sure that I got excellent service and if he could save me some costs he had no problem recommending those procedures, parts, whatever. If something needed fixing, either Moez or Peter would show me (They knew my father was a mechanic. We lost Dad over a decade ago) what the problem was, and offer various solutions. So why the 3 rating? Moez is no longer there , nor is Tanzam Auto. And Peter is MIA too. Tanzam has been folded into M&M Auto on 63rd ave. Moez is semi-retired. The new group seems to be more concerned with lining their pockets than offering automotive service. Doomsday scenarios combined with unnecessary repairs and part replacement rather than offering the excellent serrvice I had come to expect with Moez. So the 3 rating is out of respect for Moez and Peter rather than from the service I have recieved from M&M. Tanzam WAS a 5. M&M, currently is a 1. You do the math.
