The tow driver had to deal with a very unruly neighbour who kept coming over and berating him to hurry up and move. Telling him he was not able to back up for work. There was more than enough room to do so. The driver politely told him multiple times that once the transaction was paid, he could move the car and to just wait a few mins. Each time he complained, it made him stop doing his work to deal with the crazy childish neighbour. Hopefully, I don't need a tow anytime soon, but if I do, they will be my first call.

It was cleaned inside and out (not expected) and the repair made it look new again. My truck was also having some unrelated engine problems and the mechanic there diagnosed it for me for free. These guys know what they're doing and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends. The girls in the call center could be a little friendlier. I went in with my 13 month old and it's in an industrial area - so no malls in walking distance to kill time unfortunately. He asked his wife, who also works there to drive us in our car (car seat) to the new outlet mall to pass the time. And then she picked us back up when the inspection was complete. She was so nice! I really appreciated this gesture. That's going above and beyond for the customer. Our car was in perfect condition, which we expected because it's only 2 years old. That wouldn't stop some mechanics from trying to find something small wrong though. He was honest. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys for automotive repair (if my car needed it, lol). Felt like I was chatting to friends! Definitely recommend!

Only…read morereason I'm giving a 1 star is because these people don't deserve 5 (not even close) I came in because I was experiencing a shaking issue. He said it was my tires because he seen "that the tread wasn't even" I believe he said this because he had 2 of the same tires in his shop. He said they were perfect with 80% tread which they where. I bought them and it was a little bit (a little bit) cheaper than buying new tires. On my way home my check engine light turned on and my car over heated. Got it home after a few stops to let it cool down and diagnosed it when I got home. Checking for rags in my rad ect. ( just because I had been tricked on the tires) when I came out to my car an hour later they where flat. I found where the hole was and assumed I had ran over screws or something and grabbed needle nose Pliers to pull it out. I pulled out patch. I soon found with trying to patch the tires that they were unpatch able. The holes were to big. Take my 200$ but you can have this review of your shop. I haven't gotten to the bottom of the over heating. But there looks to be (glue or something poured down my radiator). This guy was telling me "he needed money" when I was asking if they had project cars so I'm very sure it was an attempt to get me back. Right now I want to throw the tires he gave me threw his window but hopefully this review leaves me satisfied

I used to like the old service manager but he left. He actually tried to help customers. Both of my Murano's had transmission failure at less then 130,000 km. Did not know about my first one till I had sold it to my sister and got a new one. So a 2009 and 2015 so far transmission is screwed. Over $10000 they want to fix it. Oh it's out of warranty they say, well how about not selling faulty transmissions and then not taking accountability as soon as they fail. It's criminal!!!
