You have not proactively contacted me once, I feel like I'm babysitting you. It has been 6 months since the alternator was replaced, this is not a reasonable timeline to have a warranty fulfilled. If you bought a faulty part from a shady company that would not fulfill the warrant and sold it me to as a new part with full warranty that is not my fault. At this point you should be refunding me the cost and keeping the warranty whenever you get to it.

However I will say Mahmoud was fantastic when he came to open yard and wait close to an hour possibly for me to unload my personal belongings from my vehicle. He was friendly, kind, and gentle and also said if TD didn't pay they usually don't charge. I could recommend Mahmoud if it was only him. Ryan was also someone that was sent to open gates today for me for the sale and moving of my vehicle. For them I can agree to a "gate fee" I was charged... however the km and admin fee is preposterous. $262 for a tow is definitely cheaper than others. Do NOT use The Big Tow if they show up and offer or pressure you into a tow after an accident.

Washrooms are clean and handicap/baby friendly, but space is tight in there if you have a stroller. There is concierge at this location since it's busy here. I find this place sells a good variety of travel gear and has a decent amount of sitting areas used by companions waiting for those members who are in the lineup. They are more efficient too, with a self serve kiosk for buying discounted movie passes & placing the travel maps/guides on display at front for easy access to help yourself to instead of waiting in line. Passport photos are guaranteed here- it was a bit of a hassle to return to get the money back, but the refund covered the difference of the retake photos' cost from the place who did the photo correctly (in the Canada place building which is more expensive anyway). I've usually found service here to be friendly despite being busy. Even just stopping by for some travel questions is helpful. There's no pressure to book through them & they can give you quotes on their prices for theme park admission tickets as well as tips on when price increases occur (they were actually only a few bucks more than the official theme park's website). I don't do my insurance through them or travel bookings, but I haven't been disappointed with services I've used yet (roadside assistance and locksmith). Overall, I'm pleased with this membership and find it to always be a better experience than going to a standard registry office.

But $530 for the vehicle being in the lot for no more than an hour and a half is insane.
