During a really cr*ppy situation of my car being vandalized (quarter panels being shattered), this…read moreplace kept me at ease and stress free. Not to be dramatic but I've never had such amazing customer service where they provided the service needed and more. Offered water upon walking in, took me in first thing in the morning despite the flooding happening, cleaned up the shattered glass all over in the inside of my car, provided personal recommendations to other businesses for other services, and the owner himself helped seal off the edges of the windows out in the rain. Thank you so much for taking me in on such short notice and going above and beyond to help me with my situation. Hoping this never happens again but if I ever need any other sort of glass services for my 2 vehicles, I'll definitely be making the drive up from Renton. These guys are worth it. Happy holidays!

Such an amazing customer service…read more Someone broke my window, I covered a clear plastic on the door, it was a very crappy job done through myself. I drooped my car and they called me that my car window has two size of glasses, one smaller size is only dealership has it. They ordered it for me and it will take few days to get it.....? They said if I need a car, anytime pick it up and will reschedule soon. I went back the shop, when I saw my car. I lost my words that they did temporary put the plaxi glass on the window. they really did great job on my car, even temporary plaxi glass. Who else can do like that, I bet no other shops but they do! I would like to say thank you again for your wonderful customer service and I will reschedule soon. I can recommend to anyone if you need to fix your car windows this is the right place to go in.

Because my claim has finally settled with my bank and car insurance, I am finally writing my…read morereview. My 2024 Audi Q5 needed a simple windshield repair. Alongside these newer cars, I learned the camera also needs to be recalibrated for lane assist & other features to function. All of my car's safety features were working prior to this appointment. Scheduling with Roger was fairly easy. He insisted that he worked on newer German cars all of the time, so I felt comfortable after seeing the positive reviews (side note: most of these reviews are for OLDER cars that do not need the recalibration). He was able to come replace my windshield within the week and then had me make an appointment with another guy (Jeff, whose business is Reign Calibrations) he works alongside to recalibrate the camera. Spoiler alert: he was unable to recalibrate the camera. So I contact Roger asking about next steps. He tells me these cars can be finicky and that he wanted to look at the installation again. I actually called Audi at this point and asked for one of their tech's opinions. They told me the gel pad almost always needs to be replaced. When I told Roger what Audi told me, he told me, and I quote: "Do not listen to Audi, because they just want your money." Don't listen to the people who work on these cars all day? Interesting. After this comment I was losing faith. Over the next couple of days, Roger and Jeff (the guy who does his windshield calibrations) changed the course of action for what they wanted to do about the situation several times. First, they wanted to take off the bracket, reinstall it, then try a recalibration. Then, they wanted to replace the gel pad and try again. Lastly, they wanted to put on a new windshield and try again. At this point I felt as though they were using my $50k car as a guinea pig and I'm very suspicious at this point. I ended up calling another auto glass company in the area and they gave me a lot of great advice. They were very surprised at what I was telling them about the situation (Audi included). Roger ends up coming by to look at the windshield. He sends me a text about 30 min before he wanted to show up. Not sure what he did but he was gone again in 15 min. Jeff then texts me about making an appointment to attempt recalibration on a Friday. I respond by saying my schedule is open. He doesn't reply for a day and then responds by saying he's changing the shop location. When I asked where I'm taking it, he did not reply for another day. Next day, which is Friday (the original day he said he would do the recalibration), he texts me saying we can do it on Monday and has changed the shop from Lynnwood to Everett. Now, I did some research. Many times these guys realize they don't have the proper equipment so they'll rent a bay at a different shop. I was done at this point. I stopped replying and called my credit card company and car insurance company. I got scheduled with the shop Audi recommended and my car was good as new. Roger was extremely unprofessional with the way this was handled. He wasn't honest about knowing how to work with these cars and other things as well. I would never trust these guys with another vehicle. What was supposed to be a one day job was turned into a two week headache. Side note: he told me he wouldn't offer a refund because the windshield was installed properly, but the new shop was shocked at the installation. It was totally botched, of course. His partner in crime somehow turned off features that technicians aren't even supposed to have access to. The car completely locked up all of these features as a way to protect the system I later learned. This was a lesson learned. There were a lot of positive reviews for his Wind-Tech Yelp page, but going to his actual business' page was a different story. It seems like Wind-Tech initially belonged to someone else but now it's Roger's as well. His other page is Windshields To Go. This isn't even something allowed by Yelp. TLDR: do not bring your newer car here if you care about your car's safety features. He'll also botch the installation with gaps in the windshield and an absurd amount of glue.

Speedy fixed a rock chip quickly and efficiently for a great price. I'm honestly quite impressed…read moreat how little of the chip remains, as it was comparatively pretty large (small enough to repair, though) with some spidering. I barely got my burger order from the Ranch next door before I got the text that they were done with my car. One minor oddity, when I requested the quote online I checked the box saying I preferred only to be contacted by email. I got the quote quite quickly by email, and that was great. But I couldn't come in for a couple of days due to work (I was told they took walk-ins and didn't need to schedule anything, so I didn't schedule anything and chose to walk in when I had the free time), and in that time they called *and* texted to remind me to come in! A bit overkill, and when I asked about it I was told the owners tell them to ignore communication requests. Hey owners, maybe don't do that? I needed the repair. You're the closest, most convenient option, you do great work at a great price. Maybe let that speak for itself and trust that the customer's going to come in. I just about didn't, because I *hate* pushy sales.
