I had a very smooth and easy experience with Brandon. It was easy to communicate with him. Once I reached out to him and the insurance was approved he immediately called for my replacement sunroof. The next day he came to my office and within 2 hours it was done! I will definitely recommend him and will go to him for any future services! Thank you Brandon! read more

Got a chip on the car I just bought 2 days prior. A coworker suggested Clear Choice Auto Glass so I made my way there at around 10:00 am, no appointment. Was greeted by 2 smiley faces and the rock chip was fixed in 10 min flat. Dealing with the insurance was the opposite experience but the staff at Clear Choice helped me with that too. What a breath of fresh air to experience Service like that. I hope you don't get a rock chip in you windshield, but if you do... Clear Choice is exactly that! read more

Brandon has replaced three windshields for us over the past eight years and truly did a fantastic job each time. My wife even wanted original glass for her Toyota and it was no problem. It's obvious Brandon is quite experienced and very good at what he does. We're very happy with the results and would recommend Clear Choice to anyone. read more

Brandon was excellant and I highly recommend. I had a huge crack in my 2018 KIA Sportage. He returned my call immediatley, ordered the windsheild and scheduled an appointment to come to me. The day of the appointment, he called me to confirm he had the windsheild and gave me the option to come out earlier. I was so impressed! He took great care on the install and I am so happy with the results. read more

I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to get me in same day. They clearly communicated what time they'd arrive, arrived on time, and completed a perfect repair. They did all of this at the price of competitors that you have to travel to and then wait for. I've used another service in Issaquah in the past and would not return. I will always go to Clear Choice Auto Glass in the future. read more

This is my third time using Clear Choice Auto Glass for windshield replacement. Again, best price, best service, easiest schedule. Brandon and Brenda showed up right on time and replaced the windshield for the 2017 Subaru Outback, with the eye sight tech, in less than an hour. Thank you Brandon and Brenda!! read more

Brandon did an excellent job on my 1998 Mazda B2500 pickup front windshield replacement. He was quick to schedule an appointment and very professional. After about a month for this review post-replacement and plenty of rain to test the seal, no leaks. Would highly recommend! read more

Brandon replaced my windshield this afternoon at home a few days after I first contacted him. USAA insurance automatically recommends another less well reviewed provider. However, after installation an automated response for reimbursement less my deductible was quick and easy. Great service. read more

Nice service, prompt response, professional job done in an expecting time. Show up sooner than schedule, I am very happy with this company

Wow! I am beyond impressed. If every business transaction was as perfect as my experience with Brandon, Yelp would be far less entertaining. I submitted a request for quote online and thought to myself, I should have just called... Then like a magic Brandon called to see if I could accommodate him within a half hour. Ummm, YES! He arrived on time, quoted me the repair, got straight to work and within no time was done and on his merry way. Don't waste your time with anyone else - Brandon delivers! read more

Prompt, courteous and professional, everything you'd need and he comes to you! I'd recommend getting your windshield replaced here for sure.

I will never use another company for glass repair! On Friday I was driving along 405 and a huge rock hit my windshield. On Monday morning I called "Clear Choice Auto Glass" to set up an appointment for them to repair the chip and not only did that get me scheduled for 11am that morning but he came to our house and fixed it in our driveway! They were so helpful, fixed it within 20 minutes and even called our insurance company for us to get it covered! Thank you for your amazing service!! read more

Super easy to do business, worked with my insurance company & showed up next morning right on time. High quality job, fixed 2 starburst rock cracks in ~ 30 minutes. Excellent choice. read more

Fast!!! Great service! An overall fabulous experience! My passenger rear window exploded last night while I was going 60 mph on I-405. I made it home safely and just parked it in the garage. Early this morning I got on yelp and started calling auto glass repair companies based on user reviews. For over two hours I had called several companies prior to calling Clear Choice. The difference? Brandon actually answered the phone! He asked me a few questions, then said he'd see if he could locate the glass I needed in Seattle. He called back in just a few minutes and said he found one and that he could pick it up, then head straight to my house in Newcastle to fix it. Brandon showed up on time, and even sent a tracking text link showing where he was in route. He was a pleasure to deal with; professional, friendly and did I mention FAST!? The price was very reasonable too. Clear Choice will be the only auto glass company I use from now on. I still haven't received any callbacks from the other auto glass companies where I left messages over six hours ago. I guess they were either too busy to bother or were closed on Saturday. Their loss, my gain! Thanks Brandon, you made my day!! read more

Guy came out on the same day as I called. He fixed my windshield in under 20 minutes for such a great price. THANK YOU! Definitely recommend. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but Clear Choice did a fabulous job today. It's frustrating to be unsure who you can trust and rely on these days, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with them. Easy to schedule, phone call when they're in their way, on time (a couple of minutes early!), friendly, professional, all around great service! read more

Quick easy and substantially cheaper than safelight. They were able to schedule me the same week and did a great job

*Disclaimer: I did not get my windshield repaired. I had full intentions to fill a small chip in my recently purchased used car, but owner Brandon noted that it had already been filled (hard to tell for a novice). He did an entire windshield review, and recommend that I don't fill anything. He didn't even charge me for his time- and was completely honest and upfront. I am SO impressed, and look forward to coming back when I do in fact need a chip filled. read more

Brandon was AWESOME! Super helpful, returned my call within 5 min, completed the job quickly but was still knowledgeable & was a great communicator. He gave me a price up front and there were 0 surprises along the way! (Which is very hard to find these days!) He came to my office, installed the new windshield and was done! He even has this GPS unit-tracking thing connected to his phone that tells you where he is and how far away his ETA is. This was especially helpful as I was in a meeting while he was doing the work and was notified as soon as the vehicle was done and was able to excuse myself promptly. I will recommend Clear Choice Auto Glass to anyone in my office (or anyone in general!) They were awesome! Thank you! read more

Fantastic Service from Brandon! He was right on time and did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable too! It took him less than 30 minutes to replace a back window that was broken in a theft & he fixed it right in my garage. He's also very nice to talk to. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommend! read more

I recently used Clear Choice Auto Glass for a potential windshield repair. Very professional on the phone, scheduling was easy, and they answered all of my questions. They didn't end up billing me since my windshield damage was too minor to repair. I will definitely use Clear Choice in the future if I have any more auto glass damage. read more

I had two vehicles that required windshield replacement. I dreaded the thought of having to manage getting them each to the shop, dropping them off, returning to work (uber, lyft or friend) and then back again. I called Brandon at Clear Choice and he gave me a quote over the phone for replacement and we scheduled the work a few days out. The day of the replacement, he was able to arrive early and immediately got started right in our driveway. He is experienced and treats your vehicle as his own. In addition to doing a great job on the two cars that I initially contacted him about, he took care of a couple of rock chips on a third vehicle. Great craftsmanship and customer service. The convenience of having him to our home to do the work was wonderful. read more
