Excellent service provided by Lindsey. Thank for getting my car in tip top shape and going the extra mile. Def recommend!

I brought my car here to get a fender fixed on my 2021 wrx sti. I saw the reviews online and thought i should trust this caliber Collision place . A week and a half goes by and my car is done and I come by to pick it up and as I come nearby to check it out my car wasn't in the same clean condition I brought it in . There were scratches on the right side of my fender and the side skirt of the drivers side was All scratched up. And not sure what they did but my paint was all messed up, they buffed it out to much to the point where the clear coat came off. Lorenzo Robles was the one who guided me through the whole process, he made everything so horrible and so unprofessional the way he handled it. It took me almost a month to get my car back just to fix those simple problems, when they said they'll "detail" by that they mean they're going to scratch your car horrible. I'm a totally unsatisfied, with the service I received. I will won't return and I won't recommend this place to any friends or family. As I would reach out to get updates on my car, I was getting ignored, now I got to deal with all those scratches on my car and pay out of my pocket to fix it and get a paint correction when those scratches were never there. Beware if you have a new car, they definitely will scratch up your paint when they "detail" your car. They mistreated my car and I have dash cam recordings to prove it. read more

Caliber Collision is the place to get your car repaired . Nate and Bridget were great to work with !

Caliber in Vista did a great job on my car. The color and finish are exactly what I was hoping for. What made the the experience exceptional was the continuous communication and professionalism from Dave, Lisa, and Henry. Additionally, their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I also need to mention the friendliness and professionalism I saw from Bridget at the front desk every time I called or came to the shop. Thank you to the entire Caliber team. read more

Despite showing up a day earlier than I had an appointment for, Sierra took it all in stride and made check-in an absolute breeze. By far the most professional front-office experience that I have ever had at any body shop. If the rest of the staff is as attentive and responsive as she is, I expect to see great results when I get my Jeep back, as well! read more

I scraped my car against the garage door while backing out of my garage. I took it to them and 5 minutes later the paint marks were gone. I did the same thing yesterday and took it to them. Same results! Not only did they fix it like new, they never charged me a dime either time!!!! If I ever have to have any body work done, that is the place I'm taking my Mercedes Benz ML 350 black car! My car is 15 years old and looks brand new and I trust them to keep it looking that way...../Donna V. read more

Woops! Couldn't get this business to return calls. Needed a new headlight for my Jeep and the Service Advisor gave me an estimate for the wrong part. Oh well, mistakes happen, so after she corrected that problem I brought my vehicle at the appointed time to get repairs estimated to take 4 hours. When I arrived she told me that they didn't have the right part and had to call their parts supplier to see when she could get another and asked me to go home and wait to be called again as to when I might be able to get the light replaced. I lost confidence in their ability to get the job done and went to another body shop after getting no call back (for the third day) from this business. Too bad, the estimator was always polite but just couldn't seem to pick up the phone. read more

I got rear ended after two weeks of getting a brand new Honda Civic. Alex is very professional and took great care of my car. My car looked brand new again after it was finally fixed. If your insurance is covered my caliber it is the best place to go. I will be back to get a free quote for some of the exterior damage of my boyfriends car. Everyone at caliber was friendly and helpful! Thanks guys. read more

My car was recently hit and I brought it to Lisa at Caliber in vista. She was very professional and communicative through every step of the process. I was told what was going on with my car every step of the way. The technician Santos who fixed my car went above what was expected of him as well. He cleaned my headlights and did a few other things that weren't required of him to do. Everyone was very kind and understanding after having been in an accident. I would definitely bring my car here again if needed. read more

Nate was great! He accomodated my needs since I needed my car earlier than the estimated date given. He was able to give my car back to me 4 days earlier than expected. My car looks as good as new. Only reason why I took a star off due to the receptionist's customer service. Extremely rude and not accomodating. The front desk staff is important and gives the customer's first impression and overall experience... besides this, service/repair was great. read more

The customer service here is impeccable! Sierra helped me through the process and understood I had a tight schedule to get my car in to be fixed. I wish everything was these easy to get fixed! read more

We took our Corvette here after someone sideswiped it. The staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly. They buffed out the damages without a problem while we waited. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We will recommend them to all of our friends and family. read more

It was a pleasure dealing with Jenna at the front desk to set an appointment to have them look at a minor problem on my 2018 Expedition. Then when I brought it in they were ready to look at it and then they repaired the problem quickly and professionally. I'll definitely return there for any body work that I need! read more

This place was amazing, complete opposite of any experience I have had with auto repair. Jenna in the front is kind and provides clear communication and great customer service over phone and in person. All the other representatives were great and friendly. My repairs were taken care of in a timely manner and I was updated consistently while while waiting. A few days after pick up I noticed a small hose was missing from windshield wiper fluid area and a bulb went out in my headlight. I brought it back and they fixed everything within 20 minutes, apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel well taken care of. Thank you for your excellent customer service and quick turn around! read more

Took my car in for an estimate after waiting to go in for an appointment. This site needs to work on customer service skills, the lady who helped me was rude and wanted me to comeback the following day to get estimate. Made no sense to me, other than so they can charge my insurance company more $ for repairs. Will never go back to this site. read more

Isaiah was amazing and made my process smooth excellence is what i witnessed from repair to customer service I recommend Caliber , Isaiah and his team to anyone in need totally satisfied and i'm not one to easily be impressed but they are true professionals. Had an appointment time for 1. Stood around for 30 minutes before being asked if I needed help. I was picking up my car. The guy literally dropped the keys in my hand and walked away without going over what was done with my car and reviewing the car. When I called to complain the manager barely listened to me and then dumped my call as soon as possible. Terrible service. Our dash mat was on the ground but the damage was to the bumper. Not sure what they did but I can guarantee I will never be going back and filed a complaint with my auto insurance who referred me. read more

I had a lot of damage to my car. They did an excellent job keeping me informed of what was going on every step of the way. My car looked beautiful when I got it back! Nate was so helpful. I recommend them if you need body work done. I also got my car back earlier than expected! read more

We scheduled the repair and their car was fixed shortly with great precision. Thank you caliber for helping me out and thank you Cindy for great customer service! read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this shop! I am a claims adjuster and deal with body shops on a regular basis. With that said I frequently encounter shops who don't keep in regular contact, have poor customer service, and produce poor quality. Caliber was everything I expect from a direct repair network shop and more! The staff was knowledgable, kept in frequent contact, and had my car done early. As a claims adjuster I always referred my clients to caliber because I knew they did a good job but now being a customer only strengthens my referral. This was an absolutely amazing experience, despite being in an accident. I will continue to use Caliber for my clients needs and my personal needs. (knock on wood) You can't go wrong with Caliber from their staff or quality of work. And a special thanks to Patrick for going the extra mile with customer service!!! read more

I was not excited about going to get an estimate on damage repair from a fender bender today but Isaiah at Caliber made it so much better! He was so friendly and helpful. Even after I left I needed another estimate quote sent to my email and he did it with such a good attitude and again in the email wished me a good day. Every employee I came across was so kind and ready to help! From now on they will be my go-to and recommended to anyone who needs an auto body shop nearby. read more

Had a good experience with Alex Deolarte, the service advisor who helped me. So my car was hit last Monday 10/29/2018. Called up my insurance and scheduled an apt for the next day on Tuesday to have Caliber Collision get an estimate together. Went in for the estimate as scheduled, after about 20min Lisa Umlauf claimed that her computer system was running slow and not working right and that she would email me that night. I thought okay cool, sounds reasonable. Well after that day her communication or lack there of has been horrible. I didn't hear from that evening or the following day, I had to follow up myself on Thursday 11/1/18 regarding the status. She claimed that they were busy (I guess she was shuffling through paper work just to find mine). She stated that she would be working late to get my estimate done and would follow up that evening. Unfortunately, its no Tuesday 11/6/18 and its about to be Wednesday, over week later and still no response from her. I'm just disappointed and upset with her overall communication skills, she couldn't even at least follow up with some sort of lame excuse on why its not done or why she hasn't got back to me. To be honest, I have had my vehicle worked on here before and had no issues, as the other service advisor at the time was great. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on. read more

Hugo- Vista-Caliber-Collision- excellent painter! -excellent care!-Very happy with his work!

Great service from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted by Jenna (please forgive me if that was not your name) and she introduced me to Isaiah and it was uphill from there. Friendly, knowledgeable young man. He gave me a decent estimate for my repair work. I got an appointment for the next day and the work was done to perfection. Isaiah gave me another estimate for some work on another vehicle and I will be bringing that one in to get the work done next week. I'm sure I will be writing another 5 star review for that experience. read more
