I was helped by a gentleman named marcial he was very friendly and helpful with a service that I needed on a 2006 tundra. The window frame was very rusted and needed to be fixed before I could place a new windshield on it and they said it would be no problem and had it back to me in a weeks time, everything turned out great as well as the paint job that needed to be done on it as well! read more

Super personable and knowledgeable staff! I first called just to see if they can repair my water line to my windshield wipers. He said to bring it by so he can take a look at it. 10 minutes later I arrived. He looked at it, found 4 small holes. He then jacked up my car to get a better look through the wheel well. 10 minutes later he fixed the line and didn't even charge me. Wow! This is not even what they typllically do but, they certainly helped me. If/whwhen you ever need any auto body work on your vehicle, I highly recommend Kenny's Kar Klinic. read more

I am such a fan of this place. My first experience was amazing, and today I called about something else. It wasn't something they normally do, but there was some confusion on the phone so I stopped by. Despite it not being something they handled, Ryan took a look for me and recommended a local mechanic to me since I have been lucky enough not to need one yet. He made sure the belt wasn't cracked, and it looked safe to drive. Their customer service skills are always on point, so I highly recommend this place! read more

I've had two cars fixed there. They do an awesome job and on time and under budget. I especially like that Ryan Flynn. Great customer service! read more

I have had my car fixed at Kenny's many times. From a big accident to a minor door ding and they always do a really good job. Ryan is always so friendly and he does his best to keep the cost reasonable. I even sent a friend of mine over and they quickly fixed it for her. As for the other reviews about the name, i think it's a little funny that people will look for things to be upset about. Do they make sure all the initials of all the companies they go to don't spell anything wrong?? They do a great job, are super friendly and i would say they are certainly not racist. read more

I've been going to Kenny's for a decade now. Very professional, great prices, amazing work and Ryan is always a pleasure to work with. Customer for life read more

I was visiting Southern California on vacation when my truck was smacked in a parking lot. I went to see if they could fix it and talked to Ryan. He was super nice and a wealth of knowledge. Unfortunately due to time constraints I couldn't leave my truck with them to fix as I had to get back home and the parts would take too long to arrive. I sure wish I could have though. Short of them not doing any work, I would recommend them all day long. read more

My Mom's car was hit and her door was smashed in. The lovely people at Kenny's Kar Klinic took such good care of her and her car. From going out of the way to come and pick up the car to the exceptional body work, we cannot thank them enough. If you need work done on your car, you will be in great hands with Kenny's Kar Klinic! read more

I've taken 3 cars to Kenny's and they have always done an excellent job. They are my first choice.

I brought my 2017 Mazda cx-5 here after a fender bender and they took great care of me! The work took about 3 weeks (thanks to delayed shipping of parts due to covid) but when I got my car back, it was repaired beautifully and they even completely detailed my car (inside and out!). The mechanic was super nice and explained to my husband and I the work that was done and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on if I ever need body work or a mechanic. read more

I came here to get some body work done on my truck after hitting a concrete pillar, which completely destroyed the side of my truck. After comparing Kenny's Kar Klinic to many different companies I decided to go with them as they were third of the competitors prices. I could not be more happy with the work that they did on my truck. It was absolutely spectacular! It looked like absolutely nothing had ever happened to my truck and that it was brand new. They even washed and vacuumed the inside of my truck. It's the little things like this that are the reason that I would recommend Kenny's Kar Klinic. You can tell he really prides himself in his work and loves what he does. He's not trying to make a bunch of money or scam anybody he's just trying to do honest work and provide people with an incredible service! I will definitely definitely be taking any more cars that I have here in the future. It's nice knowing that when you drop your car off to get any service done that he's going to do it to near perfection and at an incredibly affordable rate! read more

The manager and I were both surprised by the high cost of the rather ordinary parts needed to fix my car. Nonetheless, the parts were necessary, and were ordered by the manager. I made an appointment to bring the car back a few days later, after the parts were scheduled to arrive. When I brought the car in for the repairs, the manager told me the parts wound up costing significantly less than what was listed when ordered. He passed the savings along to me. Could have easily never said I word; I would have never known. Honesty! read more

Over the last 8 years I have used Kenny's 3 times for some significant body work. I was very happy all of those times. The last time was the best. I talked to Ryan about the damage and what could be done. Instead of offering the most expensive job, he pointed out that the age and value of my car should be considered. He almost had to (politely) talk me into the much less expensive repair. He explained that there would be a couple of barely visible ripples when the job was done and he was absolutely correct. My car looked great when he was done and, yes, he washed it too. I am sure that if I would have gone to one of the franchise places, I would not have been given any options at all. I could not be happier with this job and the 2 before it. read more

My buddy Money Reynolds referred me to Ryan at Kenny's to get my bumper fixed. After getting literally 7 quotes I went with Kenny's Kar Klinic. The car was fixed quicker then expected, it looks great, and they washed the car. I left the lot feelin' like a Doctor! Thank you guys for a job well done. read more

In December of 2020 we brought our 2005 Chevy Uplander Van here to get a little face lift. We spoke with Ryan and told him that we wanted to have our faded body trim repainted, faded head and tail light housing replaced and antenna replaced. Ryan said he would recommend removing the trim in order to properly prepare and repaint but it should be no problem. Ryan was very friendly and professional. He gave us what we felt was a very fair quote. The job only took a few days and Ole "Betsy" (our van's name) looks great! Thank You Kenny's Kar Klinic :) read more

This was one of the "preferred" vendors when dealing with State Farm. The customer service was good, but the paint job was just okay. They seemed to take a lot of shortcuts because some scratches were just painted over instead of being sanded and then painted. You can still see the scratches under the "new" paint. There were also some area on our bumper that were scraped or something when putting it back together while the paint was still wet. We signed the insurance paperwork and they brought the car out. I inspected it and there was some fish eyes and orange peel. The guys said, "just bring it back in a couple days and we'll re-buff it". They probably do this because most people don't come back. I pay good money to get my car fixed and I expect it to be "fixed" when I pick it up, not by being inconvenienced again to bring it by. Never again at KKK. read more

This was my second time coming here- this time someone hit my car causing damage to the hood and front bumper. They took it in and gave it back looking perfect in less time than expected. We're awesome about keeping me updated through the whole process and even called and worked with the insurance when they were being difficult. read more

My company truck, a Tundra, got smashed pretty good on the back right side and rear. Toyota gave me an outrageous repair estimate. Mark, the manager at Kenny's gave me an estimate that was only 50% of what Toyota wanted to charge. He also gave an accurate repair time. Super important for my business. No surprises, except my truck looked like it had been detailed when I picked it up. Kudos to Terry, the owner. You run an A+ service and shop. You have an earned one more happy and satisfied customer for life. read more

I'm 73 years old, and as such, my attitude toward integrity and honor is old school. When I needed repair my insurance company sent me to Kennys... First, at this time in our lives, personal attention and consideration is fading and hard to find. Mark not only took care of what he promised, but anything, and I mean anything I asked for, he accommodated, and as a gentleman, not just a stranger. I must therefore state that if you want a company to back their promises and also feel personally handled then Kennys is the place to go.. I trust them completely read more

This is a great family run establishment. I have been taking my cars here for years. I was recently in a fender bender and needed to get my car fixed. The office help was very friendly and I always feel they are honest and get my car back to me as soon as possible. My car has always looked awesome after. I had also recently sent a friend over when she had a little paint on her car from a door ding. The guy in office came out and buffed it off for her. Don't trust ratings. I came to Kenny's solely because of their good ratings on yelp. I left my car with them after it had been involved in an accident. My car was inspected by my insurance and quoted. Kenny's took in my car and reviews both the insurance quote and the car and we came to an agreement that they'd stay within the quote my insurance gave and within 10 days they'd have it done. I understand that the unexpected can happen with issues like this as far as time taken to finish the repair but all said and done my overall experience was damn awful here from lack of communication with me when delays were made. My leaving of voicemail after voicemail and promised calls back when I would get an answer but never would get a call back. I'm probably one of their younger customers so I'm not sure if that came into play when they decided to never give me any information or updates but if I ever wanted to figure out what was going on with my car it was because I had to go down there in person and get answers always told how we forgot to get back to you over the phone. All said and done I got my car back not once but two times from then after being finished but both times not even able to make it home before my check engine light came on with and with obvious driving issues, it's as if they didn't even test drive my car before handing it over to me after the second this happened I convinced my insurance to let me take it to another shop and I can only say it was all uphill from there. The other shop pointed out that there were claimed repairs that Kenny's made that weren't made?? after another week in the other shop I finally was able to drive my car and I was actually satisfied but not because of Kenny's.... but because of the other shop I had to take it too to finish up Kenny's poor excuse of a repair. I feel this review still doesn't do justice to express my opinion on the service I received at Kenny's because there's much more to say but it can all be avoided by going to any other auto shops in vista read more

Thank you so much for taking care of my elderly mother's car bumper that she was so stressed out about so quickly!

I was referred here by State Farm and at first I was hesitant with going here because I wasn't familiar with Vista; but let me just say it was the best decision made! From the time I got there till the time I went back the owner Mark was nothing but amazing! My car looked great, runs great and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone! read more

I DID NOT GET MY CAR FIXED HERE!! I AM LEAVING A BIG THANK YOU NOTE !! My car was not starting across the street. I Saw a place fixing cars across from me, I walked over and asked the woman in the office if anyone can help me start my car across the street. She was the nicest lady in the world. she didn't ask any questions, she didn't hesitate, she asked a mechanic to walk across the street with me and see if he can help. Also, a big thank you to the mechanic who got in the car and let me know even though he couldn't fix it right then, he was going to get a friend to help push my car out of parking spot. Even went as far as to offer to call a tow truck for me if I needed one. Thank you all so much!! read more

By far the worst experience with kennys kar clinic, i own a 2006 toyota tacoma. In which on a saturday night i spun around merging from the 78 onto the i-15 after spinning around my truck ended it up hitting the side rails causing sever damage to the truck. I went with kennys they took the truck it they fixed all the visual damages, i received it back the 1st time and the truck was doing a very strange "shuttering" vibration. So i took it back and a day later got a call saying they saw nothing and that it was the tires and they rotated them take in mind they kept insisting it was the tires, i once again Received the truck back again and the "shuttering" started again. Took it back this time around they had me take it to different shop in which they aligned it and replaced a motor mount and a few other parts. I received my truck back, and again the shuttering continued. Take in mind i have a rental from my insurance in which time ran out. This time i involved my insurance agent, we all went for a test drive sure enough the truck did the shuttering that i mentioned the first time i got it back, so they decide to take it to another shop. Finally after 4 weeks they think its the tranny that causing the shuttering. By this time my rental is up and i have no back up car. Kennys says i will assist you with a rental but sure enough this was last week Wednesday and today 2/29/16 i receive a call/txt saying they will no longer cover the rental and yes it was courtesy of them but they took to long figuring out the issue, 4 weeks they wasted my time on a rental and didn't get my truck fixed and now they are not going to cover the rental from their end while my truck actually gets fixed. Also take in my mind my insurance already paid them about $3,000 + for partially fixing the truck. Please save your self a headache and choose a different shop. Service is horrible and very unprofessional. Im a full time Dj and a dad and these people leave me no option but to return the rental and leave me without transportation. read more
