As a +10 year client of Patrick Flynn, I highly recommend their services. I have brought 3 vehicles to them for repair work. The quality of their experience and competency is evident in my vehicles. Eric is an outstanding leader and excellent businessman. He has assembled a solid, customer friendly team (Adriana, Adrian, Edith, Cody) to name a few. Kudos and mucho gracias. read more

I have a 2017 Dodge Journey, and a couple of days ago the electrical just went crazy, with a lot of of the warning lights flashing on the dashboard, the display screen went blank, and then the car just stopped working. On the recommendation of a friend, I had it towed to Patrick Flynn's Collison & Frame. I talked to Dominic about the problem, and authorized him to do a diagnosis. It came back that the alternator was shot, and there were a couple of other minor problems - a hose and the belt needed replacing. Dominic had the problems fixed in a day. A couple of things I really appreciate about the experience. Dominic was great to work with, genuine and direct. He pointed out a few other problems that needed to be taken care of, but didn't try to upsell me on them. The hose and the belt needed to be done right away. The other is that Dominic recommended using quality parts from Dodge. I have had some problems with aftermarket parts over the last few years, I think the quality in general has gone way down. It cost a little more for the OEM parts, but it was worth it to me. I really appreciate that Dominic DIDN'T charge me for OEM parts and then put in aftermarket. It can be hard to find honest auto repair shops, but I'm really glad to have found this one. Highly recommend! read more

First and foremost, the staff was fantastic. My vehicle was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Two years of haggling with the insurance companies to repair my car it was a terrible nightmare. Eric and his staff assisted me in working through the insurance nightmare, repair my vehicle to excellent standards and supported me as I had to go to court to recover my damages. Eric and the staff were compassionate, caring and made a very stressful situation tolerable. The extra work the staff did on my behalf was well beyond the call of duty. They truly established a trust and lasting business relationship that I truly value. You certainly cannot go wrong with Patrick Flynn's Collision and Frame. The value and service you will receive is truly exceptional. read more

My first time doing business here, and a very rare thing happened.Every thing went extremely well, from start to finish.A lot had to do with Dominic, who seemed to run the repair-side of the business. The price was very fair, with no tries at "you need this done, that will go bad soon",etc.. I will definitely return, and always write the truth as it is,here on Yelp. My repair was a clockspring replacement on a G35 coupe. They do many repairs there,as well as body work. Thanks to Dominic, and Melva. Rick P. read more

Crooked. I was t-boned and my car was totaled. The sheriff told me that the car would go to a tow yard but it wound up being towed 10 miles from my house, over 30 minutes away when there were quality body shops less than a mile from my house. Flynn's and the tow company have some sort of arrangement. I went to the office and the owner told me that he could fix my car as good as new, which was BS. The office was a mess and the yard looked like Fred Sanford's junkyard. For storage and towing, they charged over $3k and the car was there for less than a week. Like I said, crooked, crooked as the day is long. Run! read more

Family vibe. Better service than places like Caliber Collision, where they told me I'd need to leave my car with them until parts came in, which can be weeks these days. Flynn called me when the parts came in, and that's the point where I brought it in. read more

I have been using Patrick Flynn's for over 20 years! They have ALWAYS done the HIGEST quality work at the best prices. Recently, they went to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure I was taken care of correctly. I LOVE this shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

This body shop is the best group of people they help you out in ev thing possibl. they care about you and your car. I had two cars which got rear ended on the street which I had barley bought and Patrick was very concerned about me because I really loved my car and they fought very hard with the insurance to see if we could save it. unfortunately the insurance was being difficult and I lost both my cars. Patrick and his team are a very sincere and honest people who car very much for their clients! thank you Patrick and Sha and the rest of the team you gouts rock! read more

This was the most stressful and awful experience I've ever had. As a young girl who was in a traumatic car accident I felt like I was being lied to, manipulated, and treated poorly from start to finish with this company. There was no support and it was a nightmare trying to get my car moved from this company. They refused to release my vehicle for weeks which made the process of getting my insurance check so much longer. They were disrespectful once I told them they I would be moving my vehicle and tried multiple times to pressure me into changing my mind. I know for a fact that they are working with the tow truck guy. All in all I wouldn't recommend this establishment due to the lack of professionalism and compassion I experienced from start to finish. read more

After being in a accident with my vehicle, I had it towed to Patric Flynn's. The staff helped me work with the other companies insurance (wasn't at fault) to get me a rental car, and did a great job repairing my vehicle. In no way can I or other tell where the vehicle was damaged and the paint matched flawlessly. read more

I know the owners personally. They are salt-of-the earth people, always upbeat, friendly, and willing to help anyone. They're shop is a well-oiled machine. Great family-owned business and they fixed my BFs truck within a week! I just received my Fiat back from their shop and I am absolutely pleased. I had a drivers door that wouldn't open, and messed up front and back bumper. Their turnaround time was around 2 weeks and once I saw my car, i was so happy! It doesn't look like I had any repairs done and can now sell my car. Thank you guys so much! read more

Shay, Wendy, Majid went above and beyond to help us after our recent accident. We were recommended to Patrick Flynn's by a family mechanic and we are incredibly grateful. Patrick Flynn's works for you, not the insurance company, and that's exactly what you need after a serious accident. I can't see enough great things about Patrick Flynn's. Rest easy bringing your vehicle here! read more

Never have I done business with such an IMMORAL business owner. Long story short: they tore down my car when I clearly said I did NOT want them to do so so they could charge me $800+. Long story: A van hit my car on the freeway and as a result, highway patrol called for towing services to tow my car to the nearest towyard. For some odd reason, the towing service took my car to a body shop: Patrick Flynn's Autobody (probably because the two parties struck a deal to give the person towing the car commission for every car he or she brought to the body shop.) The morning after the accident, I get a phone call from a Patrick Flynn representative saying they would help me out with getting a car rental and submitting a claim to insurance. I call them back in less than an hour and tell them that they DON'T have to make any moves because my lawyer will have the car towed to a body shop closer to my home and have it fixed there. The day after call, I arrange for the car to be towed back to my home area in Los Angeles and they tell me they had went ahead and TORE MY CAR DOWN (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) and that it would be RELEASED ONLY IF I PAY $800+ fee on top of the other storage and logistical fees. R i d i c u l o u s. 1) Did they forget that they didn't have the car owner's authorization to have this done to the car? 2) Even if I wanted the car torn down (which I don't), they are supposed to wait, and first get an appraisal by my insurance company stating whether the car is totaled or fixable 3) The icing on the cake is that they LIED to my mother (the owner of the car) and said that I had authorized the tearing of the car via signature when the car was first towed away. I. DID. NO. SUCH. THING. Right after I disputed this claim, they changed tactics and then said I verbally authorized them to tear down my car. Once again, I. DID. NO. SUCH. THING. It is morally disgusting the levels to which people will stoop to line their pockets with a few more dollars. I do not care how capable a car shop is if their morals are so out of line to cheat a mother and her daughter out of $800+. Update: After I had my car sent to a new body shop, the shop told me that only the back bumper had been removed, the task of which should have taken ONE hour. On my bill from Patrick Flynn, I was charged $800+ for TEN hours of work. This is thievery. I don't want anyone to go through this nightmare and be scammed out of hundreds of dollars too. Please be careful when having your car towed! And avoid going to body shops with a history of dishonesty. read more

I can't speak more highly of this family owned business. I took my Ford Fiesta with damage, for 2 claims, and Eric and Wendy were over the top helpful with guiding me through "Insurance World". If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have contested my supplements owed from insurance co. Note to self: Trust the Auto Body shop estimate, not your insurance based on a link with self pics! All in all.. I will return to them in a heartbeat for any automotive issues! read more

Worst place to take your car! They say they will Work with you with price but they completely Screw you over! Never go here if you want good service or a good price on your car! I wish I could give them 0 stars because this is how bad this shop is! Also they towing guy works for them and I'm pretty sure they pay him commission for bringing cars to the shop! I totaled my car off the 15 In January. The tow truck driver suggested we drop our Tesla off there as it's the only certified Tesla shop in north county so we did. It was around 7pm during the NFL championships and he called Eric the owner to see if we could drop the car off. Not only did he answer immediately, he dropped everything and went to the shop to greet us. Upon arrival with plenty of duress from the wreck, he was kind and gracious. He gave us a rental that very minute (even though I had ptsd of driving). From there on, the interactions were only the same that I had experienced before. They truly care for you as a customer/human before business. read more

I NEVER write reviews but Shayna deserves 1 million of them. She is honestly my favorite person as of right now. She has given me the BEST customer service I have ever received. She is so on top of everything and also updates me! I had issues with insurance and she was right there helping me and also calling them and bugging them till we got an answer. She has worked with me on everything that I have needed. She has listened to me the whole time and actually has shown me that she cares. Professional yet very easy going and easy to talk too which helped me so much. She cares about her customers and also about the service she gives. I thanked her and she literally said "don't even thank me that's what i'm here for". Really shows me that she is actually here because she likes her job/ what she does and it's not just about the money. Shayna is who I will be going to for all my car services from now on. read more

This place was an absolute blessing. I got T-boned on my way to work and my car was deemed a total loss so the shop couldn't even do anything to fix it. Even though they couldn't fix it, Shay completely went above and beyond to help me with the whole insurance process. She made it so easy and made sure I knew all of steps I needed to take to ensure I was paid a fair amount from the insurance company since the accident was not my fault. She made what should have been an awful experience, a breezy one. Cannot thank her enough! read more

So I totaled my car and randomly ended up at this shop where I was treated like a queen. Wendy knows her stuff like the back of her hand and was getting things done in record time. I highly highly recommend this spot! Thanks Wendy! read more

I have been taking my vehicles to Patrick Flynn's for a quarter of a century, and never had the least reason to complain about them. With 5 drivers in the family and a constantly changing collection of cars in the driveway, the toll of dings, dents, gouges and crumpled panels over the past 25 years has been fairly extensive. Over the years we have taken in a 94 Escort (twice), a 95 Cougar (3 times), a 92 Grand Marquis (3 or 4 times), an 87 Celica (twice), an '07 Corolla several times, a 2000 Ford Windstar and a 2000 Town car each once. Between 1990 and 1996 my 1990 Toyota SR5 3.0 pickup was involved in 6 separate accidents (5 of those it was hit while stationary!). Flynn's took care of all the repairs in a professional, businesslike manner. The truck was ready on time, and cleaner when I got it back than when I took it in. They have worked directly with my insurance company for every repair job. I simply drop off the vehicle, they call me in a few hours to tell me when it's going to be ready, and that's that. When the work is done, I go pay the deductible, and drive off with a car that's at least as good as it was before the latest impact, if not better. I love this place. read more

FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT: Because I live in the neighborhood, I stopped in to Patrick Flynns to inquire about some body and paint repairs I was considering for my car. When I pulled up I wondered what kind of place this was. Cars parked in front of the building behind a fence made the place look like more of a wrecking yard than a repair shop. Inside the lobby/office was a house keeping disaster, old file boxes stacked in several spots on the floor, clutter stacked everywhere on every desk or flat surface available, what a mess! The gentleman I spoke with seemed nice enough, but gave me an uneasy feeling as we spoke. I thanked him for his time after a few questions and left without him even looking at my car. I just couldn't help wondering as I drove away, if the customer areas and the front area of the building looked that bad, what would the repairs on my car look like. It struck me as no pride in the shop, means no pride in the work on customers cars. I ended up taking my car elsewhere and was quite satisfied with the work done. read more

Looking at some of the other reviews, I feel I should add this: the 1-star reviews for this place almost all relate to the amount of time it took to get something fixed, and the difficulty in getting someone to answer your calls, or call you back with useful info on how long it will take. Yes, this happened to us too, and was VERY frustrating. I think they take in too many jobs, and their front office support staff is slim... however, to me, that was negated by the fact that they did such a great job on the Jeep. In other situations I've gotten cars back faster, but with the work half done, or a lot of excuses. This place is legit, but yeah, it's a long wait... read more

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Shay Dominic and especially Eric were great to work with. They did very good work on my camaro and I would recommend this business. The only thing not so great was how long it took. I'll admit, maybe I was a little inpatient but I think they were to busy for their own good. All in all, I would go back to them if I need more work done. read more

If you want a WIN go to Flynn! On Sunday March 16, 2019 I had an accident, the tow truck driver recommended I take my vehicle to Patrick Flynn's Auto Body and I am very pleased I took his advice. Flynn's staff: Wendy was very professional and helpful. My car was not repairable she made sure I received the full market value for my vehicle from my insurance company. Wendy-knows her job and knows the job of the people at the insurance company who will try to cheat you, strong arm you and bully you. Wendy will not allow you to be ripped off..she saved me from my own insurance company trying to get me to release my vehicle without a written offer. I thank GOD for the tow truck driver that recommended Patrick Flynn Auto Body. This is great place to take your car. I absolutely have NO hesitation recommending this place to anyone. Great service! Top Notch Work! Friendly staff, local family business, knows how to get it done!

Workers seem knowledgeable, but I feel aren't 100% honest. I was told I wouldn't be charged for storage fee by them. I was billed by the insurance on their behalf however, so technically they didn't lie. Overall they were helpful in getting my claim settled with the insurance. read more

I recently wrecked my 2017 Subaru Impreza and when it came time to tow my vehicle via AAA. It was Patrick Flynn's that was recommended to me by the tow truck driver! As this was my first crash I didn't have a preference or bias so I agreed for my car to be dropped there. The next morning, I was on the phone with their incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff who assured me I was in good hands. Within less than a month, my vehicle was back in drivable condition and looking spic n span. I was so grateful to be provided the excellent service from a small local business. At first, I thought due to their size that it would take even longer to fix, but they got the job done. Quickly, friendly and professionally. THANK YOU PATRICK FLYNN'S!! read more

WARNING FAMILY Of HUNGRY SCAMMERS- I was very dumb for not checking the reviews for Patricks Flynn's and to sum it up for you, Wendy and Patrick run a scam shop that lies to you every step of the way and treats you like shit. I was "guaranteed I would not pay more than my deductible" as I was in there due to some debree on the freeway that ripped all of my under shields on the bottom of the car and damaged my bumper. Wendy was very quick when I first came in the shop to see if they would work with my insurance and she assured me they would and said as I quoted earlier. They told me I would only have to get a rental for 3 days. I ended up having to get a rental for 6 day's. To find out when I could pick it up I had to call every day to find out the status and when it would be done and when I called they would give the most unprofessional attitude and service and then every day they would lie to me saying that they would call me on a certain day or time to let know when they might have an idea when my car would be done and would never call. For those 6 day's they should have been calling my insurance like they said they were to get a check from them but they decided it would be easier after they "helped me out" by giving me a disgusting old Pontiac relic from the 80's thats was dirty, full of trash, almost empty on gas and I felt like I was lucky to get it to start every time I turned it on. They told me with my car sitting outside the office that if they let me take my car I would have to pay the full balance of $2,345 because the insurance hasn't sent them a check since they never botherd to call and get it, which I verified with my insurance claim adjustee. To end this unbelievably unprofessional and unpleasant experience after I paid them the full balance to release my car they then had the time to call my insurance and try to screw me again and luckily I got my claims adjuster to cancel the check they sent to them and reissue it to me. When I called Wendy to confront her as she was in the middle of scamming me she acted as if she didn't know who I was, even though we had been talking every day on the phone and in person. Dont go to this horrible, unprofessional, lying, scammers. read more
