my eighteen-year-old got t-boned by an elderly woman who explained to her insurer (AAA) he failed to yield. translation: he didn't get the hell out of her way. had to get multiple repair quotes for USAA (my insurer) and was immediately impressed with BEAUDRY's COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR which turned out to be a great, great, great longtime (1978) local business. really appreciate all their help navigating the silliness that is the insurance industry. the damage wasn't serious, but being down a car for two weeks while the work was done with an extra driver home from college for Christmas was inconvenient. Wyatt's Tacoma is (as promised) back to pre-accident condition. the work was excellent and completed in a better than timely fashion. got regular updates throughout the process. meeting Mike and Adam was arguably the best part of the experience. highly recommended. read more

The team at Beaudry's did an excellent job repairing my truck after an accident. As soon as I arrived they started evaluating the damage and researching parts to give me an estimate. The full restoration would have involved weeks worth of labor so I opted to keep the dents in the body and just get a new bumper due to needing to leave town. They didn't hassle me about not doing the side panel replacement and were able to quickly source the parts and complete the job earlier than promised. It looks beautiful! Also, a huge convenience was that they called Enterprise for me and had them pick me up to go get my rental, then allowed me to return my rental to their lot since Enterprise was closed when my truck was done. These guys do great work and did great work on my wife's car BUT we still had to take her car back because the trunk would open properly. Despite the inconvenience of having to take it back, we ignored it. However, fast-forward several years and I have a accident and figured to take to Beaudry's. These guys are blinded by greed and money. I kept having to explain to them that I was not at fault and also had no car rental on my insurance I told them I want3ed to get an estimate then find a time when I could bring it back in for them to do the work. All they could say was "NO! you need to leave it with us NOW, it's too dangerous to drive in that condition." (It's perfectly safe to drive- blinkers, lights, brake lights function perfectly). I had the son inspect my car and then told my insurance and all that stuff. I later get a call from my insurance saying Beaudry's said I never went in for an estimate. She was kind enough to get all of us on the phone to clear up the misunderstanding and I got my butt reamed by Beaudry's. He kept cutting me off and arguing with me. It was a pure illustration of how self-focused they are. I'll NEVER use them again. VERY unprofessional! Don't use them! read more

Took my car there and they charged my cosmetic damages so much that my insurance labeled my car as a total lost and now it's salvage title now. I took it else where around the area and the total cost was barely half of what they were charging me. Be careful folks for the price your paying here you can get the same quality else where for a fairer price. After this post the manager emailed me to ask if I can take off my review and and my ratings on yelp. It's was obvious the high ratings on yelp is just a gimmick to trick people into coming to their shop so they can rip people off. If you have been in an accident and your insurance gives you this place as an option to get repairs done, ask for another option. I was very disappointed with the low level of service - the guy spent 5 minutes looking at my car, assessing the damage. And now that I want a second opinion, my insurance company is forcing the next place to use their estimate. So now I'm bound to the bare minimum estimate that this place put together and totally getting burned by my insurance. My insurance agent told me that auto repair places are competitive but turns out giant insurance companies force them to be competitive. The first estimate you get for your damages will be the only one they accept so chose wisely where you go first if you want to be sure to get a thorough inspection of the damages!!! read more

I'll try and keep this short and sweet; and, thanks to the detail of the KevinandErin S. review, because I pretty much 'second' all of their sentiments. There is no need to look any further when you're looking for a body repair shop. Alex, Mike, and Marilyn are all very nice and accommodating, and Sir Knightly is a sweet companion dog to the shop. The shop is easy to find, right on coast highway, bright with lots of windows, and large inside with a comfortable feel. They handled pretty much everything with the insurance company for me. Once i had an agent come out to look at my vehicle and provide estimates, I basically had to do nothing but take in my vehicle for the work. I enjoyed not having to do any phone calls with the insurance agent during the process, even though the estimates changed during the work. It was seamlessly handled by Beaudry's and eSurance, but I was kept in the loop on everything happening by Beaudry's office. When I went to pick up my vehicle yesterday, it looked brand new. I was stunned by the fantastic job that was done. Nobody likes having to get their vehicle fixed, but this was as good an experience as it gets. read more

Do good for your insurance company not you. If your insurance company decides to total your vehicle, they will no longer do repair's. They will not do work on salvage titles or anything older than 5 years. I got an estimate for repairs, but then my insurance said they wanted to total vehicle because it was older although minimal repair to door. Body work is crazy right now. They said they would no longer fix the vehicle although they would receive full price of estimate to do repairs. This tells me that they work for insurance company's. They do not want money from private citizens to do repairs, for real take your vehicle elsewhere, this is an insurance company shill. read more

I can't recommend this family run business enough. They are very quick to get back to you, they obviously pride themselves in great customer service, and they go above and beyond in fulfilling the work requested. They replaced my front bumper when someone backed into me. Not only did they do an amazing job and have a quick turnover time, but they also went above and beyond in repairing another small dent on the side of the car that I had pointed out, free of charge. Their office staff is friendly and they are great about following through on their paperwork. They are easy to schedule with and get ahold of. These guys have average customer service and do an acceptable job on the spray paint jobs, but don't expect much on their touch-up work. They touched-up some small scratches on my bumper and it looks worse now with their touch up paint than what it looked like before without it. If you have a large job and your insurance is paying the bill, I recommend them, but otherwise look elsewhere. read more

After having a gate at a storage unit collapse onto the top of my car, the storage unit instructed me to get 3 estimates, as they were culpable and were going to have to pay for the repairs. I got 3 estimates from body shops in Oceanside. Beaudry's was $700 cheaper than one and $1600 cheaper than the other. It wasn't even close. I took my car there and was told it would be about a week. They finished the job 5 days ahead of schedule and it looked fantastic. I received text updates throughout the week on the status of the job which allowed me to plan my rental car dates and was really helpful. Adam and his staff couldn't of been nicer to deal with and even washed my car before I picked it up. It's been over three months since I got a quote from this guy and sure glad I got a second estimate. We live on the beach and all four of our garages are narrow and my wife scraped the left front fender a little when turning in with our 2016 Audi Q with 1000 miles. He said they are very busy, but he did me a favor to give me a price tag for the scrap of $1,342.16 and would have to have the car for about four days!! I went down the street and had the work done for a total of $380 and had it back in two days and a GREAT job! I can now get rid of this negative paperwork on my desk!! I have had my car repaired a few times by other companies. I have used both small business and larger corporations. Beaudry's by far is the best. They do an excellent job, their professionalism and friendliness puts them far above the bar the others have set. They are the Nordstroms of the auto industry, high quality, friendly, "customer first" mentality. They really went above and beyond for me. They repaired and held my car while I was on vacation. When I got back they were so accommodating with the retrieval and payment of my car I felt they undercharged me. Beaudry's is the kind of place where trust and warmth are eminent. I believe because they are a "small" family owned business they can pay more attention to detail and they genuinely care about their customers. I offered to pay them over the phone while I was on vacation since they finished early. They told me they didn't want me to pay until I had seen my car and was was completely happy with it. They take pride in their work and have been around for over 35 years, proof they are doing something right. This is a family run business, they pass down the skills and warmth that are lacking in larger shops. Having to put your car in a body shop is a burden at best. Beaudry's makes the hassle non-exsistent. They understand that getting into a car accident and dealing with rental cars and insurance is the last thing anyone wants to do so they take care of all of that for you. I just had my 4runner fixed by Beaudrys. It turned out fantastic, and I was impressed by the shop and their work. The price was very reasonable. I got a quotes from a few different places -- Beaudrys was the lowest, and they looked the best outfitted to do the work. They also were very accommodating. I had an odd situation where my friend wanted to help fix my truck, and had bought a few different parts already (rear blinker housing, etc). Beaudrys took those parts, bought everything else needed and did the repair. There was no extra charge, or hassle from them. For those that care, the shop is family owned and sounds like it's been around for a while. I worked with the owner (Mike) and his son (not sure on the name). I was helped by Adam Beaudry, one of the family that owns this place. They are a drive-up USAA insurance center. I drove my damaged car there and Beaudry's was able to get me a quote pretty quickly that enabled me to repair my car vs total it. I had extensive damage to the front end from rear-ending another car on one of these damn CA freeways where people actually come to a complete stop in the fast lane out of nowhere...
