by far the best result i've had with getting one of the cars fixed. we took my wife's car to another body shop in the area and i wanted to give Fix Auto a chance based on the experience we had at the other shop. i was driving home on the freeway and a piece of scrap metal got kicked up by the car in front of me and luckily had the dash cam footage to help with the insurance claim. Kieth helped me out through the whole process and kept me updated and answered all of my questions. picking up the car it looks like it was fresh off the lot. i'm so happy with the outcome and customer service i received. front desk staff was polite over the phone and in person. highly recommend you give this shop your business! thank you Fix Auto team, this is the shop we will be using moving forward. read more

A few years ago (3 I think?). My wife had a little accidental while driving. Not her fault of course! She is an incredible driver! . Seriously she got sideswiped by a kid who turned and veered into her lane without realizing it. She was boxed in and had to wear it. It left a sizable dent in her side door (mini van) and a long scratch down the middle. At any rate, our fabulous insurance provider USAA, was quick and on it! (Another review). They sent us. Here to Fix Auto and everything was gravy! Dropped it off. Service was standard to above standard for a busy shop. We were very happy with both the front desk, customer service and with the repairs. Brand new door and it looked fantastic! We didn't have a choice as USAA negotiated the work to be done here, however we wouldn't have wished it any different. Recommend Fix Auto! read more

The team was very attentive and Keith kept me updated the whole time. My car was damaged from a hit and run incident unfortunately, but overall i'm glad my car is looking great again. Quick and fast! They are in partnership with Geico. Went here because an old lady hit my unoccupied car while my car was parked. It scratched off some paint and bumper got ruined. Easy to make appointment and they estimated the damage real fast. I was able to drive home until they ordered parts and called me back in. It only took about 1.5 days and I was able to pick it up. My car looks like it's new! read more

My insurance company recommended Fix Auto and after reading some Yelp reviews, I was fairly apprehensive about taking my car there. I took my car in for an initial quote and there was a woman who saw me walk in, looked directly at me, didn't say one word, and walked away. I thought that was going to set the tone for my visit. Another woman, I wish I had gotten her name, happily helped me. Keith was quick with assessing my car, having a quote ready and they patiently waited for me to return home from various trips to get my car done. I had asked Keith how much it would cost to fix a pretty deep scratch on the side of my car, and like a magician, he did! You can hardly tell it was ever there and, bonus, I didn't have an extra charge. To my surprise, when I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned, and the damaged bumper was replaced, it looked better than before any damage was done. I highly recommend giving them a chance. Thank you to everyone on the team who helped get my car in and out within 48 hours! Who followed up with me and who helped make the process seamless. read more

My used car had quite a few dents and scratches when I first purchased it but the color made it not look too bad. But my back bumper got run into, and I was crushed that my 'new' used car now looked misshapen. Fix Auto was the best of 4 estimates I received, with a most thorough repair. The office team was friendly and responsive, the operations and bays were clean and organized, and overall I'm thrilled to have worked with Andre whose professional expertise, attention to detail, and excellent paint match has made my world all that more enjoyable. Highly recommended. read more

I was t-boned by a lady on the highway, and took my car here via GEICO. There was a delay in parts but they kept me informed and the car came back looking great. Paint looks perfect and the alignment is great on my BMW. read more

Absolutely amazing work here, dropped it off on a Tuesday morning, got it back the following Friday. They did a thorough job in making sure my observations were noted and checked, and with their thoroughness identified a few other things that were damaged. They worked really well with my insurance to make sure any and all work done was properly communicated and covered. Paola who works there is absolutely fantastic, she was very professional and communicated everything that was to be expected with a time frame and explaining what was done to the car on pick up day. The car in itself turned out amazing. Great work from everyone there. read more

Find somewhere else! Brought my car here and left with it needing more work. They broke other things on it, a sensor, a mirror and a structural piece inside the car, they ended up fixing those after I had to prove that they weren't damaged before I took it to them. Took 9 days and then they ended up not fixing the sensor and wanted to take the car for a third time to repair it. Ended up taking it around the corner and they fixed it in an hour, followed through with their promises, and ended up being cheaper with better quality. Fix has Awful value and is a complete waste of time, there are plenty of other places in Oceanside that won't scam you. read more

Very fast, very good prices, great service and they even vacuum and shine your tires for free. Would definitely come back.

This is my 3rd time using their service. Everything and everyone is superb. They made me feel very welcoming and comfortable. I saw Tina to take care of my car again. She's been always very professional and knowledgeable, and kind and friendly. It was an estimate so the service was free. I don't wish my car getting damaged but when that happens I know where to go. Thank you Fix Auto and Tina for being so trustworthy. read more

We took our vehicle there based on the recommendation of our insurance company. It took almost three weeks longer than expected. I understand that things come up during a repair but quite honestly they took advantage of our insurance company. The paperwork they provided at completion noted every phone call which is fine but contained false statements that we authorized the additional work when in fact we did not- all authorizations are required by the insurance company. They also completed the survey on behalf of us giving themselves an exceptional review. In the end the vehicle has been repaired and is guaranteed. If you use them do your due diligence. read more

I would highly recommend Fix Auto in Oceanside. From the minute you walk in they are extremely friendly, customer service oriented willing to please. They explained their process to me regarding my daughter's car. Said they would pull the car apart to see if there was any hidden damage behind the "scenes" and get back to me in the afternoon and that's exactly what they did. They kept me apprised every step of the way and actually had the car done earlier than expected When I got the car back it looked incredible, like a brand new car! They color match the car to perfection. I can't say enough wonderful things about Fix Auto in Oceanside from their inside staff to their auto staff. Also, wanted to give special thanks to Keith my Estimator, who took especially good care of me and the car. But, everyone there is amazing!! read more

Fix Auto in Oceanside was easily the best part of having a car crash. My service advisor was Tina P and she communicated with us from start to finish. The car insurance company got us off to a painful start and the first 3 collision centers I met for estimates only increased my headache. Then when I met with Tina and she looked at my car with me and very knowledgeably explained what the repair timeline would look like. Once my car was dropped off for repairs, she called me regularly to provide updates. They also handled everything with the insurance company from there on, alleviating that headache for me. So obviously an ideal situation would be to not have a car crash, but if you ever do, have confidence that Fix Auto in Oceanside will make you whole again. read more

Best experience ever! Very courteous (Tina Perez) informed me all along the way how long and how much everything would cost. Then the cherry on top is they finished it sooner than quoted and Tesla looks amazing!! Thank you to the whole team at Oceanside Fix Auto!! read more

I would highly recommend using this auto shop! I was helped by Tina to get my car fixed after I was hit by road debris. She was very responsive, thoroughly informative at the start, really kind, and made sure to update me regularly with how the repairs were going and whatever issues they ran into. (I also received text updates throughout the week from the shop). My car was done on time and looked brand new! One small cosmetic part was not fixed yet because the auto dealer had shipped them a broken part, but they made sure I got my car back on time and got me in for a quick appointment to replace the piece as soon as it came in. I will definitely come back here for any future repairs! read more

They absolutely killed it. I had to take my car in after a car wash did a number on it. Olivia the rep for my vehicle was so responsive and answered all my questions. There was no guessing and playing tag to get updates on my vehicle. They would call me when their was another update or if they needed my input on something. I would absolutely recommend. read more

This is a company that cares about the customer experience. I was shocked at how quick and easy the process was. I scheduled my appointment the day before dropping my car off. Within 1 hour I recieved a voicemail from my service rep Keith detailing exactly what needs to be done, what needs to be ordered, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. I recieved text message updates throughout the process and 4 days later it was done. The work was high quality and the cost came in slightly below estimate. The whole process took about as much effort as getting a haircut. Easy. read more

I brought my car there for esthetic repairs and they returned it to me with my breaks not working. My car was hit from the back and required a bumper change. I brought it to Fix Auto and they were very friendly, so I trusted them to fix it. They ran pre authorization with my insurance and then proceeded to fix the damage. Then after they changed the bumper I got a call from them that there are errors popping up on my screen. Sure enough - several errors I ve never seen before were popping up. They stated that they only deal with physical repairs and for anything with computer they use a third company. It turned out car required recalibration after they fixed it. Also turned out that they did not preauthorize for that because their company does not do it. I ended up having to pay both my $500 deductible to them and then drive my car in hazardous condition since breaks weren't working to Toyota dealership for recalibration where I was charged additional $300. Toyota clearly told me that if I would have had my car fixed with them it would have been included both into preauthorization and fixed without any extra charges. I was also told that this happened because there is a button in hybrid cars to turn off the battery which Fix Auto pushed which caused the reset of the computer systems. If you have a hybrid car - beware of using this store. read more

So after 3 times taking my truck in...original repair took a month over promise date, I fixed the last of the issues myself. I think I'll trade my truck in rather than take it back to have them fix something in the future that comes up again. I hope and pray they plugged everything in and my safety options work when I need them. Fingers crossed. They spent more time trying to find a review of a tire quality that accepting that they did not align it correctly the first....and second time. And not replacing the newly damaged tire the 3rd time....Then they forgot to reset other items once they re-repaired it. I think the average repair customer really doesn't know what to look for...so the shiny paint and clean interior takes your eyes off the poor work. I'd like to know how many people return to fix things more than 3 times like me. Well I warned you.... read more

This is the third time I've had work accomplished at FIX. The paint previously applied to the trunk lid had rippled. Correcting the issue was at no cost to me (lifetime warranty). Additionally, I had the hood painted to eliminate damage caused by road debris chipping the paint. Once again, Keith Baxter was the FIX representative I dealt with and, once again, I was provided regular updates. Keith was as professional as ever and when I received the car (a 2016 Camry) after repainting, it almost looked new. If you're looking for quality repair and professional customer service, go to FIX (1112 S Tremont St, Oceanside CA) and request Keith Baxter. You'll be glad you did! read more

Tina Perez handled the much angonized repair of my Tesla Model X that my son in law dented after only 1 month of having it. Tina was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She did her best to get me the best price possible and replacing an entire rear corner panel is not cheap on a Tesla but she figured out a way to make it as low as possible and even reduced the final price by another $500 by the time it was all done. Tina kept us up to date on the repairs, got the work done close to the time estimated, rain and holidays had a small affect however she kept us in the loop. She was the one I talked to when I first arrived and the one that handed me the keys when it was done, very professional and just a very nice experience all the way around. As for the repairs, I could not have asked for more. To be honest I just can not tell the work was done. The body work, the paint work and everything in between was just perfect. Also when you come and pick up your car and it is totally professionally detailed I must say that is a very nice touch. Do not hesitate to trust Fix Auto and Tina with any body work you would need. read more

I very rarely give five star as perfection does not exist in my book. But in this case, the service I received at Fix It Auto O'Side was top notch. The quality of the work was terrific, first and foremost. At the end of the day that is what matters. Attention to details, craftmanship, even to the car cleaning before getting my vehicle back. Execution, no matter the domain, is key to success and these guys surely did. On top of that, amazing customer service, making this all experience way more pleasant than the usual drag of fender bender/insurance/repairs. I especially want to recognize Tina, who managed my repair. Really really good on all level. Thanks for your help. read more
