Very disappointed in my second experience when I tried to be a repeat customer. I called and understood the hours were limited with the daylight savings time and the fact it gets dark early. Abel told me to call on Friday to schedule for Saturday and would not let me make an appointment for 4 days in advance. I called on Friday as we discussed, and left a voicemail. I called again a few hours later and didn't hear back. I received no call again. It's now Monday morning and no call back at all. My first experience with this company was great, and this time it was completely opposite so I'm really surprised. Highly recommend Abel and his business! A rock hit our windshield on our way down to San Diego last weekend. It looked bad so we pulled over, looked on Yelp and found a windshield repair place close by. Luckily we came across North Coast Auto Glass so we drove there. Abel happened to be outside when we arrived. He looked at our windshield and said it wasn't urgent, that we could continue on our way and not worry. On Tuesday my windshield was attacked by a rock. The rock won. Wednesday morning I called North Coast Auto glass and was able to come in midday. I was told it was a bad hit and the attempt to repair MIGHT make it worse. I told him to try. He was extra careful and it worked!!!!
