Totally unprofessional ! They showed with the wrongs parts wasting my entire day, promised to return the next day & no showed me costing me yet another day. When I called them they blamed the insurance, saying the insurance cancelled the claim which was a lie, they didn't even have the decency to let me know, just left me hangin' .. Long story short, just a total run around - then they said the parts were ordered wrong which was yet another lie - I gave them a bad review & then deleted it until they bad mouthed me to the insurance company, the insurance rep kind of shared a little of what they said but he was holding back - Bottom line these guys are clowns, look elsewhere !! Update: from their response: LOL - You gotta love how quick they respond to yelp reviews, if only they would respond to customers that quick or at all. They clearly have a difficult relationship with the truth, as far as the wrong parts, I will just pull the video tape complete with audio from that day to prove whar was said despite I remember exactly. You could've had the decency to call me & let me know you weren't coming, I love how you dodged that piece of information as well as you also dodged in your response how you bad mouthed me to the insurance co. - only backing up my story further. At least you are consistent about being inconsistent. Other reviewers seem very unhappy as well, hmmmmm. A litany of 1 stars read more

I recently had the absolute best experience with Brother's Auto Glass, and I felt compelled to write a detailed review because great businesses like this truly deserve the recognition. A few weeks ago I noticed a crack starting to spread across my windshield, and as most people know, once a crack starts it only gets worse. I began calling around to a few places to compare prices and availability, and Brother's Auto Glass immediately stood out. From the very first phone call, they were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain my options without trying to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. Scheduling the appointment was simple and convenient. They were able to work around my schedule and even offered flexible timing, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They confirmed the appointment, arrived on time, and kept everything very organized. When the technician arrived, you could immediately tell they knew what they were doing. They were professional, respectful, and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. Before starting, they explained the process of replacing the windshield and answered all the questions I had. It's always reassuring when someone is confident and transparent about their work. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. They handled the vehicle carefully, protected the surrounding areas, and made sure everything was clean when they finished. The quality of the work was outstanding -- the new windshield looks perfect, and everything was installed with great attention to detail. There were no shortcuts taken. Another thing that impressed me was how honest and straightforward the entire experience felt. The price they quoted me was exactly what I paid. No surprise fees, no last-minute add-ons, and no pressure. In today's world that kind of honesty really stands out. Customer service is something a lot of businesses struggle with, but Brother's Auto Glass absolutely excels at it. They were friendly, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right and making sure I was satisfied. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy auto glass company, I highly recommend Brother's Auto Glass. Whether it's a windshield replacement, chip repair, or any other auto glass service, they clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with respect. It's rare to find a business that combines quality workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service all in one place, but Brother's Auto Glass definitely does. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Five stars all the way. read more

Brother's Auto Glass - There Van is pretty cool too - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Oceanside, California

Did a fantastic job on my Cadillac CT6. It was difficult to replace the original bubbled-up window appliqué columns on the car (6 of them). I bought the new appliqués online and Brother's installed them perfectly, like new. Now my baby is flawless. Saved a lot from dealership service price. Competitive pricing is appreciated. Great service. Highly recommended read more

Avoid this business at all cost. Everything about this place is unethical. They partner with at least one local dealership and were hired for a windshield sealing issue/recall for my vehicle. After they performed the work, there was a crack in the windshield in the exact area they performed the work. I took the vehicle back to have it addressed and this company took ZERO responsibility and wrote on the invoice "something must have come up and hit the glass"...yeah, real professional there guys. This was apparently noted on my invoice by their owner "Noe". I previously posted a review and got a response from this company on this Yelp platform that I had the wrong company and that there was nobody there by the name of Noe. That's shady in and of itself because the address and phone number on invoice were correct and a simple google search does indeed show he is the owner (attached). What does that tell you about this place? The manager also asked that I reach out to her after I left previous review to try and have it removed. She admitted they contract directly with the dealership in question and once again refused to take responsibility for the damage they did to my vehicle. I told her I wasn't taking the post down and wished her luck and then she reported the post to Yelp to have it removed (attached). STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! read more

Brother's Auto Glass is the best in glass replacement! We took our VW ID4 in for a panoramic sunroof replacement... Pilar, front office, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as personable. We were quoted thousands more ELSEWHERE on the service we needed. They replaced our roof efficiently and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brother's Auto Glass! read more

I recently experienced a "smash and grab" of my car's driver side window while doing some filming in Los Angeles. After the insurance adjuster took photos and wrote a repair estimate, I waited for approval. Long story short, the manager of the initial body shop discerned I did not require the full offerings (and higher price quote) of his establishment. Instead, he referred me to Brother's Auto Glass. From the first contact I had with Pilar, to the ordering, and the ultimate installation and clean-up, my experience was pleasant, efficient, and well-priced. Pilar's upbeat attitude plus clear and transparent communication made an otherwise annoying task, quite painless. I am pleased to report the repair was completed quickly and I am happily driving my car again . I like to support local businesses and I wholeheartedly recommend Brother's Auto Glass for your car window replacement needs. Brava! read more

Amazing service, quality work, honest people and super friendly! I'd definitely go back (but hope I don't have occasion to lol)

My windshield had a major crack and needed to be repaired. I got quotes and asked my dad if the cheapest one was reasonable and he told me to come here as they would charge the same. I agreed and was nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews here but all was fine. No problems with my windshield they replaced 2 weeks ago. The shop is small and not fancy but the did have a seating area. It was hard for me to find. The entrance is on the side of a building. Since it's not street facing it's not completely noticeable. read more

I feel like I got ripped off at this place, I took my own glass for the pop out window of my 69 Vette and all they had to do was insert it inside the open frame, so as I watched they spent a few minutes scraping some of the rubber out of the frame with a razor blade and done. She told me it would be $100, I was shocked, I guess I should've asked beforehand but thinking it should be no more than $40 I didn't and nor did she tell me how much it was going to be beforehand. Lesson learned. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more

Dont come here. They are thiefs. They purposely damage things to keep the "bad" parts and make you spend for new ones. 5 guys working there one after one came to me "wanting to fix" my regulator after being told it went bad. I fixed it myself, all i did was place the sliders back in place and there simple as that. All was simple but for the experts of 19 plus years they wanted more money. They still charged me the full quote after i had showed them wrong. read more

These guys are great. Window broke yesterday, they were the only ones that had time to do it...although I could not be their for it. They would come out to my house and take care of it while I was at a Christmas party! Went down to take care of the payment and the guy said....hey sure lets just do it now! He's pulling it off as I type! Top notch and great price too. read more

Don't use them. Came in last week, Karina gave a quote. Called in for service, they claimed we never met. Seems she never wrote anything down, as she "can't find the note, " and then said "we never give that kind of quote, so you must the one who's messed up." Nice customer service. (Sarcasm). -- 30 minutes later, she had the temerity to call me, repeated the claim, and hung up. Again. Don't use them. There is no excuse for rudeness. read more

Noé (that's the name on our receipt) he was really fast! I called in the morning to see if they could replace our windshield because it was cracked, and he checked to see if they had it in stock. They had it in stock and he said he could replace it today. We took it in and it was done within 30 minutes. Great customer service! They were super affordable. Safe lite was going to charge us $370 for a replacement. If you're in north county check them out! read more

Spend the extra money and go to a reputable location. After initial quote, which was lowest in town, i pulled out of the shop and immediately knew something was wrong. The windshield rattled audibly loud. I returned to the shop immediately requesting they address. They spent 30 minutes working on the car before telling me if was good to go. I pulled out and the rattle miraculously was worse. I had to return to work so i called and said i would be back. That night the car sat in the garage and in the morning had a stress crack in the corner where the noise was coming from. After being fed up and told they only warranty the labor, i took to the manufacturer authorized dealer where they told me the crack was from an incorrect installation or over-tightening causing a stress crack. The response was horrendous and Subaru is worried there is more damage. Our credit card company is going to resolve the issue with them. Do yourself a favor and go to high quality location where they wont screw your car up. Could not be more unhappy with the service and quality. read more

My back window was broken; unknown cause. Brother's Auto Glass was very efficient, and best price for the job.

Amazing! I showed up, walked to the store and when I was back the windshield was fixed. I Walked in expecting it to be an hour wait and only waited 25 minutes. Great price, time and customer service. read more

Don't go here! They gave a good quote compared to competitors but just pay the extra $50-60 to get quality service. They did fix the windshield like they were supposed to but I'm very unhappy with the way they left my car. First off they left it a mess. I cleaned my car before they came so it didn't look like a mess and when I came back out it was just awful they left small plastic pieces all over the sidewalk (which I hope didn't come from my car) and on the hood... and ALL OVER the inside of my car. Not only the rubber that held the windshield on but also tiny bits of glass! They also left it all over the hood of my car. When I went out to check my car out. The a pillar trim was dangling off with a broken mounting bracket with what I think is the gps dangling off by the wire. Not even attempting to glue or sticky tape it back on. So unless you want a pieced together car with a new windshield don't go here. I was informed they would call me back about the next day but never was. read more

A rock kicked up on the freeway after all the heavy rains we had, and cracked my windshield beyond repair. I called around got a very high quote from All Star Glass, but my boyfriend got a quote from Brother's for $220. I finally had time today to get this done. Called early in the day, told them Yes I want to make the appt, they said they can get the windshield by 3pm. I say Great! See you at 3! I drive over there, actually got there at 3:05, found the "office" if that's what they call it. Was told that the guys weren't back with the glass yet. Ok, I am a reasonable person. I can wait a bit. 20 minutes go by. I ask if they think the glass will be here soon? Yes, yes, they'll be back soon. But that when they get here it will be really fast. 30 more minutes go by. I have officially run out of work things to get caught up on (thankfully I brought my laptop to get work done while I waited), so I go outside, pull up Yelp and locate First Call Auto Glass. Don't know why I didn't call them first, since they have 5 Stars and 55 reviews, and Brothers has 4 1/2 Stars and only 17 reviews. I called First Call, got a quote for $269 and they can schedule me tomorrow afternoon. I let her know my situation, that I was about to walk out of Brother's, as I'd rather give my hard-earned cash to a business that wants to earn it. It's worth paying the extra $49 to me, on principle at this point. I went back in, grabbed my computer and bag, and the gal at the "front desk" completely ignored me...I said "I gotta go, maybe next time..." she didn't even look up from her phone. This is the point at which I am still there, and they could have saved the sale, as I was ready to leave, but with some major ass-kissing, could have been convinced to wait a few more minutes if the glass was really on the way. I need this fixed, it's not something I can continue to put off. HORRIBLE customer service, horrible business management. NEVER GO HERE unless you want to wait for an hour and waste your precious time while they go do whatever and ignore you. If I treated my customers this way, I would not be able to afford to replace my cracked windshield, because I'd get fired from my job. read more

I have a used 2009 Toyota Matrix, and the sun/moon roof was rusted and the seal falling off so it was temperamental as well as extremely noisy on the freeway even when closed fully!
