JD and his shop are hands down the best! I've now had him repair three separate windshield chips on two different cars, and now a windshield. At first, I thought one of my previous chip repairs had failed, but it turned out I had never actually had that particular chip repaired. Lots of window chips happened this snowboarding season! After removing the windshield, JD took the time to walk me through everything, showing me the original repairs that had been done and pointing out the unrepaired chip I had completely forgotten I didn't get fixed. I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was in explaining the differences. Even though the mix-up was entirely my mistake, he graciously honored his original price quote. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is hard to find these days. Each interaction he was incredibly responsive, punctual, and had me taken care of faster than I expected. It's so great finding consistently excellent work. The quality of his repairs is outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. He's honest, professional, and makes the entire process easy and stress-free. He even helped me call in my windshield repair to insurance which was great because insurance always confuses me. As an added bonus, my kids absolutely loved meeting JD's dog, Oreo! Oreo was so sweet and friendly that my kids are still talking about him. It's those little personal touches that make the experience even more enjoyable. The office waiting area was super nice and clean. If you're looking for someone you can trust for windshield repairs, I can't recommend JD enough. Between his exceptional workmanship, reliability, and outstanding customer service, he's earned a customer for life. We'll happily recommend him to all of our friends and family, we will for sure return as windshield needs arise. read more

This shop never disappoints! Jeremiah offers stellar service; a master of his craft. Came same day which saved my windshield. The heat we've had would have spidered out my severe chip and would have cost me a whole replacement and calibration. Honest, reasonable prices that reflect the quality and workmanship. Save yourself some time and just choose this place to fix your chips and windshields. read more

seven and a half years later and the second verse (see previous review) the same as the first. the wife-unit had a crack that started high in the middle of her windshield (Toyota Rav4) that had steadily inched all the way to the bottom corner, passenger side. after waiting a year for her to get around to getting it fixed, I stuffed her Christmas stocking with a commitment to get the work done and scheduled a visit from these fine folks. Chris (the 911 tech) came to our house and replaced the windshield in forty-five minutes while I was busy making breakfast for the kids. courteous guy. showed up on time. great job. competitively priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. and, as a bonus, the improved visibility will take the guess work out of the wife-unit's driving. still in constant fear for my life but at least now whatever she crashes us into will be less of a mystery. read more

The good: Fast, responsive, easy. The bad: Deceptive, unprofessional, confusing Messaged them and got serviced within an hour. Great right? Not so much.... I showed them pictures and gave clear description of the 2 little chips on the windshield. Upon arrival it's at a car washing hub so you'll have to look really hard or call them again to have a person come out and get you. I was quoted 85 for 2 chips but when I got there they said that's only the price for 1. So someone messed up or lied? Then right when I parked the dude instantly started work on my car without much explanation of expectations or anything. He also left my windshield and hood very dirty from his clothes and tools. Meh don't recommend but it got the job done... I hope. read more

I had a crack on my front windshield and decided to schedule an appointment with 911 Windshield after seeing all their great reviews--plus, they come to you, which is super convenient. JD arrived right on time and got the repair done quickly and efficiently. A few months later, I got hit by another rock (bad luck!) and didn't hesitate to call JD again--he's officially my go-to car window repair guy. He came out to my work location, inspected the damage, and let me know that it was mostly cosmetic and didn't necessarily need repair. I really appreciated his honesty and how he took the time to walk me through the situation instead of just charging for a fix I didn't need. On our way to perfect day along the coast for my wife's birthday, a large piece of gravel hit our windshield, causing a star/crack (thanks Cal Trans :( Knowing how fast that can go from a star chip to a full blown crack, I immediately started searching for a local windshield repair shop... I called Corey at 911 Windshield repair, he picked up right away, quoted a price, and said he'd be at the shop later in the day... Doing my due diligence, I phoned a popular competitor, who's commercial is aired what seems like every 5 minutes....being a giant corporation, they don't want you to talk to a live person, but texted me a link for a quote, complicating matters....their quote was about 40% higher than 911 Windshield....After about an hour, the competitor texted me a link for $50 off....still higher than 911...Naw, I choose to support local small businesses, especially when they're cheaper ;) We met Corey at his shop, he did his 'thang, and within 20 minutes we were back on the road...I can't even see the star/chip now...that's how good a job he did...AND with a guarantee....Bam! So, if you experience an unfortunate incident causing a windshield crack....For an excellent price, excellent communication, excellent job, and very punctual, contact 911 Windshield Repair.... Thanks Corey! Highly Recommend! read more
