seven and a half years later and the second verse (see previous review) the same as the first. the wife-unit had a crack that started high in the middle of her windshield (Toyota Rav4) that had steadily inched all the way to the bottom corner, passenger side. after waiting a year for her to get around to getting it fixed, I stuffed her Christmas stocking with a commitment to get the work done and scheduled a visit from these fine folks. The good: Fast, responsive, easy. The bad: Deceptive, unprofessional, confusing Messaged them and got serviced within an hour. Great right? Not so much.... I showed them pictures and gave clear description of the 2 little chips on the windshield. Upon arrival it's at a car washing hub so you'll have to look really hard or call them again to have a person come out and get you. I was quoted 85 for 2 chips but when I got there they said that's only the price for 1. So someone messed up or lied? Then right when I parked the dude instantly started work on my car without much explanation of expectations or anything. He also left my windshield and hood very dirty from his clothes and tools.
