I never write reviews but I was SO impressed with the service I received at Fix Auto. Everything was made so easy for me in a stressful time after I was involved in a hit and run. Keith was outstanding and finished my car up earlier than expected, looking like brand new! Thank you!! read more

Took my vehicle to a few auto shops... since I couldn't find the right shop that met all my needs specially in costumer service! Until I called Allstate and they gave me a list of shops near my home..Well I'm glad I came to Fixauto! Ms Olivia was super friendly.. we went over the repairs and estimate$$ We got things moving fast! It took them a week to have my car ready and repaired. Ms Olivia kept in communication with me through phone and email. I am beyond satisfied with the final look of my car! Excellent work!! This place does care about costumer satisfaction! I will def come back in the future! Try them out! read more

Only 2 stars due to non-responsiveness. My car was involved in a hit & run. This body shop was approved by insurance and it was close to work. Fantastic job replacing my rear bumper! However, when I got in, I noticed my front windshield had a scrape mark and a crack. I phoned the office right away. I was told to send in photos, which I did. After a week, no one got back to me. I then phoned again & was told to send photos again as they hadn't received them. It has now been four weeks and no one has responded. I didn't send my car with scratches and a chip. So, I didn't expect to have it returned with damage. This could have definitely been resolved with a simple phone call and response to the matter. read more

Took my car in for a simple front bumper replacement and they used BONDO and it was crooked when returned to me. I don't recommend this place at all. They even filled out my customer survey for me so I couldn't expose them initially. Save yourself the trouble and take your car someplace else. read more

I highly suggest this company. I recently had a deep scratch/dent repaired. From scheduling the appointment, being kept up to date on the repair and pickup, I was informed and kept in the loop on the status of my vehicle. They also completed the repair a couple days earlier than expected. Upon receiving the my car back. The repair looks amazing! The paint was blended perfectly. There are no traces that the scratch ever existed. I, also had the privilege of meeting one of the owners. Much respect to an owner who is passionate about the quality of service that is provided to his customers. read more

This place is outstanding. The staff was extremely professional and very friendly. Arnud was always keeping me in the loop in regards to my repair. I had a recent accident and knew to go back here but instead I took the "convenience" route and went to Lens Auto Body off the 76... BIG MISTAKE. That place was dirty, the staff was rude, and was overall a notable l miserable experience. I will now stay with Fix Auto Oceanside in the future for all of my auto repairs. read more

Worst auto repair experience, manager was rude and disrespectful. Quotes they have were extremely high when I use the similar parts for much less. Seems all the positive reviews for this shop are fake. Saying away from them, dishonest people. Previous owner Jeff was great and I went to him for years but he sold his company to this chain of body shops and the lack of an owner on site is apparent. read more

"Thanks for coming in today!" It wasn't my idea, someone ran into my car. This was the place State Farm sent me for an estimate on repair. They were really fast and very friendly, as well as very professional. Looked over my damage, looked up the costs, and cut me a check in about 20 minutes. They seem to do repairs there, but in my case I need to find somewhere else to do the actual repairs. I hope I don't have to go back any time soon! read more

Once again, l needed to get body work for my Mercedes. As always, FIX did not disappoint! They excelled in customer care and service, repaired my damage and delivered my car freshly washed. I'll use them again and again. Try them today! read more

Fix Auto Oceanside was incredibly amazing in every single aspect and service provided, from customer service to repairs and communication. They even went as far as helping with damage and cosmetic issues that weren't covered in the insurance claims. I had two accidents needing repairs after what started as a cross country vacation turned into a two year trip because of covid. I wanted to wait to fix the repairs from both accidents until I was back home in San Diego. But due to the odd nature of my situation, I was initially treated like a liar and a fraudster by associates at another autobody shop my moms coworker originally recommended. I decided to bring the work to a shop that i felt more comfortable with. I found Fix Auto on google and decided to try them out based on the number of locations in San Diego County and their amazing reviews. Tina was amazing and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the repair and parts order process, and kept me updated throughout the process. And the ladies working behind the scenes were very polite and understanding! And the final result was absolutely unbelievable!! My car looked like it had when I saw it at the dealership! I wasn't expecting it to look anywhere close to as good as it did (due to the severity of the claims and roughly $10k in damage!) I seriously cannot recommend them enough! Look me up on Facebook if you have any questions or if you think this review is fake. read more

This place is great! Fast, professional and accurate! Jennifer is super, very professional and got everything done perfect. I had my front bumper damaged and it needed to replaced. I took the car in and dropped it off. Jenifer did the estimate and got the approval from my insurance Geico in couple of days. Three days later, the car is ready to pick up! They put brand new bumper in and the new light. Everything looks great like brand new. Very friendly professional staff in the front office. And the shuttle driver who pick me up was also very friendly. I am impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. They are also Tesla certified body shop. Clean, organized nice shop. Pricing is reasonable. Definitely recommend! read more

My 2016 Corolla was smashed from the front bumper. My insurance recommended me this place and all I could say is that these people did a fast and fantastic job! Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were even willing to help me out with the whole insurance situation since I wasn't at fault. I used Fix Auto for my Ram 1500. From the moment I walked in I felt so relieved. Kieth was awesome and friendly. I got constant updates on my vehicle as they fixed it. And they got it done way faster than I thought. To top it all off the truck looked even better than before. It was such a relief to work with them. It turned a bad experience into a good one! read more

I have enjoyed my whole experience with fix auto. Anybody looking for a place to get their car fixed due to any sort of accident I would highly recommend taking to this place. Keith was wonderful to work with. They always kept me in the loop. I rarely leave reviews. When it's absolutely horrible and that's rare and when it's absolutely wonderful which is also rare!!! So great job guys!!!! read more

Fix auto did a amazing job at fixing our 04 sequoia after someone rear ended it while not paying attention, the rear bumper and tailgate looks like new again and the paint matches great. Olivia did a amazing job keeping us informed along the way and we even got our truck back 3 days before it was projected to be back, she was also super nice to our daughter and helped her get her soccer ball from under another car and also helped us transfer our belongings from the rental car to our car, all around a great experience, would use again read more

Unreal customer service by Keith at Fix Auto. Took great care of my 4runner and even fixed a few items another shop did poorly. Easily the best auto body experience I've had. read more

This place is a waste of time I rather take my car to MEXICO to get fixed. The young lady in the front desk is useless

WOW, I am absolutely FLOORED by my experience!!! By reading all these glorious reviews, I KNOW these cant be real or true by my experience with this place just now. Locals to Oceanside know Thursday mornings can be really busy because of all the new construction of the hotels/apts going up but also the Farmer's market downtown and the usual heavy vacationers since the country's opened up from all the restrictions. I was pulling in the 'drivethrough' of this auto shop after detours from roads closed, farmer's market redirects and then had to wait in their driveway for about 4-5 minutes for another truck. My appointment was for 8am and I made it in at 12 minutes after and Jennifer said she couldnt take me for my appointment!!!! I explained Enterprise was on their way, and she just smiled she couldn't help me and that she was sorry!!!! I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked for her card, she doesnt have one. I asked for General manager, owner, someone else - no one. This place is a joke and unprofessional, totally SHADY business practices. I will never recommend businesses like this and being a local to Oside I want everyone to know how much trouble they cost me. They then marked my auto claim as resolved/closed which had to result in hours with Geico to correct. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO REPAIR. I can only imagine how they repair cars if they're so shady to their customers. I'm bringing my car to other shops because I dont even trust they did the estimate honestly! read more

I didn't deal with the auto place directly but they were super nice... and their mechanics gave me directions when I was super lost The entrance is actually a hole in the front of the building... you'll drive up and see their sign and then the entrance is a door... super trippy! I did peep their work though and it seemed solid as well read more

I got rear-ended and Fix Auto is an Express shop with Geico. That means the adjuster and car rental can quickly be expedited here. I had a great experience with everyone. Keith was our contact with Fix Auto. He was great at communicating and helping me get my car good as new! They even delivered the car to accommodate my daughter's schedule since we were out of town. I love the texting feature that Fix Auto uses. It is 2-way, so you can send messages directly to the person you are working with at any time. This was my 2nd experience with Fix Auto and I was impressed! read more

I got hit on the side door and the fender and was recommended this place. After my first few minutes here I knew this was the best place to take my car. The staff was polite and professional and Arnuld was very knowledgeable and courteous. My vehicle was fixed earlier than expected and looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their car fixed up. read more

Recently, I had to have body work done on our Subaru. My insurance company, Farmers, recommended this business, and I am glad they did! The team at Fix Auto - Oceanside did the appraisal, inform me about the repairs, and finished the work competently, ahead of schedule. I also received text messages about progress from the moment I dropped off my car, which was helpful and reassuring. As a result of my experience with this business, I highly recommend Fix Auto - Oceanside and would use them again, should the need arise. read more

I'm more than happy with my experience at Fix Auto! Tina and her co-workers in the front office are fantastic. They went above and beyond, making sure I was fully informed of the paperwork, comfortable with the proposed services, and even calling the car rental service to pick me up so I didn't have to worry about it. Throughout the week, Tina kept in touch and made sure I was updated on the progress. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more professional contact! Best of all, the technicians finished the work on my car super early and it looks perfect! Not only that, but they gave it a wash and vacuum, which was such a nice touch. (And sorely needed. My dog LOVES the beach.) Thank you to everyone for such a smooth experience and all your hard work! read more

Your team went above and beyond in general. For example, I enjoyed the free car wash with my repair. I felt bad because I recently moved and had junk in my car. Noticed you guys still tried to move stuff around to clean...didn't expect that. Must have been frustrating...sorry. Tina Perez is thorough and professional. Helped me with an unrelated issue found during a follow-up scan of my car's service codes. She didn't need to do that but had obviously done her research and was prepared to help as best as she could. She even researched into whether the issue was part of a recall so I could potentially have the unrelated issue fixed at no charge. Fix auto is definitely my Oceanside spot for auto work. read more

My wife just got her red Lexus back from your shop and we both wanted to thank you for excellent work, great prices and making it very easy to do business with you. And my happy bride was back on the road in a few days. Andre, the manager gave us great service and we felt like VIPs. A few years ago, before I knew about your team, I had my own car repaired in Sorrento Valley at Amatos. The experience there was very different. Long back log to get work done and an arrogant attitude. You have a great business and team. Thankyouverymuch!! read more

PLEASE do your self a favor and don't go to Fix Auto! These people did a horrible job at repairing my 2003 Ford Mustang cobra. My bumper was still bent when I got my car back and the service manager stated that all Ford Mustang bumpers are like that...even if there new. REALLY? Also my exhaust was still bent and started to melt into the bumper and they are not standing by their work and refusing to warranty it! read more

So I have mix feelings about Fix Auto... My first time there, service was great and they finished fixing my car earlier than expected. A few days later, I noticed that the front bumper wasn't fully placed on and my windshield sprayer wasn't working. I came back and they fixed the bumper and the windshield sprayer but the next day, I noticed the sprayer still wasn't working so I came back again. I'm not exactly sure but I think his name was Scott, was the person that helped me the third time I was there and he was amazing. He was so friendly and he actually fixed the sprayer and made sure everything was working before I left. I would give him and the girl at the front desk a 5 but as far as my total experience, I felt like I shouldn't have had to come back multiple times and everything should've been fixed and working when they returned the car to me. read more

My insurance company recommended Fix Auto for my accident repair. I don't have a preference, so I agreed. I'm glad I did. The insurance representative was super helpful as well as the rental car rep. Both highly professional. But what is prompting this review was the repair. Part of the damage was on my rear bumper. There was a big scratch that was my fault and I asked how much to repair that at the same time. It wasn't anywhere near the accident damaged area. Fix Auto repaired the scratch at no cost! I didn't have an auto body repair site that I was loyal to before, but I certainly do now!! read more

I was so bummed to have my new car involved in a hit & run. I came out of the grocery store to find my rear bumper and track totally smashed in. I had no idea what to expect from the entire process: filing the claim, getting it repaired, etc. Everyone at Fix Auto was great. Tina was great at keeping me up to date, informed, and basically reassuring me - I was real nervous since my car was about 1 year old. Everything turned out great and I'm very happy. Thanks for all your help and the great quality of work! -Tim read more

My car was involved in a hit-and-run. Someone sideswiped me and left me with a nasty scratch across my rear panel and bumper. My insurance (USAA) recommended Fix and I'm so glad they did. Fix Auto in Oceanside is absolutely fantastic!! Top notch customer service and outstanding professionalism from start to finish!! Aloha was extremely friendly and to-the-point with my initial quote, which I appreciated. Keith, the manager, called me to update me every step of the way. Everyone else I came across was also very friendly and provided superb customer service. I loved the text service that sends you text messages to update you on the progress of your car. Should I ever need to have my car repaired again, Fix will definitely be receiving my business. Thank you for your hard work!! read more

This was by far the best service experience I've ever had with auto repair. The initial process of dropping off my car and receiving a rental only took about 15 minutes because they had insurance and car rental representatives IN HOUSE. Les, whom I originally thought was the owner because he showed genuine concern, kept me updated regularly on the status of my vehicle. In his messages he explained the particular stage of the repair process my car currently was in. This kept me informed on what to expect next as well as the time of completion. Les went beyond expectations to make sure my car was PERFECT and that it met his high standards. I will definitely go to Fix Auto again, but hopefully I won't have to. :) read more

WOW! I just have to say this place is phenomenal when it comes to customer service and getting the job done right! Thank you Keith for restoring my faith in good ol' American business ethics. We brought our Lexus in for front end repair after some clown ran a red light and took our front end with him as he fled the scene. As stated in the other reviews, the employees at Fix were great, always polite and smiling. In addition to the insurance work, we had extra work done to a damaged rear fender at our own expense since we were already there for the front end. We had a few minor issues we pointed out when we picked up the car that were clearly oversights while the car was being repaired, IE: missing trim, loose turn signal assembly, cracked headlight assembly, etc. OMG! I have never seen a business so quick to roll out the red carpet and pour on the VIP treatment AFTER getting paid. The manager, Keith, essentially moved a friggen' mountain to make us happy with the job. He went way above and beyond the call of duty . He waited after hours to receive the car back from us and had the loaner car waiting when my girlfriend arrived. Not only did he fix the above listed issues, but he fixed a few dings and paint scratches on other parts of the body. On top of that, he routinely called with updates a timeline for the repairs. I HIGHLY recommend the people at Fix Auto, specifically the Manager, Keith for remembering the customers ahead of the profit margin. Great job guys! read more

My review is based on the lack of service I received today at Fix Auto. This is my sixth or seventh time bringing vehicles here for repair and there won't be a next time. The woman at the front desk was very "matter of fact" and showed absolutely no interest in helping us. We were supposed to drop our vehicle off for repairs but ran 30 mins late and she refused to take our car. Seriously? Well if that is how you are going to treat a long time, repeat customer then you will NEVER see us again, but you will sure hear from us. I am sure there could have been a way to help us today. Perhaps she could have at least allowed us to start the paperwork while the ajuster was at lunch. But it was clear she took too much pleasure in telling us no and chastising us for being 30 mins late. My insurance company will also receive a complaint about this horrible service we encountered today at Fix Auto. read more
