Well, let me start with this. My car hasn't been repaired yet. Caliber Collision on Louetta just received it yesterday. My husband, our son and I were here to pick up a little girl that is a family friend. On our way out of Houston just 2 miles from our hotel and man ran a red light a slammed right into the passenger front of our car. We were on our way to Southwest Florida to return home. This happened Nov 1 it is now Nov 5 and the car has not been touched for repair so we can go back to Florida. My husband and I work and we have our 12 year old and the little girl we have is 6 years old, they are both missing school. We had our car towed to Plant Ford and were getting no where, NOT because of Planet Ford, due to our insurance (since the man that hit us - his insurance answers and then when they hear I was hit by one of there policy holder's they hang up on me). I had to call my insurance to help me get this taken care of. We moved the car to one of my insurance's preferred collision center, in which we have encountered Israel (Izzy) Martinez of Caliber Collision on Louetta. What an awesome guy he is. He made me feel like things were going in the right direction now. He took time with us explaining things and even suggesting a few restaurants to try while here. There was just something about the way we were treated by Izzy that a weight was lifted off me. Again they have not touched to car yet, so we will see, but my first impression of this location of Louetta Rd. in Houston was a superhero to us. I would like to share my recent experience with Calliber Collision located in Spring Texas on Louetta. I scheduled time off from work to ensure I could make it to the nearest location before they closed and was unaware that my appointment was scheduled at the Cypress location. When I arrived it was a few minutes before closing and Calliber collision doesn't open during the weekend. I was very frustrated because I learned only the Cypress location could process an estimate on behalf Treasury Insurance but the office manager Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure she would provide me with assistance at her location. She worked diligently reaching out to the Cypress location and she even had one of her specialist to take pictures of my vehicle and emailed it to their other location so they could complete my estimate and to prevent me from having to schedule another appointment or take time off from work. The manager exceeded my expectations, she was extremely patient, professional and persistent with providing excellent customer service. With that said, I decided to allow Calliber to repair my vehicle. Stephanie you are Awesome at your job! read more

My car was at CC for three weeks for a repair that was initially promised to be finished by Friday of the same week. Communication was poor and inconsistent, with multiple text messages that kept changing the completion date. The only phone call I received was at the end of the month when they were in a hurry for me to pick up the car. They even resorted to calling my emergency contact when I was unreachable at work. When I picked up the car, the experience was unprofessional. The adjuster didn't speak to me, and I had to ask for the keys before she simply handed them over and walked away. A major issue arose shortly after leaving. The new headlights they installed caused the auto brights feature to malfunction, flashing erratically. When I returned the next day, they dismissed my concern and simply disconnected the feature instead of fixing the problem. The following morning, my car wouldn't start, and the entire dashboard was flashing. I brought the car back to the shop, but the manager showed no urgency. My car is now back at CC, and I've had to contact my insurance company for other options. I would not recommend this shop. read more

The first time I had anything to do with Caliber Collision on Louetta was about a year ago when I backed up into a traveling hitch on a big ole truck. My MKX looked like it needed some major work. I took it to Caliber . A very nice gentleman named Israel had a look at it. He worked on that thing for about 10 minutes and the back side panel popped right back to where it was supposed to be. I was so happy. I asked Mr. Israel what the charge was , and he said NO CHARGE! He said to just remember them if I ever needed any body work done. One year later, I was backing out of my garage and hit my driver side mirror. The whole thing was falling out. I took it to Caliber Collision on Friday... ordered a new mirror... and it was put in today (Monday). They cleaned my car inside and out... I was so pleased. I was involved in a minor accident that damaged my front bumper and driver's side fender. I had never been in an accident before, let alone made an insurance claim, so the whole situation was understandably stressful. I was sent to Caliber Collision by Geico, and I'm so thankful that I was! They made the process much less frustrating than I had assumed it would be. Ramon was my service advisor, and he was very helpful and easy to work with. He kept me posted on the status of my repair via text, so I knew what was going on at all times. Caliber finished my repairs 2 to 3 days earlier than originally projected, and the best part: when I came to pick up my car, they had even detailed the interior! I've never received better care and professionalism than at caliber collisions located on Louetta. Especially Roman if there ever is an accident I recommend that you come here. They know exactly what they are doing and don't treat you like a number they also keep great communication open to let you know every step of the way. I couldn't be happier. I must highly recommend this place to anybody needing repair work to their vehicle due to an accident. The people there a great - very easy to work with. My estimated completion was yesterday and it was done yesterday. Throughout the entire repair process I was constantly updated on the progress through daily text messages - I got 12 of them in total. Communication is one of the most important things in business and they do it very well. The repairs were done perfectly and after DETAILING the entire car it was like brand new. We recently brought my college aged daughter's Toyota to Caliber since it needed extensive body work done. We were so impressed with a gentleman nicknamed "Izzy" who works with the customers and does all the repairs and follow ups. Izzy works on the cars, deals with the customers and answered our calls if we had any questions or concerns. He is extremely professional. My husband was in an accident on 45 with front end damage. A friend recommended we try Caliber Collision on Louetta in Spring, TX. So happy we took our friends advice. They did a great job repairing the front end damage and found an issue we had no clue about. When they went to find the paint code in the trunk they found water damage. They were able to complete the original repair and the new issue in the promised time as the original damage. The front office staff was very professional and helpful. Man. The service was incredible! Roman Fazio went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I work outta town 95% of the time, and I need my work truck daily so its impossible to be without for more than 2 or 3 days. I called ahead and arranged with Roman to have what all info he needed and he had me in and out in less than 1 days time. The staff was amazing, fast on site enterprise rental and Roman, my advisor, kept me informed of the process of my repairs from start to finish. Unfortunately, I have had to bring my car in more than once. Each time I brought it in, the service was great. The wait time was minimal. I was informed at every step of the process with my vehicle until it was ready for pick up. I have a life time warranty on the repairs that was done.
