I went here after I was rear ended. I only had minor damage, but they were helpful. They were very thorough & relatively quick. They dealt with the insurance company and enterprise for me. When I dropped my car off, they called enterprise to pick me up & when I picked my car up they let me just leave my rental. They were also great with communication. I got regular text updates and they were always there to answer my calls. They made sure that my car was fully fixed, and when they found additional damage when repairing, they made sure to fix the additional stuff too. The did refuse to order the part for me till my car was dropped off. This means I had to drop my car off before repairs started & I had to pay (out of pocket) for 4 extra rental car days. Worst repair experience ever. dropped my vehicle off in league city, they were too busy so they sent my truck to the woodlands location. After 10 weeks of back and forth trying to get a simple repair made, I finally got my truck back 2 weeks later than was promised. When I went to pick my truck up the repairs they made were incomplete after their " QC" process was allegedly done. I had to contact the league city location and they were very helpful and fixed what the woodlands location screwed up. Dont take your vehicle to the woodlands location. Recently took my car here for repairs after a huge tree branch fell on top of my car at work. It had major body damage, and I knew I needed to take it somewhere I could trust to get everything fixed and done properly in a timely manner. I had never used Caliber before, but always heard good things. I just got my car back today and was absolutely blown away by the quality of work that was preformed. My car looked just about brand new. I took my SUV to Caliber for repairs after being rear-ended. Caliber was my choice based on mostly good reviews and insurance recommendations. They kept my car for 6 weeks. They did stay in contact throughout this time, giving me 6 different dates for completion. But then I had to take it back 3 times. First time, the liftgate was not correctly placed and the clips holding the bumper on were visible. After some adjustments, both were better but not perfect. They told me it was the best they could do. I also had asked they redo the botched exhaust pipe repair. They didn't do that at all so I had to bring it back again, as they were closing. I took it back for the exhaust pipe to be smoothed out. Again, better, but still not right. It should actually have been replaced. All these repairs were done during the summer of 2023, when it did not rain for months. When it finally did, I turned on my back windshield wiper only to find out that it didn't work. I took it in to find out they had put it on upside down (how does that even happen)? There is still a metallic sounding rattle in the back that I asked them to fix. It wasn't and is still there but I'm tired of dealing with them so I guess I'll live with it. The employees are cordial and friendly but I can't say I would ever use them again. read more

The enterprise rental car location in their building is awful but their reps helped me out with the multiple addresses and phone numbers I requested. They do good work, but might steal items inside your vehicle and possibly the vehicle itself. My 2020 Silverado was stolen while in possession of this business. They parked my truck in the shop 9/27/21 right before closing time. By the morning of 9/28/21, my truck was no longer inside the shop. The night manager conveniently "forgot" to the set alarm during the night. My truck was never the same after the damage and items stolen from my vehicle. Had to get some repainting done to my car due to a color matching issue from another body shop. Mr. Derrik took really good care of my vehicle, these guys delivered an excellent paint job and they even detailed my car before I picked it up. This location is very convenient for us, we just moved to the area. The job was done in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis and all the personnel was using the appropriate PPE and respecting social distancing, they are very responsible people. I went into the Kuykendahl Caliber Collision and got a quote from Derrik who was very attentive and patient with me. He asked if he could try to buff those imperfections minutes later he comes back and my car looked great! Took my sons car in for repairs because somebody hit his door. They worked with the insurance. They had my sons car for almost a month. They didn't replace the mirror as it said in the estimate, I had to go back and remind them to do it. Now, when you shut the door that was repaired, it makes a hollow echo sound not the regular thud sound all the doors usually make. After research I discovered these shady repair shops use subpar materials instead of OEM replacement parts like they said they were going to use per my estimate. Just some cheap tin with no replacement sound barrier. Oh, and it doesn't help that the girl who works the front desk is a complete idiot. She had no idea what she was doing and couldn't answer any questions correctly. Take your vehicle elsewhere, this place takes advantage of you and are scam artists who don't use proper parts. So initially I called this location to see if it was a good time to bring my car up and they asked if I was going through insurance and when I said no they put me on hold and someone else answered like I hadn't already spoken to someone asking the same question then putting me on hold again and then a third person did the exact same thing only after putting me on hold she got back on the line and told me they were too busy. Then when I finally got my car looked at, the guy didn't really listen to anything I had to say and told me he would email me the quote and it's been a week. No call, no email, nothing. This is the second Caliber Collision shop I have been to and I sent my sister to a third. Happy all three times, but this group is one of the most professional overall body shops I have ever dealt with. This past weekend I went fender to fender with a car in my driveway. Took it to this shop and Pedro came out and looked at it. Gave it a tap to put the bumper back on its clip and said I can buff that out and put on a drop of touch up paint if you are good with that. Asked for the price and he said I can to that for free in about 15 minutes and then we can look at it. If you are not happy we can go the full deal take apart, prep, paint, replace some of this expensive Mercedes parts that can't be reused, etc. I said let's see what it looks like and voila, 15 minutes later I can't see a thing other than what looks like and eraser head size area of parking lot rash. Could have charged sever hundred and probably getting insurance involved would have ended up being thousands and a three year rate hike. Thanks Pedro. Do not bring your car here no matter what you do. It will be the worst decision you ever make. I was hit by another driver and took my car here because my insurance company recommended it as one of their preferred companies. I don't know how they could ever pick a company as terrible as this. The day I received my car back I noticed it was pulling me off the road. The pull was so bad that you had to force the steering wheel left at all times in order to drive straight down the road. I immediately took it back. They did not even drive the car to see what I was talking about. They continued to give it back and say it was fixed, when ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD CHANGED. This continued over the course of NINE MONTHS. They continued to tell me they had fixed it when nothing was fixed. They then would send me to other shops such as the dodge dealer who told me they could not look at it, what a waste of time and money. I spent hundreds of extra dollars trying to fix the extra problems they cause. I finally found a mechanic who is a friend in another city to take a look at it and figure out what was wrong. My car has a camber kit in order to compensate for bigger wheels. He told me that Caliber did not even place the camber kit on the left side of the car, so the entire time I was driving with basically two different set ups on suspension on each side of the car. And this is something I told them to check when I brought the car in the very first time. Also they had messed up many suspensions parts and nothing was put back together correctly. Along with this I was ignored on many occasions and was not called back. I would have to leave 2-3 voicemails with the receptionist because the person I was in contact with always had an excuse (out of the office, at lunch, in the back of the shop.) Do not take your car here unless you want to make your life a living hell. This is the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. So much extra money and hours upon hours wasted. I ended up having to trade my car in and get a new one because it would have been better off to spend my money on a new one that continue to try to waste money fixing the damage they did. I finally traded my car in so I could stop wasting money on the extra damage and problems they caused. read more

Keeps ordering cheap plastic parts and tries to pass them off as what was on the car. Problem is they left the damaged piece in the car. Quality of service is average for an upscaled collision repair shop. Customer service is excellent however. They have very friendly staff and clean waiting room. I had to bring car back again due to leaking and burning coolant causing by over spillage whle replacing damaged parts. Imperfection on the paint in various places on front bumper. Mismatch screws on wheel well. Headlight was not aligned correctly with fender. They need to focus on increasing their quality of service instead of the free breakfast tray. I got a text on Friday telling me the car was ready and someone would be calling me to arrange pick up. No one called, so I called this morning at 9:20 am. At 2:00 pm, they called to tell me I could come anytime before 5:30, just call ahead. And still I sit, now late for dinner with my family. read more

While the actual body repair that was done was good, Caliber failed to complete the job (not painting over a scratch we'd discussed several times) and the overall service I received was poor. If it wasn't for the satisfactory repair work that was done, I would've given them a single star for their customer service and not completing the job. My main complaint was that I had to return multiple times for various reasons, which was very frustrating since each round trip drive was at least 45 min, not including the time spent at the shop. Unfortunately they also damaged an accessory on my car which I didn't notice until I got home after picking up my "completed" vehicle. They replaced it, but no one was available to install it when it came in, even though I called in advance (per their request) to advise them I was on my way. After waiting 20 min for someone to "be with me in a minute," I asked the receptionist for the part saying I'd install myself. I'm so disappointed in this place and with each visit, I've become more disappointed. What made things worse, was when I initially picked up my vehicle after the body work was done, the rep advised me of a survey I'd receive and told me to give him all "10's" b/c he was trying to win a trip to Cancun. I take customer service very seriously which is why I take the time to write reviews. So, I'm not gonna give someone a 10 if it's not deserved. Even when I had to return 30 min later to show them the damaged accessory I discovered, he repeated himself asking me to give him/them 10s then make a note in the comments section about the damaged item, if I wanted to. I don't like being pressured to praise someone, especially when a company is taking the time and spending the money on surveys - that means the company as a whole wants to provide and values quality service and therefore wants to know when they're not so they can improve. How can these folks improve if I give them a high score just so the rep can win a trip - an undeserved trip, IMO. Two days after I completed the survey, I received an email saying (a) the replacement accessory part was in, and (b) they wanted to discuss my survey results. That same day is when I went in to (a) have the part installed, and (b) discuss the survey. Neither happened. Apparently, based on a note in the survey, if things didn't go well, the manager would contact me to follow up and find out what they can do to "make things right." Not sure how they will if the manager (who was informed I was there) didn't want to talk with me, except to say, "thank you" and "good bye" as I left the store with the part they didn't have anyone available to install. read more
