Covered by the at fault driver's insurance, and every spot they recommended had mixed reviews, including this one. Having the need for a collision repair is never a happy time, I guess. Nevertheless, Caliber was close and mostly positive reviews. Kayla, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful and informative and texted us at least once a week with details. Unfortunately there were some hard-to-get parts involved so the car was in a lot longer than we had hoped, but Kayla did a terrific job of keeping us informed about where things stood. Caliber was very helpful with everything including getting the rental arranged and returned and dealing with the other driver's insurance company. Very professional, with a complete, detailed list of parts and labor used provided at the end. The quality of the work was excellent. I find no signs that the car has been repaired - it looks exactly like it did when I bought it. It's been a month and 1K miles since and nothing has turned up - no rattles, leaks, etc.

After they performed brake and front-end work on my 2012 Honda Odyssey, the vehicle was returned to me with additional noises that I ultimately had to take to another shop for diagnosis. That shop immediately found the vehicle had been left in a serious unsafe state, with multiple loose fasteners from the recent work, including brake caliper bolts, control arm bolts, three of the four wheel hub bolts, and an outer tie-rod connection that could be moved by hand without a wrench. Full story: I originally brought the van in because of metallic scraping from the brakes. On May 20, 2026, the shop replaced the front brake pads and rotors, wheel hub and bearing assemblies, and front suspension control arms. About a week later, the vehicle developed a loud metallic clanging/slipping noise while braking, along with new popping and knocking noises while turning, braking, accelerating, slowing down, and driving over small bumps. I returned multiple times seeking a diagnosis. I was first told the noises could not be identified. Later, I was told the problem was likely the stabilizer-bar links or the struts. Based on that recommendation, I paid to replace the stabilizer-bar links, but the noises remained. During a later test drive, I was told the popping noises were definitely the struts. I was also told the brake noise could be caused by a sticking caliper or restricted brake hose. The independent shop found that the popping and knocking noises were actually caused by the loose fasteners left behind after the original repair. Once those issues were corrected, the noises disappeared. The stabilizer-link replacement had not fixed the problem, and the struts did not need replacement. The brake issue later returned. The independent shop documented uneven brake-pad wear and excessive buildup, and the front brake pads and rotors installed less than a month earlier had to be replaced again. Before posting this review, I gave the owner more than a week to respond to detailed written documentation, photographs, inspection reports, and reimbursement requests. Rather than responding in writing, he repeatedly called me after I requested email-only communication, denied responsibility, and accused the independent shop of creating a false narrative and recommending unnecessary repairs in order to generate additional work. In the end, I paid for repairs that did not resolve the problems, paid for additional repairs that were later determined to be unnecessary, and had to pay another shop to diagnose and correct the issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
