I loved the fact that he would call me with updates for even the smallest thing going on with my car. He projected that it would be a week for my car to be fixed and he even got it to me earlier than they originally planned. Also, my insurance company tried to send in a refurbished grill for my car. To be cheaper in price, however, it had two holes drilled in the front for the license plate. I have a very nice car and Kyle remembered that I originally had no front license plate holes. He convinced them to get me a brand new grille. He also got a professional decal guy to put on my decals perfectly. Overall, Kyle is an all around outgoing and extremely kind business man and I appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Great customer service skills from Kyle. On top of all this other great stuff I have my car back and she looks brand new! They also returned it to me smelling new and way cleaner than when I left it. Maybe he does own it but his customer service sucks. He gave us a quote of 1800 then took it back as it was 1900 then proceeded to tell us that there will also be a charge of between 1-500 dollars more if a sensor needed calibration. All this for one front fender. I told the guy can I just pay 1900 flat and I'll do it now he said no . I looked at my neighbor and we both had the same idea let's go this seems janky. We then went to crash champions collision and got an excellent sales man and got a quote for the same thing for 1680. We did not even tell them what the other quote was to compare. I paid the 1680 and his truck now looks like brand new. Moral of the story is don't let these companies just tell you anything and be rude. There are to many places that do the same thing and better. These businesses don't realize the business they pass up also Since I was there I also wanted a quote of my truck fenders getting repainted.

Paint was cloudy. Had bubbles, runs and chips. Paint was flaking in some areas. It looked like they tried to sand some parts of the paint but didn't bother to take the sanding marks out before letting it go. Also they replaced the passenger side doors and now they don't close correctly, you have to literally slam them for them to close properly. Also they scratched the inside of the door, first claiming it was already there, after looking at pictures, they confirmed they did cause the damage but refuse to replace the part. they insist they repair the inside but knowing how they work and how it can possibly not be 100% back to factory i refused the repair instead told them i need to get it replaced. They tried to go through insurance for something they damaged but got denied... Don't bring your vehicles here they will rush, and probably mess something else up trying to repair your car. Also will disassemble your car and leave it outside wrapped in plastic and allowing moisture to get in and some metal is gonna start to rust, (happened to me also). Do your research before coming here i wish i did.
