    absolute joke. 2016 F-150. diagnose cam phasers. quote was 6300 . had it for a month, called me…read moreback finally...quote went to 8 grand. had it for another month. called me again told me it was ready. out the door was 12 grand. the truck didn't make it out of the parking lot. throwing codes over heating. they told me it was "relearning". made it a mile then was stranded on side of the road. they picked the truck up had it for about an hour. told me it was fixed. made it half a mile this time. drove it back in limp mode. called me back and told me it needs a new motor. so they put a used motor in it out of a junk yard and it made it 2 weeks then blew up. so they put another used motor in it and it still has problems. so I got a 12 thousand dollar used motor that will probably have the same cam phaser issue as the original motor so you can add 6300 again.

Keith said they would need to pull it in and check underneath the car to see if they would be willing to do the service or not. I SPECIFICALLY told them that I wasn't 100% on doing the service today and to not start anything until I approve the service. After waiting in the lobby patiently, they came back and brought me to show me underneath the car in which they completely drained my transmission of all of its fluid. I then asked Keith why he drained my transmission without my permission in which he responded by saying that since he gave me a quote for $80 over the phone that it meant I "approved the service which I 100% did not. After I expressed my displeasure, he proceeded to give me attitude and then said he could "put the old fluid back". Now I am leaving with my transmission being drained and refilled with old transmission fluid. Keith should be fired for TERRIBLE customer service. I will not be coming back and I recommend everyone who sees this review to never trust this shop with your vehicle and to not waste your time with such awful customer service by Keith.

The team was fast, professional, and very easy to work with. While I was waiting, I remembered a strange noise my car had been making and asked them to take a quick look. They found that a bar running along one of the axles had come out of place. Without hesitation, they took it apart, fixed the issue, and had everything back together in about 15 minutes. The best part? When I went to pay, I realized they hadn't even charged me for the repair. I would've gladly paid for the work, but their honesty and kindness were such a pleasant surprise.     After seeing a drop of oil on my driveway I dropped my car off to be evaluated. They discovered a…read morehairline crack in the oil pan. Since my car is a Hyundai, they had to order the new part. They went out of their way to work with me on scheduling the repair even to the extent of providing transportation to and from the shop. I took my car a second time because of the auto stop/start control. I didn't know my older car was equipped with that and wish it weren't. But Chris ( I believe that was his name) explained it thoroughly and told me of a way to turn that function off. The staff is very friendly, efficient and customer oriented. I have no complaints about the repairs. I'll be taking my vehicle there again.
