Greatest service I've ever gotten in my car I'm shocked. I didn't expect such a perfect job. David helped me out and was really professional about it. In the past, car shops havent taken my requests seriously and treat me as incompetent for being a young girl but they were so nice here and made me feel like my voice was heard. I recommend this play to all my family and will for sure send them to David. The work is amazing and I thank the Calibur collisions team, my corolla is like brand new. Furthermore, I didn't expect my car to be cleaned and shampooed so I was super surprised. You guys went above and beyond, I'm super happy with the results and everything was perfect. read more

I am very happy with the repairs. My car looks beautiful. I especially would like to report that Richard Hurtado was the nicest, most responsive and professional service adviser. It was so easy doing business with him. I would definitely bring my car back for repairs if needed. Thank you! read more

Great experience. My car was ready in record time and washed and cleaned inside! The staff was very nice and helpful

I took my car to Caliber Collision after a drunk man on a bike ran into it, ripping off the fender. From the very beginning they were friendly and helpful. My estimator, Brandon, kept me updated throughout the week by sending me multiple text messages and pictures to show me how my car was doing. When I was waiting to get picked up by enterprise, the woman at the front desk noticed that I had been waiting for quite a while. I believe her name is Christina. In order to speed up the process she called one of the workers over the intercom to come take us to the rental car location himself. This gentleman took us in either his work car or his own car. Regardless, I was very impressed with how helpful and kind everyone was to making sure I received proper attention. The staff was amazing and they a managed to turn a very unfortunate experience into a pleasant one. My car was finished the exact day that Brandon told me it would be. And it looked amazing, where they went above and beyond to make sure my car was even better than before the accident. Highly recommend this location. read more

Had the BEST experience with Caliber from the moment I pulled into the lot. Customer service is outstanding. As I was going out of the country in a few hours, they were able to store my car until insurance went through. I was constantly updated on the status of the vehicle and projected date that work would be finished. David from Caliber Collision was able to deliver my car to my work so that when I arrived back on July 4th (when they were closed) I would still have access to my vehicle. When I got my car, repair work was excellent. The car was clean inside and out. They even offered to wash my car again depending on the time that I got back. This was my first accident and first time dealing with repairs on my car. They made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend Caliber Collision! read more

Good work done fast. These people are well oiled machine, awesome service and my car looks like new.I thought I'd be driving a rental for a week or more like the last time I had repair work done, but they had me back in my car I'm a little over two days. I brought it in on a Tuesday later in the day, and I was back on the road Thursday. I was amazed considering the amount of damage. read more

What can I say. Nothing but helpful and cooperative. My 2009 Honda Civic got sandwiched on the 405S broke my heart and I'm still dealing with the insurance bs. My whole front bumper was wrecked along with my rear bumper. All I did was pay my deductible and they took care of the rest. I was just so shocked by how great they were taking care and working with me you can't ask for more better customer service honestly. Now as far as my car I love my car to death I bought it back in '13 and since then I've done 7 road trips and modifications as well it's honestly my baby and seeing wrecked made me so mad and sad at the same time cause it wasn't my fault and I couldn't stand seeing it all banged up. When they got done with it, it looked like new. They even went a step further and painted my front fenders (which by the way weren't even damaged) out of good faith! I honestly wanted to cry out of happiness of how well they took care of my car. I will most definitely be a returning customer and let others know how good they take care of their customers. read more

This guys are incredible. Honestly, getting in a car accident is never fun, but these guys make the situation a lot better. I had been side swiped and took my car into caliber. They handled the repairs very quickly and also efficiently. While they had my vehicle they called me to give me updates and were very clear about what they would be doing to my car. I came in to grab a few things from my car and one of the employees (I believe Derek or Eric) actually explained everything about the current state of my car. They talked to me like I was on their level. A few months after the repairs I noticed my bumper was a bit loose. I also noticed a small white scuff like someone had nudged my car, but didn't think it was related to the bumper. It was. It was no fault of calibers repairs, but they fixed the bumper for me AND buffed out the scuff just to be nice. That's what keeps people coming back. Thanks guys :) read more

They fixed the damage to my car efficiently, and it was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. My car looks brand-new again! Solid job.

I received the best of service and repair from Caliber Collision Long Beach. My truck was repaired one day after I dropped it off. Very happy with the results. read more

BRIAN was the best! made my life super easy! Super nice guy and explains everything very well.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Took forever to do my estimate over half a day on something minor plus they screwed me over on it by not writing things down obvious things that had happened. Therefore I lost money. I will never use them again and learned to always get a second estimated. again I repeat do not use them. I can tell you other better places to go. They are not worth your time they have ins with the insurance companies to make money. read more

My 2014 Chevy Volt was hit recently. I took it to Eric and the crew at Caliber and they were fantastic - the car was done in a few days, they kept in touch the whole time, arranged a rental car, and even cleaned it inside and out. It now looks better than new. Highly reccomended. read more

Jose Castro is the man!!! I had my vehicle stolen and was wonder by the police, USAA took it and then sent it to Caliber. Every person i had talk to about the stolen vehicle where no help including getting dispatch to come to my house. USAA to help me retrieve the truck and everything leading up to Caliber was a huge pain. Once it arrived at Caliber and Jose called it changed everything. Jose not only waited in the hot sun sweating while i took my time looking at the truck, he had a smile and a friendly nature about him. Any and everything that had happened to my truck he made sure to call me and inform me. There was not one second once Jose had my truck did i have a question he could not answer. When i got the truck back the quality of work caliber did on it was amazing. The Truck was spotless and looked brand new. I would highly recommend caliber and for Jose (THE MAN!!) to help you. read more

When we are involved in non-injury car accidents there are many issues to address; will my car ever drive the same, are the repairs going to have a warranty, what about insurance approvals. I was in a serious wreck in my Infinity Q50 and I found Caliber Collision on Willow in Long Beach. Beginning with my first call, the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the insurance claims process. I was not at fault in my accident and the staff easily coordinated all paperwork, estimates, approvals and even my rental car. David and the team provided updates and guidance through the entire repair. All OEM parts were used and the paint was an exact match to factory. I was so pleased with the service on my Q50 I brought in and older Honda for paint and body repair. This was not an insurance claim and the price and quality of work was amazing. Again David was my main contact with the service team. If you want your car repaired correctly the first time, come see this team at Caliber Collision. read more

Great service! In and out, nice service people, offered coffee, popcorn, water, took care of everything.

This place is hidden behind Toyota car dealer. First of all, Luis is far the best. He is very honest and professional. He would keep me updated everyday and the quality of service is beyond expectation. Secondly, the man behind who took care of the repair. And lastly, Yesenia helped me with the paperwork. She is awesomely-sweet and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs body car repair. These guys gave me excellent service. Thank you so much! read more

These guys are Awesome! Great attention to detail, honest and genuine. If your looking for a shop that dose it right the first time, look no further. I own a Boss 302 track car that was unfortunately rear ended. My car is my baby, and they not only restored it, but also made it look just as good as the day I bought it. Based on our experience with Caliber, they are not sincere and honest in dealing with customers. The person that handled our car repair is named Luis ( I did not get his last name). From the start, they were not thorough with their inspection. They tried to trick us by saying that the repair is done and is ready for pick up. I asked Luis if he inspected the mechanical side. Obviously he did not look into the mechanical side, so he did not bother to check if the car is safe to drive and use. The repair done was only on the external body damage. So, he said he'll have the affected mechanical part checked and corrected. I took his word and trusted him that the mechanical part was checked and corrected. So on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 we went to pick up the Honda Civic. He said I need to pay the $1000.00 deductible. I paid trusting Luis that the repair was satisfactory. When I was about to drive the car home, I noticed that the "H" chrome emblem in front is missing. Luis promised that he'll order the missing emblem and even said that he'll drop by our house by Thursday, July 27, 2017 to install the emblem. I trusted Luis, just to find out that he is not worth trusting. Every time I call to follow-up, either he's on the phone, he's not available, and all sorts of alibi. If he happens to answer my call, he'll just blame the supplier and say, "I don't know what's going on with the supplier". Or, he'd say I'll call the supplier and call you back in 10 minutes. He'll never call back. Until now it's already August 3, 2017, more than a week already, Luis has not fulfilled his promise. He's just ignoring us treating us as nobodies. He has the worst customer service you could ever experience. This issue is a very small matter. With small things he can not be trusted, what more with big things. He already got our payment so it's obvious that he is not interested in our satisfaction. Danny Jocson read more

The guest service and consideration I received from Steve and the rest of the staff at the Long Beach location was incredible. Thanks to Mercury Insurance and Caliber Collision, this was the most seamless, stress-free repair I have ever experienced. The people at Caliber were ready, friendly, thorough and conscientious about communicating with me and my car was ready two days earlier than expected. The repairs look like the car is brand new. They took care of the rental car return for me too. They could not have been more professional, courteous and customer-friendly. read more

Great service and great work. They constantly give updates and finished when promised. Definitely recommend!!

Service was superb - they were very helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty. They made my car repair very easy and painless - very straightforward. When I didn't understand something, they were very willing to explain it again and were very accommodating when I had complications with the car rental business (they called up another one without me needing to ask them and made sure that the other rental could help me). I strongly recommend them. My estimator was particularly great. read more
